I still didn't decided about the case, not even the screen protector, and I find it more difficult because most of you have the black phone and I can't tell how the case would look like on a white one. Should I go only for white? Was going for a ultra protective case but on second thought a solution would be a normal case not so thin like barely there and not so thick, medium for indoor use and for going out the flip style because it protects the screen better. But then again, you have more combinations available because black goes well with any other colour. Please gs2 white users post some pics and recommendations.

I bought this case for my GS2. It fits very nice, but the downside is that id adds a bit of thickness everywhere.. but i like it that way because the phone is much more comfortable to handle. Also I've ordered this screen protector from ebay. A friend of mine uses it on his iPhone 4 and it looks very nice (the protector, not the phone )
Thanks, that case looks OK, is a noname from hk? Gel or tpu? It offers some protection, link please. The screen protector is really cheap, so you didn't received it yet?

The case is from gel, but it's some kind of a hard gel and it offers a very good protection and gives you a good grip when holding the phone. It is a noname. I bought from a local store here in Bulgaria, so I'm sure that you'll be able to find similar in your country. The screen protectors haven't arrived yet because the shipping time to Bulgaria from anywhere is between 15-25 business days, and I ordered it a week ago.

can you give me the link for this case?
the case is good looking~
I have a black sgs2, BUT I can tell you one thing:
I really reccomend you buy a TPU case as it's very good (at least the one that I got) and protects the phone great.
I've bought this Case Mate 3 months ago. It was very nice, totally clear. It protects the chrome edge all around. You could put the phone screen face down on a flat surface. The screen would not been harmed in any way.
But after a few weeks the case was getting discolored. It's blue on the corners because of my jeans pocket. And the whole case is a little yellowish.

I'm using a black rubber case from Momax on a white GS2. I think the contrast adds a nice touch. The fit is slightly tight because I am using the official 2000 mah Samsung battery, but it looks very natural. Will post pics when I get home tonight!
what case did you end up with?
Just ordered this gorgeous case for my One X..its by Spigen only n looks amazing..will post pics n review on receiving it..

Looks good, do you know whether it will protect the camera?

Hey guys.
The most concerning thing for me was protecting the camera lens. After looking around I purchased this one in blue from Ebay for under 8 quid and it's feels, looks and fits the phone perfect and fits around the camera lens snuggly and protrudes approx 1 ml above the lens allowing us to lay it down on front or back without the phone touching the surface at any time. Highly recommended, I have included a link for u to see the case for urself.

Thanks LakshayX.
I checked out your link and decided to order the SGP Ultra thin Air in soul black from Amazon UK for £19. It arrived this morning and I have to say it's a great case and fits superbly, looks good and despite not being the cheapest case available it's certainly worth the money.

I received my Ultra Thin Air case this morning, took some quick pictures before went to work.
After using it for a day, here are my impressions:
The good points:
The case feels similar to the back of Galaxy S III, with the non-slippery coating/plastic. But it is less glossy so it does not attract grassy finger prints as much as the S III.
The case feels very good in the hand, it is extremely light, and you almost fell no weight difference with the case on.
It looks great, fitting is almost perfect, the only minor issue I can find is some of the speak grills don’t link up perfectly with the grill cut outs on the case. This is a minor cosmetic issue and the only fault I can find.
The case does protect all the corners of the phone, and will not come off that easy consider it does not wrap around the phone on all sides.
The Not so good points:
This case will not protect the screen when you lay it face down, as it doesn’t have raised lips around the sides.
The case does protect the camera lenses as it protrude very slight around the lenses (maybe 0.5mm), But it is too shallow for my liking, so I’ll be using a cut out from a screen protector to cover it.
The included screen protector is too narrow for my liking. The side cut out is the same width as the screen.
The conclusion:
There are other snap-on cases that are cheaper and offer better protections for the screen and back camera. However, if you want a light minimalist case with great design and similar feel to the naked phone while still offer good protection, than this might be the case for you.
Personally I found £17 a bit too much for this case, as I’ve much cheaper cases offer the same protection (see last two pics). However, those made the One X feel cheap in the hand and masked the beautiful design. With this snap-on cover, I have no problem show case this phone; the phone looks and feels just as good with this case on.
P.S. Click on the image in the po-up window to to launch the photo in a new window, then click the photo again to see it in full resolution, or you can right click an image below and select "open link in a new tab".
P.P.S. Photographed using the Galaxy s III, images looks very good even after compressed by XDA, I think it is a bit better than the camera on the One X.
As far as screen protector issue is concerned its the same for every screen protector out there coz One X has a slight curve n the protector is gonna develop bubbles if it reaches the sides..but its an Ultra Oleophobic Film n comes with a hardness rating of 3H so its almost impossible to scratch..
N all the hard cases of each n every phone come shy of the screen so its not an issue..n if u have the screen protector on then u don't have to worry coz as I said its one of the toughest protectors out there..
N as far as I can make out from the pics the camera is protected ..I mean its not gonna touch the surface when u put the phone down..its the same as my official c700 case..
But the fact is that I have searched a lot n also bought some cases for my HOX but all of them completely spoil the look n feel of One X..this is the most gorgeous looking cases out there..n its not cheap plastic but polycarbonate so it feels good too n won't get scratched that easily..

