I have downlaoded several APK's and each time it fails to install.

It probably won't ever work, unless someone finds a way to port it. This is highly unlikely though, considering that widget is tied to samsung's touchwiz framework. It won't ever work on any aosp roms unfortunately. I would of killed to have that back again after parting from my GS2 when moving to the nexus.
I asked about that widget a while ago, it is so sick. Too bad there is no way of porting it.

This is the "Ocean Live" live wallpaper from the Galaxy series of phones, but I am unable to get it to load under ICS. It will install but then FC upon trying to set it as wallpaper.
I want this one too but not likely. As far as i tried no one could even get it working for gingerbread.

Hi guys, I've been looking around for this for days and havent found anything but i thought some one might know of a way. So yeah, im looking for the Galaxy Note's touchwiz launcher, with 5icon dock. Anyone know where to find it?
Ive tried taking the apk out and pushing it to system/app but just FC's - Because of Gingerbread/ICS?

For some reason the "search" function is missing from this forum right now?
I'm looking for the stock weather widget that has been in most all Samsung Galaxy phones lately.
It wasn't on my stock SIII for some reason. Well it was installed but just "not there".
And it's not on the custom ROM I just flashed either.
Really, really like this weather widget.
I have a super old APK but would prefer a more recent one with the newer updates.
Thanks!
I am also interested in this too. I don't like stock Weather widget that came with Galaxy SIII. I like the one that is on Galaxy SII and Galaxy Note where it shows you current weather condition plus forecast for next 4 days. I don't know why Samsung got rid of it on Galaxy SIII.

Try downloading a custom TWiz ROM or the stock one and pulling the APK. Push it to your system apps and reboot. I hope that works for you

I had trouble figuring out how to pull an apk from the tar.md5 stock ROM.
But I ended up having to restore to the original ROM via odin.
So I took the opportunity to root & do a titanium backup of the Accuweather app.
I then extracted the .apk.gz and copied the .apk to /data/apps, but the Accuweather app doesn't come up in my installed programs or widgets list.
Also tried installing directly from the .apk but it said it could not install.
Here you go: http://cl.ly/292X2A283Y3a410y3Q35
Just extract to /system/apps and verify permissions.

If you're on the stock odexed from, you'll need the .odex files. I believe you also need both .apk files, accuweather and also accuweather_main.
I'm on DietICS.
My stock ROM had Accuweather working.
Couldn't manage to get it from that ROM to DietICS though.
Whether by TitaniumBackup or from copying the three .apk's from /system/app of stock ROM to /system/app of DietICS.
First, I take no responsibility for the creation or management of this mod. All credit goes to madphone and his various helpers/testers. I just wanted to point some of you in the right direction should you want to try this mod out.
Secondly, I don't have much experience with the SPH-D710. My girlfriend has a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II that I recently rooted and loaded [JB:CM10:HYBRD][E4GT] PARANOIDANDROID [2.16, True HybridMode][09/29/12] onto. She asked about the TW overlay I have running on my Galaxy Nexus and I thought to give it a try on her S2 (being that PA is based off same source). It loaded quite nicely and she feels more 'At Home' with it.
As always, please make a nandroid backup before flashing this mod as it doesn't appear that it was originally intended for this device. I would assume support for your phone will be quite limited, if there's any at all.
Without further ado, you can find madphone's mod here:
S3 TouchWiz Jelly Bean Addon (Update 1.3.3) (Launcher Update LIB)
**Edit**
Please use CWM Recovery when flashing this mod.
Looks nice, thanks! FYI, there's also an S3 TouchWiz that comes with Pimp My ROM, but I haven't tried it yet. I wonder if it's the same thing.
works good on aokp oct1 build..

I didn't see this mentioned on the linked thread or in the demo video. Does this have the Desk Dock mode when plugged into the OEM desk dock? If the Clock app has the DeskClock page to the right of the Timer tab, it most likely does. TIA.
supports Cyanogenmod 9 on Samsung Epic 4G touch?

I'm not sure about this one. I'm running CM10 nightlies. My clock application is built from source. If there's a particular Desk Dock mode within the S3's clock app, it's unknown to me as that app likely has other settings than AOSP. As far as I can tell, you're only gaining themed icons and additional apps. I do not believe any apps have been replaced, thus no additional added functionality to existing system apps from the particular ROM you're running.

The Desk Dock mode is from Gingerbread TouchWiz. (Screen shot attached.) The Jelly Bean dock mode doesn't have the icons at the bottom, and I don't care for the color, shape or size of the clock font.
Will this work on Rootbox 3.0 jb 4.1.2. Im on international s2 which is i9100
Ps. Does anyone have any link for apk because the links at madmans thread are all dead.
Im dying to get working touchwiz5 on jellybean s2

I really want S-Memo
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.widgetapp.diotek.smemo
On my GNEX, but installing the apk doesn't work so I guess it needs more files.
Is there any mod for this?
Running PA 3.57
It says that GNex is not compatible with it, I guess is because it uses part of the touchwiz framework.

So I'm looking for a mod that will install whatever it needs if its possible.
