You can't unless it's in a flashable zip format but I haven't seen anything of that sort, yet..
Just yesterday I helped DivinDuck with a very similar problem. The post is here.

If you batter drops below 30%, use the script provided in this post to recharge it.
-Copy your CWM recovery 5.8.4.0 image file to where your fastboot files are on your PC.
-Reboot your phone to bootloader by pressing vol down+power buttons.
-When the phone says fastboot on a white background, plug the USB cable in to your PC and phone. It should now say FASTBOOT USB
-From your PC, open a command prompt, go to the folder where you have fastboot files and recovery image and issue
fastboot flash recovery <name of CWM Recovery>.img
fastboot erase cache
Now when you reboot your phone and go to bootloader then into recovery you should see CWM 5.8.4.0 version installed.
--SNIP
You should somehow figure out when your phone is charging or not. After that when you get little more life to your battery in CWM recovery you can go to "mounts and storage", and there "mount usb storage". Then your computer should see your device, and you will able to put working rom in phones sdcard and flash it over. It worked for me atleast, I once have almost same problem what you have now.

Only 5.8.3.x and later support USB mount under recovery. His version is older.
The following command (also in the charging batch file) can also be used to get the battery status (charging, not charging etc..) from fastboot:
fastboot getvar battery-voltage

Wow dude THANK YOU!!
It worked, think it charged in charger cause i didnt get battery error now
So how do i flash a rom from here?
Im not willing to **** it up again xD
First, put the rom zip file in ur sd card, then flash its kernel in fastboot by doing this:
Fastboot erase cache
Press enter.
Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Press Enter.
Fastboot erase cache.
Press enter.
Then go into recovrry, erase data, and preferably dalvik cache too, and then install the rom zip from sdcard
Then hit thanks
Im pretty sure the reason ur phone didnt boot is that u didnt flash the kernel

Also, when you relock you bootloader, fastboot commands won't work

Hello!
I have a HTC One X (EU-version), and it's unlocked.
I used to have Android Revolution HD ROM installed, and would try a new kernel. So I downloaded the new faux kernel (faux_004b5_arhd_7.0.0_modified.img)
Somehow it didn't work, and my phone keep restarting. So I go to the recovery mode, and tried to reinstall the ROM, without whip.
After that I made a reboot, my phone keep reboot. Now I can't go to the recovery mode, either can I flash my device.
I really don't know what to do now.
I hope someone can help, and I posted in the right section.

I had that problem before too. If the "hold power button for 10 seconds then press volume down and power buttons simultaneously" doesn't work, download Quick Boot from playstore and it would allow you to choose to either Reboot, boot to recovery, or the bootloader
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
trick is to run 'adb reboot bootloader' or 'adb reboot recovery'.

When I hold the power button and volume down for 10 secounds, I come to the fastboot menu.
How can I download Quick Boot, when I don't have acces to my memory. I can't see what I have on my memorycard (obs. because I can't go to the recovery part), either can't connect to the computer, since I'm in a bootloop.
I'm afraid while I was doing this stuff, my battery was low. But it didn't die under the process.
Tyvm for the reply, but I can't install the quick boot.

