Have you looked here? Not sure, if you can find one there:

I think a backup of internal storage can help me
file_getprop: failed to stat "system/build.prp"
Are you sure, that this is the EXACT error? Because that means, the zip you want to flash is not correct. it should be build.prop and not build.prp
if you have twrp, just install a rom that DOES not check for existing file... like CM12.1 or CM13
then if you don't like these rom, you can flash again a stock based rom, it will find the file

No MD5 file found error while flashing with TWRP !

Hello there...I have an issue with my htc m8...When I try to flash a firmware or a custom rom like Maximus HD rom..I always get that error : Failed : no md5 file found
I have a rooted device with s-off and twrp recovery
Any help ? Thanks
1. You cannot flash a firmware in TWRP recovery .. you need fastboot flash the firmware.zip in RUU mode
2. Disable md5 checking in TWRP so you won't have that md5 error when a zip has no md5

So all I have to do is ticking the "Skip MD5 verification of backup files " option ?
Is there any guide to how to flash unsigned firmware using fast boot in RUU mode ?
Thanks ?
1. Yes
2. Lazy to rewrite thing all over again ... you can find it on many threads ...
Here is what I wrote for different firmware but the basic is the same ...

Decryption Unsuccessful and a bricked M9

hi
my GF phone suddenly displayed message and asked me to enter password to decrypt your data , and so i did. It then told me that my password was right, but the data was corrupt, and presented me a button to reset my phone. The button redirected me to recovery and automatically attempted to wipe /data and then re-mount it, but the wipe failed. I rebooted again with the same issue, same failed attempt to wipe. I went to install the zip again, and this time do a full wipe, but it was unable to mount my phone's storage nor my SD card. I am not able to mount either at all now.
the phone is s-on and locked , and i dont have any chance to unlock bootloader because oem unlock is turned off
is there anyway to repair partition and install a new rom without using any custom recovery ???
I assume a RUU could help you. Try this link.
Edit: Here you can find even more RUUs
Go to download mode and check your CID, that should help you know what RUU is correct for your device

The first thread you linked is outdated and the links are broken. Best solution would be looking at the sticky threads here in the general section.
Sent from my HTC One M9 using XDA Labs
if ruu doesnt work, go to download mode and try fastboot format <partition> . I think i had something similar and that was how I solved it.

For starters, charge your phone. I can't remember what the minimum threshold is, but there's a safety measure that requires a minimum battery level to avoid the phone turning off in the middle of delicate software operations.
You mention flashing the ruu via flashboot. Have you looked into applying the ruu via the SD card method? That may serve you better.

Thank you very much, I re-flashed into the system once, and there was a response, it should have been swiped in
Just after flashing the system, restarting starts to restart the boot screen infinitely, and no partition can be flashed in fastboot, and an error is reported (FAILED (remote: Command not authenticated)),how should I do.
