First of all I would like to extend my thanks to sextape for posting leak.
His posts for past months have helped us all and we had a wild ride with all these leaks.
Also I would like to thank Crawrj's & Maddoggin's for hotspot hack.
Thank Team Rogue for repacked FC24 kernel with CWM recovery
Thank Tiffany84 for initial ICS theme she made for us.
Thank jt-hatch for playing guinea pig and testing rom for whole day for me.
Now back to subject.
I present tFC24 roms.
I made it in 2 versions.
Both roms are:
Striped, rooted, deodexed with touch of ICS, hotspot hack and same build.prop tweaks.
v0.1.0 is pretty much same as all my previous FC roms.
It's based on FC24 build and comes with FC24 repacked kernel.
v0.1.1 comes with few inverted apps from here
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/15092-invertedtotally-inverted-apps-3-24-google-voice-updated/
Our thanks to travp624 from rootzwiki.
I've included inverted play store, google voice, google+, youtube, mms ...
I have tried to include gmail, email etc but it breaks something when included in rom.
You can try to flash once rom is installed. All apps are available in link provided.
Few screen shots of inverted apps:

}
So for both roms:
1. Touch of ICS theme by Tiffany84
2. Changed touch sound to GNex. (thanks Ben's for help and research)
3. Changed settings background to GNex scaled grey (thanks Ben's for help and research)
4. Removed boot sound
5. Added enhanced Camera.apk (thanks to Calkulin, KCRic and little bit to me)
6. Removed all system camera sounds. Camera is completely silent photo and video
7. Added modified gps.conf to system/etc for better, more accurate and faster lock (I hope)
8. Added build.prop tweaks for camera quality, battery life, overall responcivness, faster dial out, less black screen after phone call, deeper sleep, wifi scan interval. I think some more but can't recall all.
9. FC24 Team Rogue Repacked kernel (thanks to SH and the team for fast repack and all work they do for us)
10. I know did something else. If you figure it out let me know I'll add to OP.
11. I made CRT animation optional and you can find ON/OFF zip files under Misc. Stuff in my signature.
12. Added app to switch between MTP and USB storage.
Installation instructions:
1. Download rom zip file.
2. Download modem zip file (optional)
3. Copy files to root of your sd card
4. Boot into recovery.
5. Do a NAND back up (optional but strongly recomended).
6. If you still running any GB build flash/apply Calkulin's format all zip. This step can be skipped if you running ICS builds. I have tried flashing this rom over FC18 ICS rom and had no problems.
7. Apply rom zip in recovery.
8. Apply modem zip in recovery.
9. Boot to system.

LOL ;-) well, they are the closest to ICS as we are going to get! Everyone tries to make their version of ICS and it comes out to custom. Your ICS roms are smooth, stable and awesomely pure ICS themed!

Don't know since I never compared them.
I liked what Tiffany84 presented for FC07 and I'm using it ever since.
I didn't even try any other theme so I won't be a good person to talk about differences.
Hot doggity dig... glad it's up and out; I've been absolutely loving this rom all day. Can't believe it took me this long to notice the release had been posted.
Thanks for the efforts you put into making such great roms, and providing so many options, agat!
Yeah this is looking great! I swear by inverted apps. They help a lot with battery. Great job Agat! I am going to have to try this build..edit..is stock kernel floating around somewhere?

As stated in OP only few of inverted apps played nice when added to rom /system/apps.
So everything should be installed separately until I figure out why are they crashing when you flash them with rom.
here ya go John..

You think system apps like Gmail will work if placed into data folder?
If yes, do I need to delete same app from system/app folder to avoid interference?

I've run this rom, and ICS4ICS on Calk's ICS ROM (but not since FC07). IMHO agat & tiffany84 have nailed all the visual impact and what-I'm-looking-for of ICS4ICS but somehow it seems... lighter. Maybe that's b/c it's baked into agat's ROM rather than flashed over the top of a stock/GB looking ROM. At any rate, agat's ROM (with tiffany84's theme) + go launcher ex + ICS go launcher theme => fabulosity for me. (note -- fan of go launcher from the gb days; haven't yet been converted by nova b/c I'm too lazy and have too much time in on putting together my go setup; about to try out apex and possibly trebuchet this weekend tho b/c I hear they are good and that apex has a lot of configurability...)

I'm ready to learn but so far no one showed interest to walk me thru.

I mobile Odin'd to el26+cwm and flashed this over FE10 and interestingly enough, my benchmark scores come in at like 5950ish now instead of 6100 like the last couple builds. Maybe my next install is gonna be a fresh wipe too.
I've been doing fresh wipes each time and it makes a huge difference. Little things find a way to get carried over somehow otherwise, it seems.
Yes i always fresh wipe. But prl and profile finally updated, rom runs like melted butter!

