i know this is the wrong area of the forums to post this, but this is where every one is hangin this days,, so i was wondering if any one has the activation code for the deep fish browser from mocrosoft???? i got the cab from some where else, i got to the live labs site to late< and the beta had allready been closed,,, ps i have the cab if any one wants it but it needs a activation code thus my delema,, thanks for any help

Dont follow the directions you find with google (using the promo code DFPRESS) just sign up for MS beta's with your live account and then put those same details into the deepfish download section. I got a code first time and second time(2 pda's). No i wont give one to you. I dont know what all the fuss is anyway. Its not that good.

Yeah, I just signed up again today and got an activation code about an hour ago. So, I'm sure they're giving them out pretty liberally. But I'm with you, I'm not a huge fan of it (so far). It is somewhat difficult and clumsy to use. But hey, it is in it's earliest beta stages, so I'm sure it'll better later on.

Thank you, I have been dealing with palm and pocket pc for a long, long time. My first PDA was a Pilot 1000. I have been lurking in this forum for a long time. Sadly that promo hasn't worked for me on any of the 5 accounts I registered for most of which were done yesterday afternoon when that was posted.
Thanks though for the assist and I'll have to sit tight for a bit until they release further codes to test with.
(This and WM6 BE 2.0 are the only reasons I may keep my 8525 and not go to the BlackBerry world...)

Should have instruction on the site somewhere. It on the right hand side. Basicly put into USB mode. Set the phone to never sleep. Connect to system. Launch appimventor. Did you get an invite. Or is it open testing now.

Okay, after pointing that out I want to share a thing I recently discovered. Many developers, especially developers with collaborative projects, are having hard times to save their stuff at an always accessible place. When you're developing with a few people it would be awesome to have a secured place only accessible for permitted users (the developers), to share stuff between the "crew" without wasting many time.
There is a very easy way to make something like that happen, for free!! But how do you do that? I will explain it to you!!
To make an online place and save/share your projects you have to go through a few steps:
First of all you have to make a free 2GB Dropbox account. Okay, 2GB is not much, but there a a few tips/tricks to get more space up to 20GB.
After you have made the account and installed the Dropbox application you can go to "Sharing" at the website.
At the "Sharing" page you see'll this explanation: Dropbox shared folders let you share or collaborate on a set of files. When someone joins a shared folder, the folder appears inside their Dropbox, and syncs to their computers automatically.
The only thing you have to do is to create a shared folder at this page and invite the users to share with. Thats the only thing you have to do to make your developing life easier. For free...
When you have done that, you are able to share files between the people you want and the other people can also share files with you!!
Thats all!! But, before you do this I'll give you a few tips to get a free account of 20GB or even more...
First of all, create an account with the given link in this post or my signature. It's a referral link wich will give you an instant extra space of 250mb. And it's gives me also a 250mb or space
Second, complete the "Getting started" list to gain an extra of 250mb. At this point you should have 2,5GB of space.
Third, go to this place and complete all the tasks: https://www.dropbox.com/free... You'll get a total of 640mb if you complete all the tasks. It are very simple tasks wich will not cost more than 2 minutes of your time...
At last, let people subscribe to Dropbox with your referall link, it will give you everytime when somebody subscribes an extra of 250mb. And there's a way to even double it. When you have an .edu mail address, you can go to https://www.dropbox.com/edu and double the space you get when a person subscribes with your referall... So you get after every subscription 500mb. Up to 16GB of space extra...
So I hope everybody can use this tip/trick and will profit from it to make their collaborated projects more organised...

Hey guys! I really need help i recently rooted my galaxy Note2 GT-N7100 and i tried to use the Game Killer Application which is used to edit the values in game. but the problem is even though my phone is rooted it still asks for root privileges and closes on its own and starts again and then disappears on its own again. And regarding GameHacker when i try to change values i see (Modification Failed) ..any help? would be much appreciated. Game Killer and Game Hacker are two of the key reasons why i rooted my device

First, this isn't a Note 2 forum it's an S3 forum, nor is it a support forum those two pieces of software.
Second, maybe your device isn't full rooted, it has root but has a system remount issue and that's why it's failing.
Third, No money is to exchange hands through XDA except for proper donations through dev's that have contributed enough to have a donate button on their sig.