EDIT: I followed my friends advise, and tried to erase fastboot cache, which seems not able do to. I just getting the message: < waiting for device >.
Dear God, what have I done with my phone!
Dear OP, I believe there is a solution. This situation has occurred with my device more than once. I too believed I had lost it until it resolved itself. There are several things you can do to ensure it works again. I wiped the ROM on my phone before the problem began, so I was stuck with a dead phone until I found a way to get recovery to work again. If it's possible, enter Fastboot and install a new kernel onto it, and THEN use fastboot erase cache. If that is not a viable option, make sure the USB wire is not plugged in when the device boots. By this I mean holding down the lower volume button and initializing the menu that allows you to select Fastboot, Recovery, Factory Reset and other command options. Once the device boots into the menu, you may then plug in the cable and enter Fastboot mode. If none of the above work, let the battery deplete itself until device turns off. Once you have done that, plug it into the wall charger, and then volume down and power up. If the device says something like "reading SD card", disconnect the USB and the menu will fully load. That is when you select Fastboot. Keep the device on, plug it into the pc and send your kernel commands to your device. Ensure that you also erase the cache via Fastboot. Your device should now be fully operational. I hope I was able to help.
Have found myself in a similar position, all the following assumes you're using windows as you desktop OS...
To double check your recovery is broken, get into fastboot mode (power on while holding volume down), use volume down to highlight "hboot" then press the power button to select. Then press volume down to highlight "recovery" and press power button to select. If that works, then recovery is fine, just go ahead as you normally would to recover the system.
If you can't get into recovery then you have a slight problem.
Since you can get the device into fastboot mode, the priority is to get it to talk to your PC. Get the device into fastboot (power on while holding the volume down button). Once you're into fastboot, plug in the USB cable and verify the connection to your device using the following command :
Code:
fastboot devices
This should show you a single entry for your device. If it doesn't show anything, then unplug the device, download the naked driver pack (available at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1161769) and unpack it into a sensible location. Plug the device back in, if it can't install software automatically or nothing appears you may have to use device manager to update the driver for the device. Find its entry in the device tree (it will probably be listed as an unknown device), RMB on its entry in device tree then select "Update Driver Software..." from the menu that appears, tell it to search automatically then point it at the location where you unpacked the naked driver pack. That should sort out any misconceptions windows has about not being able to talk to the phone.
Once you have fastboot access, you can reflash clockworkmod. You can obtain the latest version here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1594819
flash from fastboot using the command
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.4.0-endeavoru.img
Once flashed, unplug the usb cable.
Use the volume up and down to highlight "hboot" on the fastboot menu, then press the power button to select. Once in the hboot menu, scroll to the "recovery" menu item and press power again to select. You should find yourself in familiar territory at this point.
hth
EDIT : Sorry, it's nearly 2am here, I'm very tired and I've just re-read your initial post. If you've flashed a custom kernel then you MUST have fastboot access (or it's subsequently broken). Download your ROM (if you haven't already got a copy on your PC) and extract boot.img from it. Get into fastboot mode (vol down + power on) and plug into your PC. Do the following :
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot erase cache
Unplug USB cable, use vol up/ down to highlight "REBOOT" then press power to select. If you get stuck in a bootloop, you can try going into recovery via fastboot (select "hboot" from the fastboot menu then "recovery" from the hboot menu), then select "erase cache", then go to "advanced" and "wipe dalvik cache". Then go back and reboot the device. See if that helps. If not, then go back to recovery using the aforementioned method and re-install your rom, then erase cache and wipe dalvik cache.
Thanks for replies.

Yes, I was dumb, started at low battery level, even tho, everywhere says: Make sure you have more than 70 %.
I can't wipe, or install anything, since it's recovery mode that doesn't work
Atm., I charge my phone, because I need to have 10 %, I use "Stuck in fastboot with low battery. Use this BATCH file!" guide. So far it works.

Hey, I am having similar problem with my htc one x here. I did some stupid stuff, tried to install jelly bean and now my device is broken.,
So the thing is, phone is stuck at HTC logo, I cant access recovery mode. And my phone now says tempered and relocked at the top so I cant get it fixed with my carrier which is rogers.
I tried installing RUU for rogers but it says image error and wrong ruu. I can't find the right one and trust me i've searched everywhere.
I can connect my phone to computer and see fastboot usb. But other than that I can't do anything with it.
I tried flashing cwm but it says failed. I'll attach image here with it.
If there is any way to fix it, please help, I just bought this device and I love it, dont wanna lose it.
Also, I read that I can add custom recovery to the phone but without recovery menu I can't do that either.
Thanks!