Just got mine in the mail, how would you suggest I apply the screen protector to avoid bubbles?

Clean your screen thoroughly first with the cloth n lift off any particles with a cello tape..make sure u dont have a single particle on the screen..then start applying the protector from the top n gradually peeling off the back layer as u go down..n make sure that while going down u remove any bubbles if any immediately even before completion of application as they will become harder to remove later on..
If u aren't sure then check out any video on YouTube..but don't spoil it coz its an awesome protector n separately it costs $13..
Sent from my Stunning White HTC One X
Well, the application was a success It's the best I've ever done while applying a screen protector. It was probably due to the fact that the film doesn't reach the edge . To anyone wondering, the edge of the film is hardly noticeable!

Not at all, there is no difference with photo taken with or without this case mate.
The best feature of this case is it makes the phone much securer to hold, as the stock back is very slippery. The back of this case is like a less glossy version of SIII.
P.S. Added couple of photos, the 1st one was taken with the case, and 2nd one without the case.
Thanks very much.
I ask this becouse i saw somewhere that problem with that case. Now im not concerned any more and ill buy this case
thanks
When the hell did sgp make this????
Hi im in the uk, ive searched ebay amazon etc and can't find a matte protector for the back of the phone, i need a matte version as i dont want it to look all shiney, its to go with the red draco bumper. Thanks.

dont know if bestskinsever will ship to the uk, but u can ask. His matte body skin is nice. Full matte skin , sides are seperate from the back but the screen is a glossy wet apply screen.
good skins. cant even tell its on with the silver Ones. With the black Ones it doesnt look quite right at first. kindda cloudy, but give it a day or 2 to set and it looks awesome. Even gives a realy nice circular cut protector for the camera lense.

I use the Full Body Matte from Phantom Skinz. I've been using them for my last 3 phones. They are awesome!
Just got my 2 Bestskins ever Total Body Skin in. I ordered 1 with matte body and 1 glossy. Anyone have a pic of an One with one of the 2 skins? I'm not sure which one to decide to go one. Ordered from their website deliveru to The Netherlands. Ordered on 28th of Maym they have fast shipping and think to the UK would be no problem too.

no pics atm because im using a leather-look vinyl, but I personally like the matte better mainly because the device is already matte so it really doesn't look like you've anything on it. Glossy does provide far more grip tho.
Take your time applying. The corners will not stick at first. Just squeegee out the water as best you can n let the corners air out abit then they'll start to stick.
Alot of people get frustrated when rounded edges and corners dont stick and due to lack of patience can ruin a perfect good install on these type of protectors.
Hello everyone :cyclops:
I'm looking for an matte TPU Case, because I don't like the glossy ones that much..
Has anyone any brands that make cases like this, or so?

Not trying to start any arguments haha, but the gloss of the lip does match the screen very well! To each his own though :good:

I had a glossy tpu case for my one x, i think it looks cheap.. the diztronic would be mine if there wouldn't be that glossy thingy!
The glossy front part of diztronic case is barely noticeable when matched next to the glossy N5 screen. probably having matte case next to the N5 glossy screen would make it stand out more.
diztronic case glossy front lip isnt a finger print magnet like the cheap X TPU cases either.

I was checking out this one too. Is it bulky? Does it cover much bezel? I have a spigen screen protector on, so I don't wanna take it off..
I have incipio NGP also and it's awesome. Little to no added bulk and has a great feel to it. I don't have a screen protector on it so I'm not sure about how it would fit with one on. This case does come over the sides to protect the screen when laying it flat screen down.

It's slightly thicker than most TPU cases, such as the Diztronic, but I prefer it that way anyway. It really doesn't add much bulk overall. I think you'll be fine with the screen protector on there.
Had a hard time trying to get a precise fit around the camera, flash and the FPS at the same time.
I've made a quick album on Google Photos for your enjoyment. What do you think of the combo, Clearly White, matte black back and matte white glass in the Pixel 2?

It's beautiful.
I've ordered the "Dragon" skin, because I only care about grip, if that skin is grippy enough, I'll stop using the Ringke Fusion case. Phone size is beautiful without cases, but so damn slippery to use.
Looks great! I have the opposite (black phone, white body sticker, black glass sticker).
Did you find it difficult to get the skin to adhere to the glass? I bought a single piece dbrand and could not get it to stay on the glass portion... wondering if I had a bad skin, oily glass, or something else...

The matte white skin from dbrand is a touch glossy. Not as matte as the black one.
So it's actually more slippery than a naked Just Black.
I would say the matte black skin provides better grip than the white one.
I installed a Dragon Skin. So far looks good and grip is better than naked. Let's see if I'm feeling confident with it...if not I'll put back the horrible case!
