Hi guys, i am a newbie here.
Last night i was trying to root my desire using unrevoked. I followed the guide from XDA step by step and everything seemed fine until word "done" appear in unrevoked.
After that, desire supposed to enter recovery mode and clockworkdmod but there was nothing appear in the screen. My desire suddenly shut down.
Can you tell me what am i suppose to do then because i want to put custom rom in my desire and now there's nothing i can do because it can't enter recovery mode (it only able to enter bootloader or Android OS itself).
Thanks

when you are in boot loader, use the volume down key and goto recovery and git power button. you should then be taken to clockwork recovery. this is where you can select your rom from SD card and flash
I've tried to do that and now it stuck in HTC Logo. Doest it mean i've to try unrevoked again or simply unroot it?
try rebooting by taking battery off. i'm not an expert but you might have to do it manually using the guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=696189
did you install the unrevoked drivers?
Okay i will try. Btw, in case i want to unroot, can you tell me where i can get "RUU_Bravo_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.19.707.7_Radio_32.36.00.2 8U_4.06.00.02_2_release_126179" ? The link from XDA seems down and i can download any.
Me and another member have encountered the same issue, seems there's some bug in HBOOT or something.
Boot into Android, go to Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset. Once you confirm it, it will reboot your phone into Recovery.
BUT, unless you re-format (partition) your SD Card, you won't be able to get back in again (unless you do the Factory data reset again).
This seems to happen randomly. Right now I can get into Recovery just fine. But once the bug occurs, the only way to get it to stop is to format your SD card.
Now i am thinking to unroot it than trying to do the whole rooting step all over again. Can you tell me where i can get the RUU for HTC Desire Asia

