If you guys ordered any cases for the Evo would you mind telling us the website and providing any coupon codes for discounts?
By the way you can go to retailmenot dotcom and look for the store name (Example: Case-Mate). It will give you different codes you can use at checkout.

Meh, I've a pretty big fan of sprints insurance, so I never really worry about cases much... but man, I'm dying for some more info on that cardock. Apparently its 60 bucks (says the leaks yesterday or whatever), but avaaaaaaaaillllllabiliiiiiiiiiiiityyyyyyyyyy please

Seidio will have their Innocase for it next week. I already pre-ordered and paid for mine, hopefully it arrives by Friday so I can cover my phone.

I have called just about every retail Sprint store in this state (CO) and everyone is sold out of Otterbox cases! Im soo annoyed haha. I am going to be on a trip and driving right near all these stores too. Do you guys know if only coporate Sprint stores carry the Otterbox case?

Its not a question about the phone itself so why should it be in q and a. Its a question about an accessory and its in the accessory forum... Best buy or the corporate store are your best bet. I would also give radio shack a call just to check since they carry otter box cases for other phones.

The guy at two of the Sprint stores said they havent gotten a shippment of them in weeks. So I am wondering if they are altering the cases? Also you can no longer purchase the Impact on their site, it says it is not available yet. hmm... I'll call tomorrow morning and if they don't have any in COS I will order one online.

i got mine off ebay for $27.99 with free shipping, that was for the commuter.. It only took 3 days to get after i paid for it. i think he has around 70 or so left.

Oh man thank you! I searched for commuter cases on eBay and came across a guy selling them, he has 80. (not sure if same guy).
He just happens to live 10 minutes away, so hopefully I can pick it up!
Update: He said UPS is there store base and they won't hand it out. The eraliest I could expect it would be Thursday. Time for plan C.

Just letting you know, I ended up buying it off otterbox.com with the coupon.
only $32 shipped, pretty good IMO and they apparently ship from Ft. Collins, CO

I was in the same situation, gave up looking for the case and bought a leather case off ebay for ten bucks and then bought two replacement batteries with a charger for another ten bucks. Otterbox lost me, I was waiting for the defender as well but I gave up. Hope you enjoy your case.

Disappointed in Obostore.com

Well i ordered a Nillkin Ultra Slim Hard Shield Faceplate for Samsung Galaxy S2 couple of week back from Obostore.com.
Very disappointed with their service,
1st, i ordered from them under registered mail and they didn't give me the Tracking number for registered mail. So i emailed them, they send me a tracking number, BUT i didn't know the tracking number given was WRONG until later....
2nd, a WRONG product was mailed to my house, a iGlaze casing for iphone 4. Also at this time i spotted the mail tracking number was wrong. So i email them immediately. They gave me another tracking number which was the same as the mail i received. So i took the picture of the wrong product and emailed them. They denied that this product was from them, they do not sell this product in the shop and ask me to check again.
How can that be when the given registered mail tracking number matches with the one given and also mailing address is correct but i got the wrong product. They simply just deny it!!!
3rd, i emailed them and not received a reply for 5 days!!! So they simply trying to ignore this?
Well i guess they have this problem alot as there is a SPECIAL OFFER in their site. They can't do what they promise!

i bought two cases for my i9100 and had a crappy experience too. i bought the same case as you, plus a similar one that looks exactly like the oem samsung mesh case with soft touch paint.
the prices are great, but their communication is brutal. they would take 4-7days to respond to an email and the response would be so short that they wouldnt answer the question fully. after 3 weeks of waiting for the product and dealing with their crap customer service i did receive the correct cases and was very impressed with the quality. even saying that, i dont think that i would deal with them again

Yeah, their reply barely even a sentense, just afew word to entertain you. I surely will never recommend this site to my friends.
Bought another casing through Ebay which more reliable, they even update you on the dispatched date blah blah blah. Much detailed.