Didn't test it yesterday (or was today already?).
If no new leak drop today my plan is to test both bluetoock devices I have and continue on my attempts to repack ACS recovery.
i no longer have the time for this. im sorry i wish i did but i have school a new job and im in a band so no time to keep this up but i dont want to see it go but if you want to be the new owner of this then go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1817310

installing (more information)
ok i'll be breaking this down to 2 parts ( all different types of installs)
(this might be able to carried for to other ROMs but it mainly written for the HELLfire ROM)
FRESH INSTALL:
a "fresh install" or first install, happens when the user want to install the ROM but their current ROM is different. it almost always requires wiping. the user can use the latest full ROM ( it will always be a full ROM unless other wise said). example the user can do a fresh install with v1.1 (because it is a full ROM) but they can't do it with v1.1.1 ( because it isnt a full ROM but only updates specific parts)
UPDATE INSTALL:
an update install happens when a user is running a previous version of the ROM and wants the latest and greatest. It can be updated with a single flash without having to wipe a single thing (again this was meant for the HELLfire ROM, other ROMs might be different)
***other important information***
If the latest version is not a full ROM, but you are doing a fresh install, the user will have to download the latest full ROM flash it, then flash the update ROM.
always check the MD5sum before flashing to make sure you have a good download!
check the change log to see if it is a full ROM or an update ROM
on the HELLfire ROM x.x.x = update ROM, x.x = full ROM (remember fresh installs can only be done on a full ROM)
any thing else you think should be included in this please PM me!
Nice to see some more roms. Good job.

ummm what?!? (i mean i get what you are saying) but when i do a fresh install to takes the setup screen then after that it says 2 updates available why do i have it and not you?!?!?!?! the recovery.img isnt touched so thats on you...
what do you mean by no access to sd cards?
No "my files folder" I guess I could've went to a file sharing site and picked up something but other explorer type apks have issues seeing external sd card. When you boot up, you get play store? Do you also have my files folder? On version 1.0? I mean I can try and flash again but maybe version 1.1 would be the way to go? And by recovery I meant on the power button, this phone doesn't like the ole volume up, home, then power button combo, lol... Also, can't wait to see the finished kernel, is it gonna be oc'able and if so what frequencies?
P.S. I'm a flashaholic but these 600MB+ roms are crazy on sprint lol took 3hrs to dl...

I hope I don't dl this rom and install it to answer everything you just barked about.
Edit: My GS3 has thoroughly enjoyed the volume up+home+power button combo. Gets me to recovery every time.

Procedure-Download Rom, Linked Below, and place on sdcard
-Boot to Recovery, CWM or Philz, and make a backup before doing a full wipe (backups are always a good idea)
-Full wipe is Data(factory reset), /system, cache partition, and Dalvik Cache
-Flash Rom (and bloat package after if you so desire)
-Reboot and let sit after initial setup to let sync/setup. After a bit I then suggest a reboot(not required)

Venum Ice Bloat Package for v2.0
http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23329332407581464
(Bloat Zip is flashable, can use to create bloat zip you want. Use 7zip or other on comp to easily delete things from /system/app in Bloat zip prior to flashing if you don't want to flash the whole thing. If you only want a couple apk's simply delete everything BUT those in zip prior to flashing, and don't forget the .odex files for each .apk. I suggest only leaving in the zip what you want, ROM is debloated for a reason! and blaot apk may be outdated)

Plus LOTS of work
-If you have not already upgraded to MK4 from previous firmware you will need to flash the Wifi Fix via Odin on the comp after Rom boots (link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47817184&postcount=81 big thanks to dr.ketan and Lorjay) after rom flash
-Restoring Apps/Data, and flashing Note 3 Feature Zips is discouraged for stability/features.

I haven't included the modded wifi tether app, it can be had from the forums if you want it. Started getting real sick yesterday so had to put out what I have so far. Won't be getting much done for the next few days. barely got through the OP lol. Will of course be updating as we go.
Pardon the dumb question, but this is the first Samsung device I've owned so I'm not sure of the answer. If I've already flashed the lk8 package can I still flash this rom?

I guess new kernels should be fine, went with the one included because it had been tested well. As far as modems and such im not sure. But if your running the latest firmware you wont be running my Rom

Great rom sir! Only bugs I've noticed so far are that it says "chameleon has stopped working" when it boots (maybe because I'm on latest firmware) and the photos I'm attaching. Can't read certain text boxes. Amazing performance by the way!

Both of those are confirmed apps that are forcing colors. I can't do anything about that unless app Devs stop forcing colors. I've found where it is in the apks, and I've made vrthemes that correct it before. Pretty much any where there's a text issue is a forced app color. They're rare it seems luckily, ive just learned to live with the xda one
As far as chameleon fc'ing on boot, I have not gotten any of the many times I flashed after a full wipe. The Google search app included is one version older than the current one, because I themed it and didnt see the need to update yet. So if you had any issues you didnt wipe properly
