Hi. Sorry if im doing this wrong, but ALL THIS(XDA,Rooting etc.) is new to me.
ive flashed ARHD but i dont know how to enable the advanced power menu, that is described
- Advanced Power Menu and CRT Animation as extra add-ons
Is this something i have to flash independently?
Oh, and i've rooted my phone with fastboot, from my macbook OSX Lion, if that is any help

Check the ARHD thread or post there instead.
Flash the leedroid tweaks, it is compatible with ARHD.

HTC added a feature called Fast Boot to their latest phones, DHD and Desire Z included, which speeds up booting.
That is wholly separate to the fastboot part of the bootloader used to flash roms.

I had the same problem, or more or less. Use the 'One X all in one recovery kit'. Just select boot to recovery with the software while it is showing screen(You're phone has of course be plugged in to the computer).
Alternately you can hold power for 10 sec, more or less, until the soft buttons flicker, when thats done the screen will turn of and hold down 'lower volume' button plus power, until you're in the bootloader menu. Remove usb, if you don't get past sd-card updating. Boot into recovery and wipe everything(data, cache and dalvik) and reflash rom or you can just try and restore from backup.
My problem came from flashing mods on an aokp rom, which also changed wrong stuff. Did that more than once, so worked for me.
Hope this helps.
Just boot into the bootloader and use adb the following command fastboot erase cache and try to boot then use the wipe method to clean the device
yes i am in recovery mood

Have you managed now? Just boot to bootloader and then recovery or just use toolkit you've downloaded and boot straight to recovery.
You should also note, that you must have at least some sort of rom on you're sd card. If you do just do the above to get in recovery and choose 'install zip from sd' (or something similar) and install that rom zip.
Hope it helps

When you installed the android revolution rom did you also flash the boot img?
Otherwise try using toolkit and flash stock rec.

Ok that's what I tought, just wanted to make sure you know the language barrier but in the link I gave you it has the option to activate that extended power menu I'm 98% sure. If not sorry, if yes enjoy
ROM Toolbox Pro gives you a widget with an extended power menu called rebooter . Not sure if lite version has it. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.liberty.toolboxpro

Try 4 Ways Power Menu. Do take a nandroid before hand.
So i have flashed trough clockworkmod recovery the Zip file, after that i flashed from fastboot LI seria.
But heres the problem, the changes i make in the aroma installer doesn't work i think, i can't get Usb fast charge to work and i remember i didnt activate swipe soft buttons to turn on phone or off. And under sys/kernel/tegra3_dvfs theres a file named gpu_oc and if i open it up it says something like 200/234/285/332/380/416 but wheres 484mhz that i applied in aroma installer? And how do i know if the undervolt worked?
So how do i really flash it? So it works, and is there any kernel controller for this kernel?
Im using Android Revolution HD 33.1.

My HTC Wildfire's trackball has broke. WHICH IS HORRIBLE NEWS!!!! This means I cannot install custom ROM's which I loving doing (for some reason). I cannot use the Recovery because to select something, I need the trackball, which is stupid, and installing through ROM Manager doesn't work all the time. Is there any stable TOUCH recovery for Buzz out there? Please tell me, else, this Willy is useless. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
I am running:
Cyanogenmod 6.1.0 (6 because 7 is too buggy and 6 is smooth)
ROM Manager (Up to date, but installing ROMs doesn't work)
Clockworkmod 3.x (x because I can't remember exactly)
Thanks!
- Ikram232
EDIT: I don't need a TOUCH recovery, I need at least a recovery that doesn't require a trackball. I don't care how old it is, as long as it install custom ROMs!

I should really edit my post because I really don't need a TOUCH recovery, I need a working recovery that at least doesn't require a trackball to install Custom ROM's! Okay, I'll give this one a shot tommorow, gonna go to bed now! Thanks!

Clockwork mod version 5.x x x+ has a thing built in where you can scroll up and down using menu and home, using power to select things instead of power being the back button. If you I stall it and then hit the buttons a few times it should enable stating "back button enabled"

No luck, installed the official ClockworkMod Recovery v5.0.2.0 and you can move about with the volume rocker and HOME to go up and MENU to go down. BACK and SEARCH just makes it go back to the top of the menu and the POWER switch just hides the menu and show the background. That was a fail! Anything else? Or is the phone done for?
EDIT: it might be the one I install, do you have a link to the one that you had/have?
