[Q] ICS troubles

I've flashed ErwinP's version of CM9.0, on my wildfire (s-off, CWM Recovery 5.0.2, Radio 3.35.15.31, everything else is default). I have two problems:
1. I can't get GPS fix on my phone, using GPS Essentials app, even in stable versions of CM7.1, I couldn't get my location
2. I can't make YouTube working, even if I'm using Dolphin browser
I wanted to post this in ErwinP's thread but I wasn't allowed to.
Can anyone help me to solve this?

1. Flash radio again! (You can use the new one - find it in the development thread)!
2. Youtube doesn't work on Erwin P's CM9 - you can't fix that atm, but you can make video play working with MX Video Player and Armv6 codec!

1) If a different radio doesn't work, try the GPS patch from the dev section.
2) Video doesn't work with this ROM, and probably won't until a workaround can be found.

[Q] Can't play any media on HTC One x

Hi, guys sorry if this sound like a noob my frist time posting here. I've recently flashed the latest Leedroid Rom on my HTC One X everything seems to be smooth until when i try to play the YouTube app, Tunein radio app, or trying to play a trailer on on IMDB app or any video on a website the screen freezers then the phone restarts it's self, this happens everytime without fail. Now what I noticed is when i flash the V3.0.0 of Leerdroid Rom which is the earlier version there is no problem whatsoever it is smooth like butter but the issues seem to occur with the roms made since V3.0.0 i have even tried other Roms. now i have been using leedroid an other roms on my HTC Desire and i never really had any issues with it. can anybody help thanks in advance.

Well, probably the correct place to ask this question would be in Leedroid's rom development thread. Remember to first search the thread for possible fixes first before bluntly reposting this question, the solution could've been provided in the thread already. Good luck!

Did you remember to also flash the boot.img for the latest version? The error you're getting seemed to be a common result of running with the wrong boot.img

This is a problem with the boot.img.
I fixed mine using the boot.img from the coredroid rom. Boot.img from Villain rom is working nicely too.

Thanks will try now on the coredroid boot.img. do you now why is it when I fastboot boot recovery.img the phone does not boot into recovery mode on its own.

thank you mate i have flash boot the coredroid boot.img then flashed the Leedroid rom and the media is now playing with any stagnation freezing of videos you have been great help much appreciated mate

It can run Adobe Flash. Download this Flash Player and install it on Gio: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1770384

Actually FLASH PLAYER it's only for armv7. It's running on armv6 but it's buggy really buggy due to incompatibility with armv6.

so can anyone tell me how to downgrade from cyanogen mod 9 to Android 2.3.7?

download a cm7 rom (phiexz rom is very good), do a full wipe and flash it with the recovery...

I have currently Stock GB 2.3.6 with custom kernel in my Ace
and
i have searched in play store for flash player and i m f****d up with the notice that my device is incompatible with this application..
So, m here with no other option for this flash player
so if anyone has a compatible flash player for Ace than kindly please give me...

i dont know that our device is also knows as ARM v6..so m bit confused before i got the truth...

Hi, I've installed Paranoid Android on my Play (Android 4.1 I think) and it comes with Apollo.
However, I don't really like it and would like the original player (I previously had the ICS Beta rom installed).
Is there any way to do this?
If so, how?

No, not at all.
It seems like it's installing but then it says "The application is not installed".
Any thoughts?

No success, the app installs but when I open the app it instantly force closes (I did all the instructions of that topic).
