Hi,
My HOX reboots after a few minutes every time I lock the screen. The issue started after it was updated to 1.28.
I've factory reset from bootloader, I've re-flashed 1.28 with the RUU and had the same issue. Flashed 1.29 and still have the same issue...
Anybody else had this or have any ideas what could be causing it?
The phone runs absolutely fine if I don't lock the screen.... But that's not doing my battery any good!
Cheers
anyone?

Is it possible you have a third-part app or something (widget?) that mess things up?
Nope. It has been factory reset and re-flashed multiple times...
Anybody?
I have done everything from flashing to unrooting and the issue still persist.
The hanging occurs after start up and takes approx. 3-5 minutes to hang.
I am running stock firmware.
Whenever I tried to check the settings, the screen and touch keys would freeze.
However, the power button still functions. I am having no signal at all.
When i get the chance to check the baseband version, it would say "Baseband Version: UNKNOWN."
The battery is running good and doesn't appear to be the problem.
The phone is unlocked and running on AT&T service. I have done factory reset and still does not help.
Anyone have a clue what to do?
Hi
Im running oxygen with oxygen r2 hboot without any EXT partitions on PVT-4 S-FF Desire GSM. I've got problems with apps on it. Everything works fine and after some time I can't unlock my phone. I'm pressing the power button and screen is black, only hardware buttons are highlihting. So I'm removing battery and restarting it. After that it starts to behave strange. When I try to launch any app only screen goes black and nothing happen. Also widgets are gone. It touches all apps i have installed on my phone. I even fully wiped my phone an the problem starts after BSOD when trying to unlock it. Did anyone ever faced this prob? Please, answer.
Hi guys, got a bit of a strange problem with my missus's One X. Today, all of a sudden the phone kept freezing and required us to restart the phone in order for it to becoming responsive.. However, when we restarted it, after a few seconds of use it starts to freeze again and then sometimes reboots itself.
We were originally on a custom ROM, however, I have reset it back to factory settings and cleared all data/cache/etc. It's back to the stock Optus Jelly Bean software with no root and no custom anything. I have also reflashed the stock Optus Jelly Bean firmware and relocked the Bootloader. I have even done a rebootRUU!..
However, it's still freezing up and rebooting itself whenever we start using the phone.. The odd thing is, this only occurs when the phone is OFF charge/USB. When it it plugged in, it does not freeze or reboot. But when it is running on the battery, it will run into these issues. Has anyone had any similar issue to this? Any way to fix this without having to send it back to HTC and hope they don't chuck a hissyfit about the **RELOCKED** bootloader?
same problem here dude, but mine is refurbished HOX+
it occur since i buy it, but after flashing android revolution hd this freeze thing never happen but somehow after i restart my phone its become an issue again
i dont think its a hardware defect yours or mine, i think its more alike like the driver or firmware problem
if yours still in warranty just claim for it, cause mine cant
After rooting my htc one X and flashing the Viper X rom in it, i had some problems rebooting my phone when the battery is lower than 20%.
I restored my official rom back Android 4.1.1 sense version 4+ (that i have recovered from CWM) but i'm still facing the same issue after my battery drops down to 20% sometimes the phone turns off by itself or if im playing a game and some other times if I reboot it (when the battery is below 20%) it starts to the home screen when it say preparing SIM card it turns off. I removed the SIM card and turned it on it started to the home screen and everything went ok but after installing the SIM card it shuts down immediately!
Is there anyways to fix this problem?
Is it a software or a hardware malfunction ?
