Hi Welshandy.
I might be wrong but I don't believe that there are any themes available for Leedroid yet. In terms of icons, you can use any icon pack that you want. Try ColdFusion HD. they are my personal favorites. to apply them you will need to be using a custom launcher such as Apex. Long press on the icon you want to change and then select the icon you want from you icon pack
You can use Desktop Visualizer for changing icons. It's a freeware from Market.

Hello everyone
I would like to say first that i did use the search but didnt find the answer i needed.
So here goes
I'm trying to install a full icon set on my Galaxy S I9000 but i have no idea how to do that
example:
DINIK's "HD2" IconSet
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=591248
When i search i see people using bettercut or apps organizer and some other app to apply the icon packs.
I'm getting the idea you have to apply them 1 by 1 but i hope its not the case.
I'm using ADW launcher if that helps
many thanks in advance
I dont know if I understand you, but if you want to apply icon packs or multiple icons using ADW, then you need to install an ADW theme. Else you have to do it one by one using any other app (e.g. Bettercut) or using ADWs icon packs via the custom shortcut option. These only work on home screens as far as i know, I'm not sure if you can change the icon in the app drawer if you are trying to do that too.
Or you can just make your own ADW theme..
i've been looking for an app that can change icons (app drawer included) but to no avail. i'm using LPP
It would be great to be able to edit the drawer icons with ease, but dont think its possible

First of all... I am not sure if you know this but these icons seem to be for Windows Mobile and not Android so I dont know if they will work.
Secondly... I am running Launcher Pro Plus and use an app called Desktop Visualizer to change my icons.
What you need to do is find the icon packs in a zip file format and either unzip them directly to your SGS or unzip them to the computer and transfer the images to your device via USB. From there you startup Desktop Visualizer and follow the prompts for selecting the icon of your choice, linking it to its function, etc...
I hope this helps. If anyone has an easier way please advise...

Folder Organizer lets you assign different icons to apps/folders/contacts/etc. It automatically scans your system for icons, which is cool, but you still have to apply them one by one. This doesn't change the icons in the app drawer though. If I understand correctly, to change an app's icon you need to edit the .apk before installing.
@ jumba
i need better cut.. @ market it is paid.. is there any free link or lite version

Also Folder Organizer is VERY slow....
Clicking the normal icon is instant... clicking you handmade Folder Organizer version of that icon takes 2 secs before the app even starts.
Looks good, but slower then normal.
I think the only way to do the correctly is to edit the framework.apk or something.
Until now I have had no succes finding the icons in any apk to replace them...
Idealy you want to unzip an apk, replace al the icons you want and flash it back.

But to do that you need to resign the apk files (if it's a market app). Not a easy thing to do.
I've done my research but i couldn't find any answer
Does anyone here work with the Go Launcher EX Theme template? If so, can you please post a tutorial on how to add docks to the template for use on the homescreen?
And if possible also, how do you add a background on the APP Drawer?
Thank you in advance!

To change background of app drawer:
1. Go to home screen
2. go to Preferences > Theme Settings > App Drawer Background > Custom Background
Now as far as adding docks to the template.....I think they only have a template theme creator for Go SMS.....not Go Launcher. Other than that I'm not sure I fully understand what you are asking. Are you wanting to change the look of the icons on the dock bar or are you wanting to change the background of the dock bar?
To change the way the icons look you just long press the icon you want to change, select "replace," and then choose whether you want the apps default icon, the theme icon, or a custom icon.
If you want to change the dock bar background go to Preferences > Theme Settings > Dock Background
Below I've included thumbnails of the icons and dockbar I used to use. If none of these are what you're trying to do then let me know.
Theme template?
Can someone tell me where the theme template can be found or any other way of creating Go Launcher Themes. I can't find it on their site. Looks like its been taken down. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys ,so i was just modding my phone and making it look how i want and i noticed there is no way to change icons on sense. So if anybody knows a way to change icons without switching to a different launcher(and no desktop visualizer because that trick doesnot work on dock icons) that would be great.
Have a nice day guys !

