And one more for benchmark I run on odexed version:
Rom:
I present tFE07 rom.
1. Touch of ICS theme by Tiffany84
2. Added AOSP gallery for nice widget
3. Changed settings background to GNex scaled grey (thanks Ben's for help and research)
4. Changed touch sound to GNex sound (thanks Ben's for help and research)
5. Removed boot sound
5. Silenced Camera.apk as much as I could. It does make sound only when getting focus. No shutter sound, no recording sound on video.
6. Removed stock boot animation
7. Added International SGS II Boot animation.
8. Added International SGS II Shutdown animation
9. Added app to switch between MTP and USB storage.
10. Removed bloatware.
Added tweaks:
1. Added VM managment.
2. Internet speed
3. Battery tweaks in buid.prop and in init.d
4. Kernel tweaks in init.d (hope it works as planned).
5. Low memory management.
6. Tweak to help phone to go to deep sleep when idle.
If you need tether you should fall back to wifi tether for root users for now.
Hopefully we will see the Hotspot hack soon.
Installation instructions:
1. Download rom zip file.
2. Download modem zip file (optional)
3. Copy files to root of your sd card
4. Boot into recovery.
5. Do a NAND back up (optional but strongly recomended).
6. If you still running any GB build flash/apply Calkulin's format all zip. This step can be skipped if you running ICS builds. I have tried flashing this rom over FD10 ICS rom and had no problems. Also I have flashed rom after using Calk's format all script. No problems either.
7. Apply rom zip in recovery.
8. Apply modem zip in recovery.
9. Boot to system.
tFE07_v0.1.0
1. http://d-h.st/Ysf Odexed Rom.
2. http://d-h.st/Aq1 Deodexed Rom
Rom comes with repacked stock unlocked kernel with init.d support and more thanks to Sfhub.
Modem flashable zip can be found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1642564
Here are links to removed app zip files:
1. http://d-h.st/YTN Removed Odexed Apps.
2. Coming soon Removed DeOdexed Apps.
If you want any of removed apps back download the zip file. Delete any app you don't want from /system/app folder using 7z and flash rest of it in recovery.
Please note if you are on odexed rom with any app you delete you should delete the .odex file as well.
Stock rooted odexed/deodexed zip files are available in second link in my signature. Go to FD26 folder and download it from there.
CRT animation:

If you want to disable it:

Lockscreen
Think the fd26 lockscreen zip in the themes and app section will work with fe07?
Thanks for the work again agat63. I see the repacked kernel from sfhub mentioned but not CWM. I'm assuming that has not been repackeged by anyone yet. Any ideas on when we might see CWM in a FE kernel? (I'm an nandroid maniac). I know sfhub mentioned trying to get SteadyHawkins permission for that but just wondering if you've been able to do it either. Thanks again. I'll try and give this ago in the morning.

Lockscreen mods are in framework-res.apk
It might work but you would be running 4.0.3 framework with 4.0.4 build.
I don't think it's a good idea.
You can ask op of that mode to make one for this build as well.
I am so glad I couldn't sleep tonight! Thanks once again Agat!

Damn thank you i was afraid of that. I can't stand the touchwiz lockscreen and only like using widgetlocker on gingerbread haha. I really want to try this rom out though. Thank you for all your work!

Repacking still no go for me but there is a solution to your need for backup.
Use this kernel and since the signature verification has been lifted you can keep a flashable zip with FD26 kernel on your sd card.
Flashing kernel takes only few seconds.
Anytime you need a back up you can flash FD26 from stock recovery and do the back up.
I Odin'd fe07 and was missing your ROM. Downloading now thanks!
Edit: if already running fe07 (via Odin) I can flash through unlocked stock recovery right? Should I run Calks format all or no need?

You can download this:
http://d-h.st/4mb.
This zip file includes 2 framework files for hotspot hack for FD26.
Just open zip file with 7z and delete 2 files from /system/framework folder leaving only zImage file in it.
Do not delete anything else.
Or just grab zImage file out of it and put in any kernel.zip you have available replacing zImage in it.
Did modified wipe and flashed odexed. Stuck inverted GTalk and themed keyboard on external and flashed with baked in kernel, pushed inverted HD YouTube and everything is working great as usual. I will fine tune in the morning. Thanks Agat!!

Here we go again.
New leak, new update, new rom.
Same as previous leaks.
Thanks to Calkulin for Stock rooted deodexed rom
Thanks to Tiffany84 for initial themeing of FC05/FC07/FC15
Thanks to Team Rogue for FC18 repacked kernel.
v0.1.1
1. Fixed/added missing battery icons
2. Changed touch sound to GNex. (thanks Ben's for help and research)
3. Changed settings background to GNex scaled grey (thanks Ben's for help and research)
4. Removed boot sound
5. Added enhanced Camera.apk (thanks to Calkulin, KCRic and little bit to me)
6. Removed all system camera sounds. Camera is completely silent photo and video
7. Added modified gps.conf to system/etc for better, more accurate and faster lock (I hope)
8. Added build.prop tweaks for camera quality, battery life, overall responcivness, faster dial out, less black screen after phone call, deeper sleep, wifi scan interval. I think some more but can't recall all.
9. Added FC22 Team Rogue Repacked kernel (thanks to SH and the team for fast repack and all work they do for us)
10. I know did something else while waiting for kernel. If you figure it out let me know I'll add to OP.
If you want to get most out of your battery I'd suggest you flash roms when battery is fully charged. This applies to any rom.
Did run quadrant scores after rom settled for 35-40 min. 3 runs came out to:
3975 4025 3895.
Got first GPS fix outside in 13 sec 8/8.
Download link at the bottom of this OP.
v.0.1.0
Rom is pretty much stock with light ICS touch. No build.prop tweaks yet.
Included:
1% battery (thanks to Tiffany84)
International Galaxy Boot animation
Removed bloatware
Added AOSP Gallery so we will have a nice widget.
Added inverted google+
May be something else but don't hold me this.
Let us see how it works.
GPS works. Navigation (I'm using Google maps navigation) works.
GPS status got accuracy 10-15ft outside.
I didn't try to flash this rom over any of GB builds but it worked with and without wipe over FC18. Didn't try any other builds.
WARNING: For those of you who has hard time connecting phone to PC as an MTP or PTP device you better stay away from FC22 build. The USB Utilities option from menu->settings->more is gone. MTP/PTP is the only way to connect phone to PC
Installation instructions:

