Hi
I'm having problems with my new A100. Everything worked perfectly out of the box. After installing a requested update, I'm unable to connect to WIFI.
The current build version is Acer_A100_2.008.02_PA_CA.
I have tried hard reset and changing my WIFI settings. How can I restore the previous working build or update it to the current working version.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I am currently rooted and have the latest update package on my Evo. I was using many different roms and realized that my 4g did not connect on any. At first I thought it was because I thought the roms did not support it but found that some did.
Still the 4g would say it was connecting and then restart never connecting.
I have tried the following to fix it
Downloaded RSA checker. I still have my keys
Reflashed the Update package
I have flashed back to my original back up where it used work
I updated profile and PRL after flashing(unsure if the updated occurred because it says that it is applied every time but there is no way to tell)
I have been looking for an answer but have not found a solution. Most answer say that they just flashed the latest update and everything has worked so PLEASE HELP and thanks
Flashed from here

But wifi & quickpic is not even working.
Tried to upgrade my radio version still not working.
wifi connects but after some time it disconnects & connects again & continues.
fortunately backed up my previous rom.
thanks in advance for help in such a noobish issue....................

I am experiencing the same issue, same phone and rom i9195 JDQ39.I9195XXUBMJ7. Wifi works after reboot for about 10 minutes and then stops responding. It may stay connected for a few hours after it stops working, but the phone can't send data over it.
I have wiped data/factory reset the phone to no avail.
I read somewhere about a few people with other devices on 4.2 having troubles with AES encryption on their routers. Might be somewhere for us to start troubleshooting. The other option is to just try downgrading to the previous version.
Hi there, my first post.
I've used arco68's guide to root my S4 mini LTE (serranoltexx) and flashed the CyanogenMod 11 M9 snapshot (cm-11-20140804-SNAPSHOT-M9-serranoltexx.zip), but the WiFi isn't working properly. Sometimes it connects (very rarely), but most of the time it just says "Connecting", "Authenticating..." and then goes back to say "Saved, secued with WPA" and the process repeats again.
I've tried flashing the following ROMs, but the WiFi isn't working properly on either of them:
cm-11-20140804-SNAPSHOT-M9-serranoltexx.zip (current)
cm-11-20140708-SNAPSHOT-M8-serranoltexx.zip
cm-11-20140813-NIGHTLY-serranoltexx.zip
Other things I've tried so far:
Using CM File Manager to delete contents of /data/misc/wifi and rebooting, as described here, but it didn't help.
Installed SQLite Debugger, went to Settings Storage > setttings.db > Global, where I wanted to change the value of wifi_display_on to 0 as described here, but it was already set to 0, so no luck here.
Changed the Region Code in WiFi settings (as described here) to United States, then to Europe, but this didn't help either.
Installed the latest nightly update, but still nothing.
Basically, I've tried everything I could find, but the WiFi still doesn't work, and I have no idea why. I don't want to downgrade to CM 10.2, since later when I decide to upgrade to CM 11, I'd need to wipe all the data and make a clean CM11 install. Also, I don't want to flash any other ROM except CM, so telling me to install Paranoid Android or anything else wouldn't help.
If you have any ideas how to solve this, that would be great! Also, feel free to ask for any additional details.
Update: I've just discovered that it connects to open WiFi networks without any problems (though I've only tried it on 2 so far), so probably WPA encryption or my old home router can be the cause of the problem. I can only change my home router to WPA (it doesn't work with WPA2), so I've yet to try it on another router supporting WPA2. If that works, it would solve the whole problem! I'm ashamed to say I haven't thought of this earlier...
Update 2: I just tested it on a WPA2-protected WiFi network and it connects without problems. The most likely conclusion seems that CM11 has some problem with WPA, so for the time being I'll switch to another router with WPA2. Hopefully gets fixed with the next snapshot!
Hello,
I have successfully rooted my Xperia XA2 and installed Los16.
Everything seems to work except Wifi.
I just can't activate Wifi - why is that?
Many thanks in advance for the help.
Hi,
I've got exactly the same problem with my XA2. After I flashed LOS16 (lineage-16.0-20190907-nightly-pioneer-signed) as written here Wifi was working at first.
Then I upgraded to the latest build of yesterday. After the reboot I could not enable Wifi.
Did you make any progress? What did you already try?
Fortunately I found a fix for the problem today.
The reason for the not working wifi seems to be a buggy firmware which leads to the problem that one of the slots a/b does not support wifi correctly - please correct me if this explanation is not precise.
So I did boot twrp and sideloaded the newest LOS nightly 16.0-20190915 to the current slot via adb sideload.
After a reboot wifi is working again.