use Viper ROM
you can change sense icons as many icon packs are available in Venom Hub and u can use ADW Icon packs too with Viper ROM
---------- Post added at 07:50 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:48 AM ----------
You can also try The Icon Ultimate:

I am sorry for bumping this but, I want to change for instance one or two icons on my homescreen. I have ViperS but I don't want to change all icons. Example, I just want to change ugly Go SMS icon into a stock sense (rosie) messaging icon. Since sense launcher cannot do this (likenova or aphex launcher, or any modern launcher for that matter) how do I go about this? I use the icon ultimate on CM roms and Nova launcher, but I cannot change them on ViperS rom or stock sense rom. Let's just say I want to keep rosie because I want sense widgets, but I want to change some of the icons on my home screen. Any ideas?
So I have Nova Launcher and I've been isntalling icon packs like crazy however I'm realizing that many 'icon packs' just download a zip and don't show up in the Nova Launcher 'icon pack' section. Sure I could unzip them, and then use the browse files functionality instead of the icon pack view in Nova Launcher, but that's a pain and not as streamlined as it would be if the zip were recognized as a true icon pack. So my question is how would one go about 'installing' an icon pack that was just recognized as a zip file by the system. Where does nova launcher store it's icon packs? Any ideas? Hopefully I'v explained this correctly lol.
not sure but....ive tried alot and my favorite is def snack pack check it out in the market. very clean and premium look
As far as I know, only APKs will be seen as icon packs.
Zips, unfortunately have to be customized individually...

Thats exactly how it is. If you want to make an icon pack yourself, you'll need eclipse and some additional android stuff. Then you need to get all the activities for your apps you want to create an icon for. Thats how i am doing this actually.. God, this is pain in the ass.. On MIUI it was just as easy as renaming your icon to the apps package name and done.
Btw, there is a howto in the android themes section.

what is the easiest way to extract individual icons from icon packs so you don't have to universally apply all icons within a pack?

I use nova launcher which makes this easy. Just press and hold on the icon you want changed. When the menu pops up, select settings (the cog wheel). This will bring you to a menu that you can change the icon image, name and also assign a second action when swiping the icon opposed to just tapping on it.
I hope that helps.

Yup that helps except I'd like to use the stock launcher. There you can add icons from gallery only not an icon pack so that's why I wanted to know if we can extract the pack.

The easiest thing you can do is use extract the apk using 7zip, or you can use root explorer as well if you long press on the icon pack apk and extract it as well. You can also decompile the apk and pull the images from the xxhdpi, xhdpi folders, what icon packs where you looking at, I can extract some for you and just post the zips

He is not trying to do that, he is trying to extract the icons he wants to use and put them in the gallery because he can change the actual system icon and not lose notification functionality. Its a slight different concept because you can longpress on the icons and literally change it like iconchanger, but its built in and you use images from the gallery

Icon changer does the same thing you can change one at a time and use icon packs or picture from gallery

Yea except that it doesn't because it doesn't just theme the system icon, it creates a completely new on separate from the system and you lose the notification number, you don't need icon changer..... He just wants the icons so installing icon changer doesn't fix anything, because he still needs the icons so if you read what he is asking, he wants to extract icons

I am also looking for basically stock Android icons extracted...basically the ,png for the phone, camera, people etc. Anyone know where to get them? I've been on the google machine and I've gone on the line and still can't find a serviceable .png of these simple icons. I don't want to switch from the stock launcher, and simply want to replace the current icon with a different (stock android) one.
Thanks in advance.....

He only wants to extract single icon from the theme, so I think ThemeX is the right answer
So does anyone know where the system "Icon gallery" icons are kept on this G3? Which folder and what format are they?
I'd like to be able to directly place icons in there, so they come up when I try choose a system icon.
Seems there are limited LG G3 themes available at the moment from LG.