i didnt know about adb reboot recovery, just found this via google, cheers mate!
First of all I'm new to this forum so Hello! second of all I'm also new to rooting and custom ROM's.
So today after 3 days of trying to unlock my HTC One X by htcdev.com i finally submitted my identifier token and i got the Unlock_code.bin
I downloaded Android Revolution HD 18.1, I also downloaded the CWM v5.8.4.0 and installed it on my phone.
After that i followed the instructions on how to install the Revolution HD 18.1, after doing all the steps on my phone it told me it was succesfully installed and i had to reboot the system. So i did it, then the part comes where i'm getting stuck. It was rebooting my htc , and it wouldn't go further then the opening screen HTC quietly brilliant it was stuck there. trying to put my phone on and off and on and off, same problem. Now i can only go in the boot-loader menu and in recovery menu and that's it. I re-lock my phone again to update firmware. NOW I HAVE ONLY ACESS TO BOOT MENU AND BATTERY IS ALSO NOT CHARGING I PUT IT ON CHARGING FOR 5, 6 HOURS. WHEN EVER I TRY TOO UNLOCK BOOT LOADER IT SAYS BATTER LOW
I did a lot of research on how to fix my problem, unfortunately nothing helped. (Maybe cuz I'm a noob and new to this)
I tried almost every thing but nothing help
Can someone please help me with this, i've been trying it all day now and i'm giving up the hope.

Leaving it in the bootloader will drain the phone, it does not charge there.
Use the bat script in the right way ? Place this
http://db.tt/aLqeTpPO
In the fastboot folder on the pc, put the phone in the bootloader/fastboot usb mode
Right click the .bat file and select it to run as administrator ! That's the only way to charge the batt up. Leave it for an hour and you should be able to unlock it and flash a custom recovery from where you can charge the up to more power
Thanks and whta next dear

Don't touch the supersu.zip, it is unnecessary.
1. Wipe/factory reset
2. Flash the ARHD.zip
3. Flash the boot.img from the ARHD.zip "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Yep the rom is pre rooted so you can skip that

How to charge in recovery and secondly how to fast boot after flashing with ARHD confuse
You flashed cwm recovery 5.4.8.0 ? If you are in the recovery and you see the led burning is okey, of not leave the cable on the phone and on the pc and reboot the recovery
Like fastboot command but instead fastboot you type
Adb reboot recovery
It reboots the recovery and the led should go on !
And if you want to go to the bootloader from the recovery you type
Adb reboot bootloader

Hello,
So there we go. I was on ARHD 21 ROM for a while, decided to try PARANOID ANDROID. So i did full wipe (except SD), flashed boot.iso from PA ROM ZIP, then i installed ROM and GAPPS. After that i wiped cache and dalvik. Rebooted, everything worked well, except PA tools was not working correctly. So i decided to flash ROM again with SUPERWIPE.ZIP file from ARHD thread. So what i did:
1. Did full wipe except SD from CWM
2. Flashed superwipe.zip
After flashing was completed, phone rebooted. I saw HTC quietly brilliat logo and nothing more. Now i can go to bootloader, but when i click RECOVERY, phone just reboots and that is it Tried to flash older CWM via one click tool from hasoon2000, TWRP. Same story, when i trying to get to recovery, phone just reboots.
Could someone help me? Thanks.
And other strange thing, when i plug phone to usb or charger it turnes on automaticly. When i turning it off (but leaving for charge or usb) it just restarts and turns on again. (seeing HTC boot start logo). I think it is bad.
Nope, i can not turn my phone OFF. It restarts.

I had this trouble once my battery was almost empty.
There is an a dos application that quick restart device so that it can charge look in the hox forum.
here the link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1658084
also for for the wipe script you used i think that it also wipe boot.img / recovery.img so first recharge your phone with the link i gave before after 2 hours of restarting it should be
enough so that you can insta boot and recovery again.
Run this script when your in fastboot. Volume down+power just in case