Okay, i've done unrooting with HTC Desire RUU Asi and what happen now my SLCD is brick. I am really hopeless right now because guide for "SLCD Brick" doesn't even work in my phone because once again my htc can't enter recovery mode ><
"I am trying to use the guide from sprinker right now. Hopefully it will work"
when you are in hboot the volume down/up button work?
Hi all,
I also have the problem that I can no longer enter the recovery mode on my desire.
Basically, whenever I am in the bootloader menu (either by pressing vol-down+power, return+power, or via ROMManager) and then select "recovery" I get right back to the "fastboot" screen.
I tried uninstalling/installing/upgrading ROMManager and also tried flashing clockwork via the newest version of Unrevoked (downloaded yesterday).
Nothing helps :-(
What I didn't try, yet, is reformatting my SDCard or resetting my device via "Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset". (I don't want to install all my apps >again<; I'm also a bit afraid that I break something an then cannot even reflash using recovery).
Here is some more info about my device:
- Flashed rom: Leedroid 2.1a
- HBOOT 0.83.0001
- RADIO 5.10.05.23
I would be really greatful if anyone had a solution for this problem.
P.s.: in case I HAVE to reset/format: can I somehow make a backup of all my apps&settings?
Hi all, I have the same problem now.
Everything works, after s-off, except I can no longer enter Recovery - any solution?
I didn't find an easy solution. I had to do the following (some steps might be optional but I wanted to be sure):
- Formated SD card (ext3 and fat partition)
- Complete reset via RUU (RUU_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.21.405.2_T2_Radio_32.41.00.32U_4.08.00.09_release_137222_signed.exe)
- Using unrevoked to reinstall recovery rom
- Reinstalled my custom rom (Leedroid)
Now everything works.
BTW: via TitaniumBackup I could backup all my apps and data quite easily. Didn't expect it to work that well
thanks- what about s-off - is it working now for you?
"s-off" = ?
I Have a similar problem... I can't enter recovery. When i press "recovery mode", I just get a black screen with a phone and a "!" in it.
Have to pull battery to reboot desire.
I have formatted sd.
Quite annoying, cause I need to wipe my battery stats, and I don't know any other way to do it, than going to recovery.
I tried to update ROM to Cyanogenrom which was unsuccessful - just get boot loop.
I also get the same 'red triangle with exclamation mark on phone' icon when trying to go to recovery mode.
So now I have a Desire which boot loops and cant enter recovery mode ...
anyone know how to get out of this one?
This might work for you
WAIT, BEFORE YOU START, CREATE A GOLDCARD. IT IS VERY NECESSARY. THINGS WILL GO WRONG IF YOU DONT.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO BOOT GO TO THE BOOTLOADER MENU.
Firstly, download this file. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/13240777/Desire Downgrade.ZIP
Extract the files.
Run the win-down.bat file.
Follow on screen instructions.
After the process is completed, Head to the root of your SD card and check if there is a file named P99***IMG (FORGOT THE EXACT NAME BUT IT SHOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE THIS) there should be one.
Secondly, disconnect your phone and turn it off.
After that boot up your phone while pressing the volume down button and the power button.
The bootloader should be checking for files after awhile and once it found the file that is supposed to be in the root of your sd card, press the volume up button (NOT EXACTLY SURE, SHOULD BE THE ONE THAT SAYS YES AND CONTINUE)
It should be writing files to your phone. and replaces everything. E.G: HBOOT, RECOVERY,RADIO and such.
It should be writing files successfully and then it would ask you to reboot. Continue with the reboot and you should be having your Desire back to stock. Perfect.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE ARE RISKS INVOLVED LIKE FAILURE OF WRITING TO THE HBOOT. PLEASE REMEMBER TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. MAINLY, DO NOT BLAME ME FOR ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG.
FINALLY, YOU SHOULD BE READING EVERYTHING UP TO HERE AND THAT YOU MUST HAVE A GOLDCARD (A GOLD SD CARD)
Hope this helps you and please ask if you have further questions. PM me if the questions cannot be answered here. Good Luck
This should bring back your phone to stock. Root your phone again after it is done
i have the same issue. but i got stuck when trying to partition my sd card. Now i can't enter Android itself only the bootloader. But i also lost my clockwork recovery...
it keeps looping the HTC Quitly brilliant bootscreen... Forever!
i am now formatting my sd card with my pc. will i then be able to go into recovery again using a zip file from clockwork i found? using this:
fake-flash
Fake-flash is only possible with root access, you need to be rooted to use it. Basically, its a way to have recovery running on the phone without using a PC (making it safer as you are less likely to brick using no USB cable to push files, instead, you push directly from your phone). You can use "ROM Manager" from the marketplace to do this. Simply place the downloaded test recovery image on the phone and the downloaded rom zip (renamed to update.zip) and flash using ROM Manager.
Preperation
Download the fake-flash update zip from one of the links below
Copy the update.zip to the root of your SD card (the name MUST remain as update.zip)
When you want to launch the recovery image
Turn on your device with 'volume down' pressed and select 'Recovery'
When the exclamation mark appears, press and hold 'volume up' then press 'power'
Select the second option, 'Apply sdcard:update.zip
That's it, ClockworkMod recovery should launch!

