Remove Screen Indicators - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hi guys,
Can someone tell me where to deactivate the screen indicators above the dock? I think I saw it somewhere but I can't find it anymore. I'm running AOKP M5 with Nova Launcher.

I don't remember exactly where the setting is because I'm running Trebuchet right now, but I think I remember a setting in Nova (Homescreen tab maybe?) that will let you uncheck that option.

still can't find anything...

[Q] ADW.Launcher - Dock Icon Reflections

I've seen this in screenshots and mentioned in forum posts but I can't find a theme or setting that enables it.
How do I get the reflections under the dock icons in ADW.Launcher?
Found the answer here:

Thanks EindhovenOne!
I am not able to make it work, I'm running 1.1.3 version.
Lento...try updating to the latest version, and make sure you have the settings from the screenshot as they appear. The hardest part is getting the swipe motion on the app dock icon exactly right, it is very touchy to be honest. Post back if you can't get it after a few tries and we'll go from there.

I have the latest installed 1.1.3, where can I find the screenshot with the settings? I'm not able to see it.
Edit1: found it, weird can't see the screenshots from my computer, but I actually was able to look at them from my phone.
Edit2: Not able to see from the pictures, which options you have check.
Edit: got it working, thanks
Hello I'm new at the forum I've notice the post about the icons reflection in the dock bar. I have the latest version of AWD Launcher EX but this feature is not present or at least I can not find it. Can someone point me in the right direction or I just doing something wrong. Thank you in advance
To customize the Dock bar in ADW Ex: Menu, ADW Settings, UI Settings, Main Dock, Dock Background, Custom
Then select wherever you saved the new dock you want to use.
To add icons to the dock bar (if you were asking about that too), I would just add the app to your desktop, long-click it, click on the existing icon and replace it. Then drag the new app icon to your dock bar.
EDIT:
I just reread your question: if you're just looking for the "hidden" dockbar, I think the default setting is to do a short swipe up on the main dockbar. That should expose the hidden one. Setting for this hidden dockbar are located in the same general area as the steps I listed a few lines up (just called Hidden Dockbar).
Thanks
That works really great...so hidden dock bar is the one that reflect the icons...COOL!. I think they should implement the same function for the standard dock. Plus if they add the folder manager in the app drawer like the one in GO Launcher Ex and the option to replace the apps icons like other far more simple Launchers on the market, AWDLauncher will be the best launcher without any question. I think that the developers should think about those options.

[Q] ADW Question...

... I have flashed a few roms that use ADW as the default home. I have seen a few screen shots that show a shortcut bar that contains 4 shorcuts instead of 2. How can I do that? I have tried everything I can think of the adw settings and cant figure it out. Thank you in advance.
There is a launcherpro option that makes it looks like that I tihnk it's called froyo wide dock background. u gotta use launcherpro tho
Well, more precisely, you first need to enable LAB/RAB, and I think also the Secondary Action Buttons. Then, you'll be able to simply drag an app shortcut to those locations.

ICS - "Google search bar" - Rid off somehow?

Hi All,
I just installed "Sandvold's ICS BETA" and quiet like it. But would it be possible to rid off the google search bar from the top of the screen ?
Or its a must have suprise from google ?
(I don't think its usefull on each screen, or at all... :S )
Kind regards,
Tom

I think a system apk is incharge of that not sure on name though.

Either delete GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk in /system/app or check the launcher's settings.

I am back to LeeDroids ROM at the moment but I was using Sanvold's ROM until a few days ago. There is a menu setting for to get rid of the search bar but I can't remember precisely where off the top of my head. The wording is something like "Enable persistent searchbar", if you uncheck this, it will be gone.
When you install the rom, choose in the installer for the nova launcher option. It has the option to disable the searchbar.
Menu -> Nova Settings -> Desktop -> Persistent Search Bar -> Never
It's the same on Apex launcher. I don't know if you can disable it on stock launcher, but the alternatives are also more customisable.
Use Nova and simply remove the bar.
On my Desire wihit ICS beta 0.4.4, I just have to remove it like a widget.

[Q] Launcher help please

So im seeing a lot of launchers where the dock icons have a reflection to them (which i think is badass) however I cant for the life of me get them to do that. I have downloaded and bought the pro versions of apex and nova but cant find the setting to enable that. Can some one please point me in the right direction?
go to settings applications all running processes find ur launcher or launchers u got clear data on them and hit home button once u do that. that should refresh it so show the homescreen option. also i just noticed if u have nova launcher go into nova setttinvs scroll down hit nova default launcher and itll brg up ur homescreen options too. gl!
I think I might have worded it wrong. I would like my dock to have the reflection to my apps on my dock.

Dock Bar Rotation?

Hello there!
This is a problem that I've had for a while. Ever since I got this tablet, to be precise (3 days after it released; I have the Wi-Fi only version). I tried to give it a fair chance, but I think I've given it enough time to be able to say that I don't like it. The problem is that my dock bar never rotates to the bottom of the screen like it should when I flip the tablet to landscape mode, which is what I have it set in 99% of the time (the last 1% being because an app or something forces me into portrait mode). I can't seem to find anything to make it go to the bottom and I've searched this forum and Google for a solution but I didn't find anything. The few threads that I did find dealing with this problem suggested a different launcher, but when I tried it, the dock bar was still on the side of the screen. How can I make it go back to the bottom? When I had the 1st gen Nexus 7, I never had this problem.
ROM: ParanoidAndroid 3.99 RC2
Kernel: Franco Kernel
Launcher: Apex
Thanks in advance!
Is this a unique problem?
Anyone have a solution?
Is this a 4.3 problem?
It means that the rom/launcher does not have 'Tablet Mode' enabled for the homescreens. I am not sure how to get what you are asking for, but it is acting like everyone elses and you don't have a defect of any kind.