SOLVED: Stuck in fastboot with low battery. Use this BATCH file!
You have a problem when you have ALL of the following conditions met:
1. Your battery level is below 3.68 V (3680 mV) (about 10% charged).
2. You have a custom recovery on the recovery partition AND a custom ROM on the system partition.
3. You have just re-locked your bootloader and you can't re-unlock it because your battery is too low (less than 10%).
Here's the problem: If you want to use a RUU, you need about 30% battery. But, if you have less than that, you need to charge it. But the problem is, you can't charge it because you can't boot your phone into either recovery or the ROM itself in order to accept a charge. A re-locked bootloader will NOT allow you to boot either into the custom recovery or the custom ROM. And, you cannot charge your phone in fastboot. Additionally, you cannot re-unlock your bootloader because your phone has even less than 10% charge (3.68 V). If you have between 10% and 30%, then simply re-unlock your bootloader and boot into recovery and charge as normal to a level somewhere above 30% if you want to flash an RUU. But, if your battery is below 10%, then you will need to bring it back above 10% with the script below.
So you need the following script which power cycles your phone repeatedly in order to turn off your screen long enough to accept a charge. Once you reach 3.68 V, which is 10% charge, you're through the woods, so to speak, as you can then, re-unlock your bootloader.
Run the following script as a batch file while your phone is in USB fastboot mode.
Here is the script:
Code:
*********************************************Copy this @ECHO to " ********************************** into notepad.
" @ECHO off
:start
fastboot getvar battery-voltage
fastboot reboot-bootloader
ping /n 6 localhost >nul
goto start
"

Ok one click tool won t help you this time.
I uploaded the needed files. I presume you know how to unzip something from zipped files.
So in this zip is a adb folder just unzip it to your desktop for exeample,
then start your phone in fastboot mode, hold vol down+power until you get into bootloader mode.
From there you ll see fastboot and other option (the vol keys are for changing the option an power button will activate the option).
So chose fastboot and then press power and connect phone to pc.
Then in the adb folder that you just extracted from zip file you'll find a file called recharge.bat just double click on it.
A black dos windows will pop up and constantly restart your phone so that it can charge a bit
(may be strange but normal because normal restart use more battery becauseof htc logo and vibration of phone while starting phone).
After one hour or so it should be over 30% from there normaly you can reacces recovery and flash an other rom.Just unplug the phone from cable and close dos windows.
After you flashed your new rom, you also have to flash boot of your phone use your one click tool for this. This boot file is in your
rom file that you downloaded look for a file called boot.img and put it into the one click folder after that just use one click tool to flash
boot.
Hope it helps, i tried to explain it very noob friendly.

There is battery meter in one click tool. Everything works great now. Thanks.
Guys, last night I try to install custom rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2555186 and I suppose so that i made a mistake. Ok that is not an issue, my problem is that after failed installation of that rom, I couldn't use my phone any more.
First of all I don't understand how I bypass to see that my battery percentage is 17%, second thing is that before I went to bed I put my phone to recharge and I see red light (blink). I woke up this morning and I couldn't see green light, i couldn't see any light. I try to turn on my phone but I cant do that..DEAD. I connect my phone with recharge and after 5 minutes I see red light blinking. That continues for about 35 minutes, red light blink all the time. After one hour I try to turn on my phone and that was successful. I put my phone in bootloader (fastboot) and try to go to recovery, but its stock to the welcome screen. I wait 5 min. and nothing change, I hold power and volume button and again I go to bootloader, then I go to TURN OFF PHONE (or something like that), then my phone restart, I do this 2 times and after that I turn it off definitely. I put recharger again and 5 minutes I couldn't see any light(red or green), after that period I can see red light blinking. And its blinking right now, 40 minutes after I start recharging my phone. I try just now to turn if on - nothing, to go into bootloader - nothing , just wait for red light(blinking) for about 30 sec. after turn recharger again.
Can any one help?
p.s.
If Mr Hofs see this I think that hes gonna kill me....
Yes i would gladly harm you ! I told you by PM to read and be carefull and now i see you are flashing roms that are NOT even ment for your phone !!!!
STAY IN THIS PART OF THE FORUM FOR ROMS
some tips :
Look for the battery script to charge the phone, when enough power is reached :
Fastboot erase cache
Then try to enter the recovery and keep the phone on charge. NEVER start flashing without a full battery !
Cheers.

with that script it can be charged in fastboot ...but in custom recovery it can be charged too ...then if it is charged and above 50% flash a rom for the INTERNATIONAL HOX ...not the HOXL which isn't that what we have
I'm really not aware what am i doing...