and then installing a ROM with it?
(sry for bad english)
i'm having the exact same problem. i've tried fake flash and it does nothing for me, so does flashing the clockwork recovery image. the only one i haven't used yet is the downgrade...hope that will help
HI,
Ever since installing CM 7.2 I cannot flash any other roms, I get constant HTC screen or staying on Android logo. I am not new to flashing custom roms .
I have done all wipes before an installation and after to see if that makes any difference (sadly not) The only rom that works is CM 7.2!
Anyone got any ideas what to do
thanx pp
Try removing Battery and then again switch on the phone
then same
vol dwn + power
recovery
then flash new rom
Try installing an official ruu then after that try another custom rom.
still no joy ! unrooted back to stock then rerooted and still the same
Perhaps you need a GoldCard to install a ruu official ROM.
seems my device cannot handle OC roms! any ideas why??
I had the same problem, and even CM7 stopped working....don't think my phone likes overclocking either, even if i install the overclocking kernel on stock rom, the phone goes mad!
to get back to stock:-
-if you are able to get to CWM recovery, go to that first and clear all cashes, format all drives, just basically choose EVERY "clean", "clear" and "format" option to wipe everything from the phone.
-use the same directory you used for the htcdev unlock (usually c:\android)
-search this forum for a thread called "s-on gsm how to upgrade to 2.3.5" or something like that, and download the file "Gingerbread 2.3.5 (v2.13.401.2).zip".
-extract this file and find within it "rom.zip"
-extract rom.zip to the same folder you're using (e.g. c:\android)
-you should now have files called C:\android\boot.img, c:\android\recovery.img, and c:android\system.img.
-open up a command prompt window and navigate to c:\android\
-turn your phone on while holding down the -vol key to get to hboot menu
-choose "fastboot"
-connect your phone to your pc via usb, you should see it say on your phone screen "FASTBOOT USB" or something like that, in red letters.
-now, on your pc, use the following commands to flash everything back to stock
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
after this is done (usually only a few minutes), exit the command prompt, power off the phone and restart.
you should now have a fully restored back to stock and working ROM (although you will have to set up all your contacts, all your home srceens, options, settings, and re-download all your apps etc.
-if it's confirmed working, i reccommend then IMMEDIATELY installing CWM recovery, and making a full backup, then next time things go drastically wrong, you should be able to wipe everything then just install this backup (remember to store the backup on your pc, don't just keep it on your mem card).
good luck, this method worked for me, so hopefully you will at least get a working phone again, and if you then want to try other custom roms, you can....but i think some phones are more picky when it comes to overclocking.....i can't run anything that overclocks without the phone freezing/crashing/needing battery pull and reset.
thanks. i will give it a try
Hello.
I have my wildfire that's practically 2 days ago that no
Continuous reboot of the white HTC screen.
All this because I moved some app on sd system
(link2sd, s-on, root, gold card,) having an urgent need for space,
seen that the partition was over 1gb ext. result:
almost 350 apps, many even expensive, its saved data, photos,
videos, notes etc.. all gone, with the joke that is not restarted.
I tried with bootloader, recovery, custom rom, hard reset etc.,
no nothing. What do I do? I throw it in for service since
will realize modding, or someone you know give me some advice?
Thank you for your attention.
Sorry for my English
try wiping dalkiv first, i think that's often problem that causes bootloops...
but if it's because you've lost some system apps, you might need to comoletely re-install system from scratch?
don't worry about your paid apps, once you get the system up and running again, you can re-load your google account and get them all back
Hello and thank you for attention.
The problem is that in recovery mode does not gives me the chance to wipe.
Not even hard reset works. I tried to install custom ROM without any results. I want to reinstall everything from scratch, is it possible?
thanks
as long as you can get to the recovery menu you should be ok.
when you press and hold volume down and power then choose recovery...what screen do you get to? is it a custom recovery like CWM (clockworkmod) or is it the stock htc recovery (which just shows some sort of caution logo i believe).
if you have only thehtc stock recovery, you need to get a PG76IMG.zip for custom recovery and put this on the root of your memory card, then restart the phone with volume down+power and it should start reading the PG76IMG.zip and install custom recovery.....
from here you'll have all the options you need to wipe everything etc...
once you have this up and running, what i tend to do if everything has gone wrong is to wipe EVERYTHING and start from scratch.
I go into mounts and storage and format everything, then coem out, choose wipe data/factory reset, then choose wipe cache, then advanced, wipe dalvik, wipe battery stats, fix permissions...
then turn off phone, choose factory reset from the bootloader menu, then bot into reovery again to install custom rom or stock rom.
hope this makes some sort of sense, this is all jsut off the top of my head mind.... :s
thanks now I try and let you know
I tried in bootloader mode with cwm recovery 5.0.2.8, and returns to the bootloader.
I installed the file pg761img. It reads CID incorrect.
Finally factory reset is accessible only in bootloader, because the device always crashes on htc white screen and when I do not restart the time.
What do you think?
if you are getting cid error, i think it means you need to make "goldcard" in order to use pg761img.zip to flash custom recovery
he should install the RUU it is stickied its gonna put your phone back to stock as if you just bought it from the store

may also still need to make goldcard though, I think I had to when I wanted to use RUU.
if you can't get around some RUU errors though, you can try using the rom.zip from the ruu, extract boot.img and system.img and use fastboot at command prompt to flash them?
no root
Help root permissions that are not forthcoming, now that a friend of mine put it back in place, I can not swirling.
I tried more than once with htc supertool v3 but no dice. I noticed, looking at the phone info
and the bootloader screen, some differences related to the rom and radio than before.
But I think the phone has the unlocked bootloader. Suggestions?