Do what I did and play hardball with them. Send them an email right now stating that it has been longer than the estimated delivery time and the items have not arrived and if they don't arrive by tomorrow you will start a refund request with PayPal. Why should you wait even longer for these morons?
They offered to resend them or give me a full refund but the items ended up arriving that same day

OBOstore.com very bad aftersell service and products
Hi,
I have juste experienced the very bad after sale service of this OBOstore site. I have bought a case for iPad 2, received it after almost 2 months and after 1 months of normal use, it begins to crack on the corners and when I have contacted the after sale service , they said that the warrenty period was finished and there was nothing to do !
I was very disappointed and decided to never buy products from them since they have bad products and bad after sell service.
Instead of buying from this ****ty site, try to buy from known brand like Belkin and other, they have long period warrenty, I saw for some cases, up to 10 years warrenty and for similar prices.
Don't buy from this site, the day you'll have problems with your product, you'll find no one to talk to and even if you find someone he will give you no solutions !

ZAGG not delivering invisibleshields to India?

Hi,
I am a happy owner of Samsung Galaxy Note. I live in Bangalore, INDIA and bought the device as soon as it was released.
However, as no accesories were available and a screenguard being paramount to keep my galaxy note as good as new, I purchased the maximum protection ZAGG invisibleshield for my note online through their website as soon as it was released(informed through these forums)
Its been several weeks and I have no update other than the confirmation when I log onto the www.zagg.com website that my order has been shipped but I am yet to receive the same.
There is no tracking number, and frequent calls to ZAGG customercare have failed to achieve the results as I feel that there is no option to actually talk to a living person on the other side.
Does ZAGG ship to INDIA? Are there other forum members who have bought online and received their shipment in INDIA?
The ZAGG customerservice does not work as its intended as we cannot get to speak to a humanbeing on the other side.
I request forum members to help suggest a resolution to my predicament.

HTC IceView case not available

I ordered the IceView case directly from the HTC web site along with my phone. Both items were listed on the order. I received my phone on Friday but the case was not included.
I talked to HTC customer service and they didn't know much. They said they do not have any IceView cases and they don't know when they will be getting them. I tried to speak with a manager but didn't really get anywhere (a "manager" called me back but I think it was just a normal rep pretending). Nobody was able to offer a solution and nobody could offer me any compensation. I tried a message on twitter but that also got no reply. The "manager" is supposed to call me back on Monday but I'm not holding out much hope.
Anyone else in the same boat? Has anyone been able to get more info about when the cases will be shipping?

I ordered my case on May 2, no email or tracking number as of yet. I sent them an email regarding the case with no reply yet.

It seems nobody knows when the case is coming out, including retailers, as places like Amazon UK haven't set even an estimated release date yet.

Amazon were supposed to deliver mine on 4 may but then notified me that they haven't foundb any stock yet.
Not Amazon's fault of course

Strangely it's still listed as "in stock" on the htc store.

Yes so are USB c cables (u like the 3.0.charger). I just gave up and cancelled my order after a week of waiting for an in-stock item to ship.
Just wait until other vendors have the cases etc because at this point I can't even imagine having to rma something.

I'm gonna have to order a cheapo case from Handheld Items until this Ice View arrives, I am freaking out about dropping this damned thing!

No way will I spend $50 on this case (I have been testing a device which was supplied with the case.) It's not quite as nice as the Dotview Ice cases were (although it is also not as prone to tearing at the seam....although my test case *has* torn at the seam). I'll wait until I can grab one <$20....but mostly will continue to keep my 10 in a clear TPU case, like the Fosmon or the Spigen.

Looks like the gave all the IceView inventory to T-Mobile to give away with the purchase of a new phone. That sucks that HTC isn't honoring paying orders placed a month ago but T-Mobile people will be swimming in them in a week (May 18th).

T-Mobile had a deal for a free Ice Case and a free second quick charger if you purchased on launch day or day 2...they didn't say that I wouldn't get these free extras in store and I had to fill out some online form before 5/20 (it launched on 5/18 for T-Mobile) after I finished, they said it could take like 8 weeks but SHOULD be about a month. They waited to tell me that part until after I initialled the last page!

My ice view is coming from the US. Sick of the stock issues and found a seller not charging 100's for the damned thing lolol

I ordered mine direct from Verizon last Thursday, received it Friday. Ended up shipping it back on Monday. NOT worth the money IMHO. Cover doesn't close all the way even without a screen protector, and I found the interactions to be very unresponsive.

I ordered mine through Verizon in the US and just registered my 10 on the poland htc site. They said after verification of my IMEI, they're going to send my Ice view after the 1st of June. Who knows if it will work since I'm in the US.
