[Q] Need Help (Cm10 jelly king v1.3 and V2.0)

First of all i Really appreciate Kantry123 for his great work :good: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2075272
2nd i'm Facing a major problem i started to use jelly king v1.3 deodexed since kantry123 made it, i had no problem everything was great no lags everything works perfectly since two days ago started to have problems with viber (example) calling someone but i can't hear anything even the person am trying to talk with him can't hear nothing so, so i did uninstall and re-installed again same problem i decided to use another App like Tango same damn problem!! so i decided to fresh install jelly king v2.0 with wiping data factory , same problem !! is it a hardware problem? please i need help ASAP

It may also be due to a slow internet connection!

The latest update of viber has a bug..as It's reported in play store comments..so pl..z. do wait for the next update

Its not a connection problem.. I'm using wifi at home , i think viber has a problems with
Costume roms!

Yeah mybe but what about other apps like tango or skype it has the same problems
Okai i have been using too many costum roms lately so how about deleting everything in memory card
And start fresh mybe my memory is corrupted becuase i flashed to many roms..by the way
V2.0 has a problem with touch sensitivey and its not smooth like v1.3

I got the exact problem on speeddroid 1.3 with all viber like apps, do you found a way to fix it?

Viber doesn't support custom Rom's but this version works V. 2.1.4.588

this version shutsdown all the time and when I try to call someone. It says the user has no viber installed.

This is weird i was using this ver without any problems now am on s3.. Like i told you Viber doesn't support Custom ROM's
i made a report for you and viber team gave me this link so hopefully this feedback will solve your problem.. i'm sure this will help don't give up

Htc one x Display Issue! Screen flicker!

Hello everyone!
First of all apologies for making a new thread. I tried searching the forum about the problem but couldn't find anything. So, created a new thread.
I have the screen flickering issue on my 3 months old HOX.

And my phone is in warranty but I unlocked the bootloader and using custom roms. Is there any way back to complete factory stock and locked bootloader with no sign left behind of rooting?

You can just send the phone to a repair service...just go back to stock...there is also no way to completely lock the bootloader...but if the problem persists also on stock HTC will fix it !

BFD!!! Turn on your display and do a pressure between the right down on your main camera and display and see what will happend, report back. Yes it is answeared many times by me

I tried flash the stock kernal. As of now, the problem doesn't exist. I don't know whether it's temporary or permanent.
Now I'm not getting GSM tower. how to get?

You need the stock Rom modules....if you use viper try to disable smartdimmer...but it shouldn't be kernel issue because your phone has this issue ...

Oh bad! If i get back to stock and send it to service centre, do they charge for the board replacement? My phone is in warranty period now.

As long you dont have this issue with stock you don't need to send in and also they won't charge for it as long its also not due to overclocking or other things...and if they say you have to pay for motherboard replacing and you are sure it's not your fault you can say and you have the right that they change it without paying because it's not your fault...it's a problem with screen/board...

Man I have the same issue it is not kernel releated are you try my method with the pressure? They replace my phone with new one. This fix is temporary after few day will start again I am not kidding. Read the lot of the thread here! Don't wait try my method with the pressure and you will see the result on the same moment when you do a pressure.
And I been with the Relocked bootloader and full stock and the din't charge me!

Am not tried your method because the problem didn't come after I flashed a stock kernel. Yeah, you correct! I had the same problem a month before. It come frequently. It should be board problem. I'll send it to service center.

Try the method with the pressure because when you go to the service center you must to show on them the problem!

When I gave pressure between main camera and display nothing has happened. But, when i open some application its flickering again and the phone get hang and need to restart it.
And how to get stock recovery? I flashed the recovery file from my stock firmware and it didn't work. I need it to hard reset the phone.

Flashing ViperX 4.0.6 and I'm still in 0.00% :(

Guys, what should i do? I started installer wiped all boot flashed and now is for 5 minutes typing Installing 0.00%. I am installing viperx 4.0.6
//edit well, solved it probably, needed to hold down volume power and retry install now it works.

And please dont make new threads for every little problem you encounter.....you have a thread already where we discussed the viper.

blink led during charge is not work properly.led not blink some time when charging phone.after rebot phone it works perfect.but after 1-2 days led not blink and have to rebot phone again.

You need to listen to big noob,do a full wipe in recovery and reflash the rom

i m using 4.0.6.now as all know 4.0.7 is relesed i want to update my phone.but touch recovery is not working.i try both cwm and twrp.its to hard to set up rom at instolation using volume up down key and power key.can someone tell me how to

Click on I have already an account and you can change to create new...if you won't get a confirmation mail try to get it more...somehow it fails...sometimes it works directly for some and for some they need to receive more often the confirmation mail ...all those things you can read in venom thread -.- please read there but don't ask questions if they are already answered there...you can use the search button too

i have tryed using setup wizard.there is two option "creat account now" and "log on now".but i cant click both and i have to finish setup.

You can do it in venom hub directly no need for setup wizard.... Just go back venom hub and there where you have to enter existing account click on the upper button and you can change to create new account !

Hi guys, this is the MM version of my previous kernel.

I'm also experiencing rapid battery drain and I have always-on off and tilt-to-wake off. I did flash the test02.img MM kernel that Skin1980 posted before releasing this version - I don't know if the dirty flashing could be a factor.

I've flashed Skin1980's kernel v. 1.1 yesterday. In a few hours without any unusual activity the watch was stuck with "Android Wear is not responding" message 2 times, completely froze with "Android Wear shut down" error once, rebooted suddenly by itself once. Had to flash back original kernel. Maybe I should have done a full wipe immediately after flashing? Could this be the cause of the problems?

Working fine for me after installing i boot twrp through adb wipe caches and reboot watch and factory reset and all was fine.

How often should I update?

Hi All,
I'm new to LOS and have a basic question. How often should I update? I was taught don't mess with anything that ain't broken!
Now if I wait too long, for example, updating from 17.1 to 18.x one of these days, would the built-in updater still be able to do a seamless update, or would I end up reinstalling everything for such a big jump? Seamless for me means I can flash the new one over the old one in TWRP without a wipe, and all my config would remain and apps still work!
Any thought is highly appreciated. Thank you

Hard to say...
For me... mor or less once a month with security patches. Or I see interesting changes.
And only to next version if at "known bugs" is nothing which stops me at daily usage and only if it os "official"

Yes normally that works pretty fine, just be sure if your using magisk, there are modules which can cause problems in that process