try installing root.zip from cwm recovery
ok now I try. I would explain the process please? I am afraid to make a 'more trouble
just boot into cwm recovery (which i'm presuming you have installed already? if not, just use any of the tutorials, you're s-off so should have no problem insatlling custom recovery using tutorial).
put root.zip on your sd card
boot into recovery by holding volume down and press power, then scroll to "recovery" and press power to select.
once in custom recovery, select to install zip fom sd card, select to choose zip file and choose the root.zip
no need to wipe anything, just install then reboot system and confirm it's working by launching app "superuser" and attempt to update from within the app....if it updates it will say "that was cool, do it again?"....else it will say "update failed, retry".
GAPPS disappeared
Hi, I finally solved the problem, but I have created a 'more. I installed the cwm recovery, followed by recovery I installed the zip file root. Everything perfect, it is installed superuser and then I installed from market to link link2sd 8gb sd (6.40 gb fat32 - 64mb-1gb ext3 linux swap) some apps including GMail, MARKET, MAPS AND SEARCH. The problem is that they are gone after a cleanup of the cache and the data, I also tried to install some packages from the recovery GAPPS do not install them. Some help?
if your apps are missing maybe sounds like the ext partition is bot being mounted?
run link2sd and there is an option to "recreate mont scripts", be sure to choose the correct partition type that you have created e.g. ext2, ext3, or ext4?
Hey guys im trying to root my device so i can install some lightweight custom roms. Ive been following this guide i found online
http://androidcritics.com/how-to-root-and-install-clockworkmod-recovery-on-galaxy-s3-i747/
I basically did this
Installing Clockwork Recovery Mod
Find the recovery image file which is clockworkmod.tar
On your Samsung Galaxy S3 I747, press and hold down the volume down, power, and home buttons
Once your at the warning screen, press volume up to accept
Launch the Odin program from your computer
In Odin, find the PDA tab and click it
Find the clockworkmod.tar.md5 file in the unzipped recovery image file
Press start to begin flashing the recovery mod
BE PATIENT! and wait until your device reboots
Once your device has fully rebooted, you can start installing root
It loaded on the phone fine. I then did this
Installing Root
Transfer the root.zip file onto your phone from your computer
Make sure you connect your s3 to your computer and find the root zip file and put it in your downloads folder.
Enter clockwork recover mod by holding down the volume up, power, and home buttons
Navigate by using the volume buttons to Install Zip > Choose Zip from Internal SD card > Navigate to the downloads folder> Select
Be Patient! and wait until your device is finished
Once the process is finished, you can select Reboot
Once your device has rebooted, launch the Google Play Store app
Search “SuperuserSU” and select the first app that shows in the search results
Install this app
Once it has finished installing, your done!
The only problem is I cant navigate to the option "install zip from internal sd card" I simply dont have though's options here is what I have when hold volume up reset and home
"reboot system now
apply update from ADB
apply update from external storage (which i dont have)
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from cache
When i hit apply update from ADB it says "now send the package you want to apply to the device with "adb sideload <filename>"...
Im wondering if the original flash didnt go thru? Why dont I have the options that I should?
Any help would mean the world trying to get this puppy up asap!

Sounds like the root method you are using is just way to complicated. Follow this one here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426 it has prerooted firmwares that you just install with odin and you are done (cwm included). Just make sure you grab the right firmware for your carrier.
If I have helped you out, slap that thanks button.

Beauty I think its flashing the rogers rom to my phone from there Im good to load other roms using this odin tool? (or is it rom manager?)
also what is this clockwork mod ? I might as well go into play store and get both rom manager and clockwork?

So After I flashed the new rom to my phone i left it plugged in and it restarted. Android loader popped on and now it says android is upgrading... starting apps. Its been like this for over a half an hour... what do i do??? helpppp dont really want to reset it but it is bricked? or do i have to reload ?
update:
held the restart button down it restarted bit is still stuck on starting apps.
update two:
held vol down home and reset tried to reload the rogers rom onto the phone and now it stops at samsung load screen. Do i have to reload the carrier that came with the phone? I cant quite remember what the original carrier was.
UPDATE THREE:
I as able to boot back into the phone but...nothing changed? i ended up wiping the phones data in settings because its too full as it is. I downloaded root checker and it said access was denied ? That makes its not rooted after all... I followed the directions seems that they didnt take? Any clues?

