I saw this case on Ebay weeks ago but was very pricey £99 (WTH?) then I found other sites offering a pre order. Now I see it available on HTC website

Yeah my One X should be arriving soon and I was wondering what people thought about the quality of this case
Just ordered mine from Clove UK ..let's see how it turns out ..but one thing is for sure that it looks n feels premium unlike the cheap TPU cases n the Casemate tough case(super ugly)..

Yes I have had that case for 3 weeks on my hox, it is quality! I got the white one and its really really nice and functional I would really recommend it! Hope this helps and any questions just ask!

The hard shell that attachs to the back of the phone is very thin, much thinner than a case mate barely there case! Its plastic and kind of transparent with a bit of frosting! The flip part of the case is white leather or something very similar and the inside of the flip is slightly padded and is a light grey fine microfiber material which sits nicely on the screen when closed protecting it! The hard case part has a cut out for the speaker at the back and one for the volume rocker, the flip part has a cut out for the charger so you can charge the phone with the flip open or closed! I have dropped my phone 3 times and the case protected it perfectly no marks on the case or the phone! The hard back adds a mm in thickness and the flip adds maybe 3mm so overall still a slim profile! I will upload photos when I get home from work with the hox in the case!

Ah I understand, ok for the moment I use a Rock Case from Obostore. That is very good. Even protects the camera. A friend is using Nillkin, protection is good, even cam

I'm looking to get a nice leather case for my HOX. I want possibly a flip one or one similar to the SGS3 ones. But i don't want a flip one with the 'tongue', I would prefer one with a 'catch'. Could anyone recommend me one, good quality and good make?

Basically what I mean by a catch is that it doesn't have the magnetic tongue that connects the two sides together. Instead it's just a bit of a lip that latches the two together. I'll try upload a picture later when I'm on my laptop.

I have seen/heard many things about the double-dip case for the HTC One (which I'm picking up next week!), however I am trying to find & buy the black/grey/black double dip case and can't find it anywhere! If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would me much appreciated.
Also, does it even exist/is it out yet? Almost everywhere I look I only see the red/white/black one, but on HTC's official site, the 4th picture accross shows the one I'm looking for.
Again, any help is appreciated.

I did read here on the forums that some people's phones were scratched because of it, but that the cause was remnant plastic from the speaker grill holes.
Also, I don't think it is too badly overpriced. Maybe by $5. Most of the other slim cases sell for around $20.

The HTC One itself does bear striking similarities (and I'm getting the black one, so even more so) to the iPhone 5 already, I don't really mind that. After all, everyone tries to copy the iphone in some way or another. Just look at Samsung. Plus, the case is basically the same as the back of the phone itself. Just a little added protection .
I have double dip case and it hasn't scratched my phone. Picking up the case-mate tough case to go with all the others I have. It's an addiction!

I have the black body with grey top and bottom speaker grills also black top and bottom speaker grills
This way you can have black black black or grey black grey combination

I have the double dip, and as long as your careful it won't scratch your phone
It's a super tight fit so make sure your screen protector is thin (if you have one) and NO SKINS

I haven't seen all the colors from the official HTC site so I was the wondering what the build quality is.

So I bought the grey/black one from that seller. Build quality seems solid. I have never played around with the red/black/grey one so I can't compare.
Fit was snug but no scratches. Volume buttons are a bigger pain then without the case which says something since they already weren't that great. Everything else seems pretty good. I like that it doesn't add much bulk to the phone.
Won the auction on the 19th (Friday) and received the cover on the 30th (Tuesday). Not bad considering it was an international delivery.

its feels nice,smooth and sturdy
i have dropped it twice one from my lap and the other while i was talking on the phone (im 6'2) straight into the road and no heavy scratches on the case

i have one right now.. i bought it also in ebay.feels good in the hand.. smooth and rubber feeling.. the product came from hong kong but after 3 days the plastic started feeling off i think

I ordered one to see what the fuss is all about.
Most likely a fake, sad thing is the material is probably less likely to scratch the phone than the OEM one!

I ordered the same grey black grey one. Its ok and it almost feels like the oem one. I have the original double dip from htc and the only reason I bought the one off ebay was for the grey top so the colors are even (the red top was throwing me off lol). Phone looks sexy and there are no issues for me during the last 3 months of use.

LOL, thinking and knowing are two different things. I have the OEM and it will scratch your phone, almost any form fitting case without a felt lining will. I also ordered the black and grey and red for the top and bottom lol.
