There's plenty of "How to Root" threads in the Development section. I suggest doing some research on what/how to do it. You'll need to used Unrevoked to root, and Android SDK to use commands like ADB to do various things as well.
You'll need to install a custom recovery as well, ClockworkMod.
You'll need to download the CyanogenMod 7 ROM, and the theme you're talking about is in the Market. You'll need to install that, but again you'll need to do research.
If you don't know what you're doing, you can brick your phone, which is why I suggest to browse the Development forums and read up on what is needed to root a phone first.
EDIT: Also, this should go in the Q&A section.
Can some one please tell me how to remove OS from my Wildfire, and install a new ROM in device

Hi, is your Wildfire running stock ROM or custom? Do you have Clockworkmod recovery installed? Please provide some more information. Cheers.
Hi

XDA has a section for the Wildfire with friendly people and step by step instructions to root, apply a custom recovery and eventually a different ROM

before you start the process of removing your OS (i.e. rooting your phone) you must read about what you are going to and learn about the process. And follow every guide to the finest detail - you will only go wrong if you dont understand what something is or means or if you cant follow a guide.
Happy rooting
Be sure to take a backup (after u install recovery) before you install any other ROM (or OS in your language )

My phone is already S-off........it needs to be rooted, run clockwork mod and run custom rom..........plsss help as you know my problem.........I want to flash a custom ROM!!!!! I am new and would be grateful 2 u.
Best bet is to check out the development forum - I used the Advanced Hack Kit to root mine
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1259821
You can also check for custom roms in the development forum, which one you use is down to personal preference and there are a lot of good choices available
HTH
If your phone is already s off then there is no need to root sincebit's already rooted. Simply grab a ROM from the development section, follow the instruction and enjoy.

Ok, we get it. Your a TDJ fanboy, noone cares. Now for your question OP, this is the guide I used when i rooted/flashed for the first time. It's made for the T989D (telus) version of the phone but also has instructions for the T989 as well. Give it a try.
http://androidforums.com/galaxy-s2-...d-ultimate-root-optimization-guide-steps.html
Use this to root:
Here
Use this to install a ROM:
Here
Both have Step by Step instructions with a video to help.
I don't why people always say they need to root first, it's BS.
All you do is use odin to flash CWM. No need to flash SU if you are gonna flash a custom rom. I just think people don't know what rooting means or does.
All you need is a custom recovery like CWM, then flash a rom.
If you are staying stock sure, flash cwm and then SU to root it.
Please don't confuse the OP. I mean sure he can do what you said, but rooting first is a sort of standard that everyone follows.