Okay buddy looks like you need to learn some basic android 101
You are definitely not ready to root or do anything til you learn this stuff...
Okay, so first is recoveries. Basically recoveries are a bit of software that let's you flash ROMs, kernels, and whatever else to your phone. When you hold volume up and power when your phone is off, you boot to recovery. Now basically recoveries are necessary because when you are flashing a new ROM it essentially deletes the android system from your phone first so this is a way of your phone still working between flashes.
Clockworkmod is a custom recovery with a lot of features meant for flashing ROMs. There are competitors such as TWRP (team win recovery project) but clockworkmod is a great starter. Use videos or tutorials on how to use it before you flash your first ROM. I can not stress how often you need to read read and read some more.
Okay so rooting your phone. Basically there is a "root" directory of your phone. Its where all the system files are stored and it let's you do a lot of stuff, but it also means you can screw a lot of stuff up to (like really screw it up). On default you are locked out of here by the maker of your phone for various reasons. Rooting means that someone found an exploit to gain access to this folder. Usually what you then do is you find a way to inject superuser (a little app that gives root access to other apps later on). You use Odin in this case to install a stock Samsung rom (with superuser already put in the root directory of that modified ROM its installing) essentially this means you have root. Root allows you to install recoveries like clockworkmod (which you need to flash ROMs later.
Okay so that was my quick run through. At your point you need to go to YouTube and Google how to root the sgs3 and hopefully they should have one for your specific carrier. The process should be the same minus the files you flash. Essentially you should be looking for stock ROM (for your specific device) with superuser or supersu already installed. Then you should be finding a way to install clockworkmod once you have root. (You may be able to find a file or tutorial that does this in one go). I cannot emphasise enough about reading. You wouldn't be here had you read first and in the flashing business, if you don't want a sgs3 paper weight you should read first.
Oh and ROMmanager from the marketplace installs clockworkmod for you (ONCE YOU HAVE ROOT) its simple. Just download it from the play story. Click flash recovery. It will load a bit and your done. Then you can reboot into it. ROM manager (the paid version is unnecessary) it just adds extra features you don't yet need. Look at it once you have flashed your first few ROMs.
Best of luck. Let me know and slap that thanks button. I wrote this on my phone.

Hi eddy,
It sounds like you didn't get CWM to stick after your flash with ODIN. You need to uncheck the reboot option in odin and then after the flash is done pull the battery and go directly into CWM loader by booting with the volume up + power + home button method. This will give you cwm rather than the stock loader you seem to be trying to use. You're almost there!

I think he can't install the superuser.zip from cwm after boot because he's allowing the stock rom to overwrite his cwm flash ... he's gotta pull his battery after the odin flash to get root in. That's what worked for me. once he's got root he can use rom manager to upgrade to cwm 6.x

He shouldn't need cwm to install. If flashes a firmware with root already injected he can then just use rom manager to install clockworkmod for the first time since rom manager just needs root which he will have. You can root and keep the stock recovery on at the same time
I think his biggest issue is root not sticking. Til he does that cwm wont install
Hello,
I have thought about it and I want to try install CyanogenMod 12 on my LG G3 device, its an D855.
I wanted to ask how do I do that in the safest way, how do I backup everything and how do I install it from good place and if I want to go back to my stock ROM how do I do that.
I want to backup everything, pictures, music, music playlists, contacts, calendar, everything! The most of the are in my SD card, but I don't know actually how do I save playlists for example.
Furthermore, should I get CM 12? What do you think about it? why yes or why not?
Thank you!!

