[Q] app2sd - Introduction

Hey guys!
As the title says, I would love an introduction to app2sd so i don't make any mistakes..
Frist i installed a script from Darktremor, but i showed out to be for Nexus1.
Therefore I installed another one, but deleted that again because suddenly i only had 2,7GB, when I i used to have 4GB..
Well now I have 3,7. therefore I don't think i have deleted one of them completely!
is there a way to delete it?
And also, what app2sd should i use? Please help, as I would like to get this solved so i just can enjoy my phone and the CM9 Bravo ROM
So this i the things I need to know:
Which app2sd shall i use?
Can I delete a script? If yes, how?
//velein
Sorry, if my english has some mistakes. I'm Danish.

Which type of a2sd you use is dependant on the ROM you wish to install and the a2sd support provided by the ROM. If you wish to use the Bravo CM9 ROM, read the OP for that ROM. In this case is is referred to as Mounts2SD

Again, read the relevant para in the CM9 thread!
If you already have a different version installed, you really need to start with a full wipe before installing the ROM

just follow the instructions,.and it would work,.
Custom ROMs created with dsixda android kitchen have patched kernels. However, the boot.img inside these ROMS need to be tar'ed and flashed thru odin in order for the kernel patches to work properly.
Just flash termagazis' termarom PDA file thru odin and your rom of choice to make features like init.d and a2sd work properly. Also do not forget to partition your sdcard with ext2 accordingly.

The build.prop says that this is 4.0.4, but that can easily be faked. What's the reported kernel version?

someone that is able to insert some script for our Desire pls!
Well, its not k3, it is 2.6.38.8 cayniarb-ics-stock kernel... whatever, cam is better for me

link2sd works, but low space.

i didnt see any lag, just lot of battery drain... but i will try this kernel... still searching someone that is able to insert data2ext script...
for language change: you should edit two build.prop line in the zip without extract the file:
ro.product.locale.language=zh
ro.product.locale.region=TW
example for italian:
ro.product.locale.language=it
ro.product.locale.region=IT
after this flash the rom and install morelocal2.
not sure if someone will get full rom language but at least is better
I'm testing this rom for 2 days, and i'm happy with it. I don't use any sd2ext scripts, since i use my phone only for calls, sms and gmaps.
Unfortunatly, the lockscreen is a bit laggy.

oic.. i used to be a sense fan too especially for its widgets but now i have switched to ICS, i prefer stock ICS and widgets nowadays are as high quality as sense ones. (although i haven't tried sense > v3.0)
i have removed the int2ext script thx.. i am now using mount2sd.. hope i don't get any "can't wake up" issues anymore
