Hi all, can someone post a copy of the "It's My Home" ringtone from the Spectrum? I heard it online and would like to use it for my SGS1.
Thanks for any help!

For the sake of completeness, I'll just post all the ringtones from the Nitro HD in case anyone else is searching for something in there. The one you're looking for is in there:
You rock, more than I expected. Thanks!

I have a Dash with the rickywatt's Rom on it and I want to do something, but I'm not sure how. What I want to do is be able to use .mp3 files for things like text message alerts, alarms, etc. Is this possible?
Additionally, is there any possible way to assign specific ringtones to people? I loved that feature in my older phones, but I can't seem to find it on the HTC Excalibur.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

i go into sound forge, pick a song i like, then hack away till i get a nice 22second long tone i want on the phone
i actually counted how long a ring goes before voicemail and i think it varied between 17seconds and 20 seconds, so i do 22 to be safe
I found the well known Flamenco Fire ringtone!
My idea is to collect in one place, all best sounds for our HDs!!!
So people, if you like a sound either for alarm, sms or ringtones
lets collect them here!
Best regards!
Right, I have no idea why my HD does not pick up any mp3 tones I put on the device. Even if I copy the tones to the C:\ Any idea?!

Cheers mate.. that worked...
If you really want to find best ringtones etc you should not limit the thread to HD only. The only reason to do that would be the acoustic differences between models speakers and "sounding boards". But I can assure, these differences are SO small

the principal mess is that some events require wma, some wav.

If I understand you properly, you want that your phone vibrate when the outgoing call connected.
In this case find the following free app in the Market:
Extra Phone Settings
PS: I you have any more similar question, please post it into the Defy General topic. Thanks.
I've set a mp3 file as a ringtone on my phone and it does not loop. It rings once and then vibrates. How do I change this guys?

One solution:
MakeItOne mp3 Album maker
Its a windows program (free DL). You can use it to make one file from several mp3's that will play consecutively.
I used it to loop R2D2 sounds to make my ringtone.

I think we should answer the OPs question before appointing him elsewhere.
We aren't like the customer support from India
Answer is here:
I've found that myself...
MP3 ringtones won't repeat.
It will loop ringtones if you convert the mp3 to OGG format, and in the file info (you can edit this in Winamp for example), create a field called ANDROID_LOOP and set the value to TRUE.

Actually the same question has been asked a few times already. A quick search would have gotten the answer without the need to open another thread about this.
I've helped answer this question 1 or 2 times already when there weren't that many topics about it yet.

The easy way does not work for me on CM11 @ OnePlus One. Just convert my MP3 to OGG and add a TAG-FIELD worked fine! Thank you!