This type of question belongs in Q&A section.
First you want to start with rooting your device. To root it you could use:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/guide-root-lg-firmwares-kitkat-lollipop-t3056951
or find some other root method. Look for them here on xda LG G3 forum, or simply google it.
After rooting your device you want to flash TWRP recovery. To do that follow the instructions in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/orig-development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-2-8-2-0-t2966129
After flashing TWRP either by adb or flashify, enter your recovery by powering off your phone and holding both power button and volume down button till you see LG logo, releasing them for 1 sec, then holding both of them again till you are offered to do a factory restart. Click yes if you did successfully flash your TWRP recovery. Your device wont be factory restarted, you will enter TWRP. You could also enter TWRP by using adb by typing: adb reboot recovery
After entering TWRP go to backup and do full backup of your storage(boot, system, data, modem, efs).
After finishing that go get your desired ROM. Pick one from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development
Tastes are different, but I can reccomend you Blisspop, Resurrection ROM, etc.
It would be best if you try for yourself.
After downloading your zips, go back to TWRP and do a clean wipe. Wipe your system, data, cache and dalvik cache partitions.
Following that go back to TWRP home and install your ROM by pressing Install, then picking the zip with desired ROM and sliding up slider to flash. You will also want to flash Gapps. You get those from the same thread you found your ROM.
As for your music, photos, they wont be deleted as long as you only wipe your system, data, cache or dalvik cache.
For playlist, they will also stay, but I'm not sure you will be able to use them on new music player you get on your new ROM.
And finally callendar, contats can be backed up by synchronising them with your Google account.

Sorry about messing with the forums.
Thank you for your help, but I can't understand some things and I would like if you could explain me some of them.
What is the correct order of the things I should do to get CyanogenMod 12? Root first, next what? and after that?..
Someone gave me this guide, this is fine guide?
What do I wipe, how do I install the new ROM, where do I download the ROM? to my computer, to my phone, where do I save the zip files and how do I open them after in the installation? and do I know that the files are good?
This will wipe all my device and look like the day I bought him? with nothing in it? or it should keep my things?
And how do I get Play Store and Google applications after? and I still can use the Play Store right? with buying stuff from it?
And Im using PowerAMP for my music, so I should download it after installing the ROM and I think that the playlists will be there.
Thank you for helping!!!

You do in in the order I wrote.
Ok, step by step:
1.
Root device, use: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/tool-dp-root-tool-to-root-lg-devices-t3075007
This is the direct link to the tool: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934552571
Download it to your PC, of course install LG drivers to your PC before.
Enable USB debugging in Developer options on your device. To enable developer options go to about device, and click 7 times on build version. Connect your device to PC, run the tool mentioned above.
2.
Flash TWRP by using: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/apk-flash-twrp-autorec-thanks-to-t3081396
Direct link to the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=b007.autorecd855
Download the app, install it, run it.
3.
Get your desired ROM.
You said its Cyanogenmod. Get it from that guide you found: http://lgg3root.com/t-mobile-g3-roms/android-5-1-1-root-for-lg-g3-cm12-1-rom/
Direct Link:
http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/LGG3/D855roms/CM12.1/cm-12.1-20150422-UNOFFICIAL-d855.zip
Download the ROM on your external or internal SD card.
To verify if ROM is valid use md5 checker, you have it built in in ES File Explorer (which you can download from Google Play) or find some other md5 check tool.
You have md5 value in the link I gave you above.
Also get your gapps from this thread.
Direct link: http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/gapps/5.1/gapps-L-4-21-15.zip
Save them on your internal or extrernal SD card.
4.
Flash the ROM and do a backup beforehand.
For this you need to enter the recovery we flashed in step 2.
You could do it in few ways. First one is to power off the device, then power it on by holding both power button and volume down button togeather, realeasing them for a second when you see LG logo, then holding them down togeather again till you are offered a choice to do a factory restart, click yes if you did successfully install your TWRP in step 2. Your device wont be wiped, you will enter the recovery.
Second way to enter your recovery is to use adb, enter adb, and write these:
su
adb reboot recovery
or use terminal emulator (dowload it from Google Play) and write:
su
reboot recovery
Thrid way would be to download some app from Google Play which will automaticlly reboot you to your recovery.
After you enter your recovery you will go to backup and do a backup of these: boot, system, data, efs, modem.
Following that you will fully wipe your device by doing this: go to TWRP home, click to wipe, advanced wipe, check these: system, data, cache, dalvik cache.
Finally you will go back to TWRP home, go to install, find your zip (Cyanogenmode, which you downloaded before) and slide to install it. Find your Gapps zip and install these as well. Gapps stand for Google Apps so you will be able to use Google Play and other Google Services.
You Finish with this. Reboot your device, wait for dalvik cache to build, have fun.
Your music, playlists will still stay on your internal SD card, they wont be deleted. You will also have a nandroid backup in case something goes badly. If that does happen, go enter TWRP again and restore it.
