[Q] Galaxy Nexus data keeps turning back on - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

So I just got my Gnex a few days ago. I love the thing. Something I can't figure out is why my data keeps turning on by itself even when I turn it off. I only want it to come on when I need it. I tried searching, but I couldn't find anything about it. Maybe I'm not searching hard enough. Anyone experience this problem?

Evo Constantly Restarts

I have had my evo since pretty much the launch date (maybe about a week after) and recently for some reason I can't go 15 mins using it without it resetting and going into a reset loop. The phone never runs hot until it starts to reboot and after a few reboots is extremely hot. I've tried just about anything and everything to fix this but its a no go just wondering if anyone knows any way I can actually get a replacement or if anyone else has had this problem.
Edit : Did a bad job searching but found another thread about the same problem. Sorry for the extra one.

Gnex randomly shutting off?

So... maybe someone else can help me out here. My phone started doing this really cool thing about a week ago where it will just shut off out the blue. I've been scouring Google for similar problems, but cannot find anything. Lots of people complaining about reboots or sleep of death, but not hard shut downs. I don't have to pull the battery to reboot or anything, and it's not restarting, it just shuts off.
Sometimes it will only do it once or twice a day, other times it will do it 5+ times an hour. There seems to be no pattern to it either. Sometimes I will just pick up my phone and its off. Sometimes I will be listening to music with it in my pocket and it goes out. Quite a few times I've been texting or something and watched it just shut off.
It was right around when I flashed AOKP M5, so I assumed it might be that. I tried a new kernel first, which didn't help. Today I flashed MIUI, hoping it would fix my problem, but nope. Still getting reboots. So it does not seem ROM related.
Anything else I should try before trying to get my phone replaced? Who would the warranty even be through. I bought the phone from Amazon wireless. Them? Verizon? Samsung?
go back to complete stock, then see if the problem occurs
Maybe try using the samsung stock rom, without root. If you still have the problem, I think you should contact amazon. Be sure to reset the flash counter before you send it away

There isn't a flash counter on the GNex.

Strange Factory reset/restore cycle

Hello All,
I've recently acquired a Note II for myself. I've flashed custom Roms and such on a Note II plenty of times before. However, this time when installing the MA5 leak, the phone would restore itself upon updating the PRL. I can't seem to stop it unless I do not activate my phone. Anyone know what could be possibly causing this? Could it be a problem with the leak itself? I couldn't find anything on the net about it at all.
Thanks in Advance.
What I did was take out the battery and let the phone sit for like 5-10 minutes. I then put the battery back in and turned it on. Everything booted up fine. Not saying this is the fix but this is what worked for me.

[Q] Data keeps starting by it self after restart, when the phone starts.

Hey guys. I have a galaxy s3 tmobile and the data keeps turning on by it self even when i shut it several times. Also when the phone restarts or reboots it automatically turn 4g on. This is after I rooted my phone with 4.3. I even used an app for data on off but it does not seem to do anything. any ideas on what I have to do so I have it off at ALL times, and open it when i feel like it?
In addition I apologize but I posted the same thing in the Galaxy s 4 forum , since I am a noob and i thought I have the 4. And accept my apologizies since I am not sure if this is the place for such question or if someone has the same thread already. I searched but could not find anything.

wi-fi wont turn on

Hi gang, got a bit of a strange one here. had my G3 for about 15 months so far, and save for having to send it back after a few months for something i cant remember, its been a great phone until tonight when for some reason, it has decided to not connect to wifi or bluetooth. I have tried rebooting numerous times, and still the same. I have ran a factory data reset and still the same. When i factory reset the device, i tried to connect to the wifi however the phone simply rebooted and carried on rebooting until i took the battery out. If i get into the OS on the phone, and try to turn wifi or bluetooth on they simply say turning on, but never complete the turn on and seem to get stuck. My phone is an unrooted phone as i need it for banking apps that wont work due to the root.
I have searched on the net and have noticed numerous pages about this yet nobody appears to have a solution for it. i am going to give Three a ring tomorrow and organise the phone to be returned, but im just curious why this has happened? any ideas?
Same here, waiting for marshmallow official update, hope will work