WiFi tether for root users is needed with v0.1.0 only and works fine just have to set the device as Samsung Galaxy Nexus CDMA/LTE as with all ICS builds.
I tried to incorporate the app into rom but if it doesn't work after flash and you don't have it you can download it from here:

You would need to flash modem separately.

It wasn't fast. Rom was ready about noon.
Couldn't upload it till I got home.
I don't have issues connecting to my Win7 pc through MTP but I don't get why they would do away with Mass USB storage. Never understood why they did that with the GNex either. If you have a car stereo with a USB port and use your phone to play music through it, it won't work with MTP.

It's too small for my old eyes and I prefer a larger number at the middle of battery icon.
Thanks. Is there any way to remove the new battery icon and have AOSP?
Also how about boot animation and lock screen?

Bootanimation has been changed to Galaxy SII
May be I'll make a theme for FC22 to flash AOSP icons. Gotta take a look.
I like this theme made by Tiffany84 very much and would like to keep it.
But a separate theme can be made I guess.
Can someone give me a link to a good AOSP rom/theme so I can try to pull icons and colors from it.

Fixed rom as well.
It's uploading.
It's Friday night in Vegas and I'm going out with my wife.
Can't wait for upload. I'll fix the link in OP when I get back.

Sorry again for misleading in OP.
First of all I would like to extend my thanks to sextape for posting leak.
His posts for past months have helped us all and we had a wild ride with all these leaks.
Also I would like to thank Crawrj's & Maddoggin's for hotspot hack.
Thank Team Rogue for repacked FC24 kernel with CWM recovery
Thank Tiffany84 for initial ICS theme she made for us.
Thank jt-hatch for playing guinea pig and testing rom for whole day for me.
Now back to subject.
I present tFC24 roms.
I made it in 2 versions.
Both roms are:
Striped, rooted, deodexed with touch of ICS, hotspot hack and same build.prop tweaks.
v0.1.0 is pretty much same as all my previous FC roms.
It's based on FC24 build and comes with FC24 repacked kernel.
v0.1.1 comes with few inverted apps from here
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/15092-invertedtotally-inverted-apps-3-24-google-voice-updated/
Our thanks to travp624 from rootzwiki.
I've included inverted play store, google voice, google+, youtube, mms ...
I have tried to include gmail, email etc but it breaks something when included in rom.
You can try to flash once rom is installed. All apps are available in link provided.
Few screen shots of inverted apps:

So for both roms:
1. Touch of ICS theme by Tiffany84
2. Changed touch sound to GNex. (thanks Ben's for help and research)
3. Changed settings background to GNex scaled grey (thanks Ben's for help and research)
4. Removed boot sound

9. FC24 Team Rogue Repacked kernel (thanks to SH and the team for fast repack and all work they do for us)
10. I know did something else. If you figure it out let me know I'll add to OP.
11. I made CRT animation optional and you can find ON/OFF zip files under Misc. Stuff in my signature.
12. Added app to switch between MTP and USB storage.

I've run this rom, and ICS4ICS on Calk's ICS ROM (but not since FC07). IMHO agat & tiffany84 have nailed all the visual impact and what-I'm-looking-for of ICS4ICS but somehow it seems... lighter. Maybe that's b/c it's baked into agat's ROM rather than flashed over the top of a stock/GB looking ROM. At any rate, agat's ROM (with tiffany84's theme) + go launcher ex + ICS go launcher theme => fabulosity for me. (note -- fan of go launcher from the gb days; haven't yet been converted by nova b/c I'm too lazy and have too much time in on putting together my go setup; about to try out apex and possibly trebuchet this weekend tho b/c I hear they are good and that apex has a lot of configurability...)

It looks like this should be around long enough for someone to be interested to repack the kernel.
I'm ready to learn but so far no one showed interest to walk me thru.
I hope there will be now problems with rom or downloads since I'm about to go out.
Taking my better half to dinner.
I'll be on the phone but can't fix download/upload problems if any till later tonight.
Good luck all and enjoy.

Any body else notice that
a) System Updates is a top-level menu in system settings now (instead of being under about phone)
b) The last entry isn't to update Android anymore... instead it is "Update Samsung software"
(not saying either is a big deal or means anything -- just noting some changes in the system settings menu and wondering what else is moved/changed...)
Quickie: does this ROM include the Sprint hotspot hack?

No hotspot hack not included.
Odex not downloading on phone.

I mobile Odin'd to el26+cwm and flashed this over FE10 and interestingly enough, my benchmark scores come in at like 5950ish now instead of 6100 like the last couple builds. Maybe my next install is gonna be a fresh wipe too.
I've been doing fresh wipes each time and it makes a huge difference. Little things find a way to get carried over somehow otherwise, it seems.
Yes i always fresh wipe. But prl and profile finally updated, rom runs like melted butter!

Didn't test it yesterday (or was today already?).
If no new leak drop today my plan is to test both bluetoock devices I have and continue on my attempts to repack ACS recovery.
