Did anyone buy this? I just notice the item and its out of stock :\ If you did could you tell me how it looks and feels etc

Likely out of stock due to it not truly being in stock yet

Yeah, I've been checking almost daily to see when it will be released for a couple weeks now, and saw it the other day and it said sold out. So I doubt it was ever in stock.
Not too pleased with the picture of it though, looks like the bulge in the back is bigger than stock meaning that cases won't fit...

Seems like a lot of the accessories have not been shipped yet for the inc2. Hope this back isnt as thick as in the pictures.

Refurb has a really loose screen

I had a couple issues with my epic and when I brought it in for repair/replace under TEP, they were able to fix the ear speaker but the lines on the screen remained so they ordered a refurb which I received last night. At first I was so excited because it was in so much better condition than mine but within the first minute I noticed the screen was way looser than my year and a half old POS that's been dropped on concrete a few times. So what should I do?
I googled it and it appears that a repair store can strip it down and tighten a few screws to fix it, but if it just came from the "sprint certified" refurb factory or whatever, why the heck didn't they do it? I'm assuming it's normal and I can't really think of any repercussions to having a loose screen but it really does bother me for some reason. I haven't even put a battery in it or anything, should I take it back to the same store and see what they say or just activate it and live with it?

That gap is over twice as big as my old one...

Could call Assurion back and tell them they sent you a defective refurb. It has happened to many paying customers.

Yup just get a replacement. Took them 3 tries to get me an acceptable refurb.

You can get it repaired for Rs.1000 as the glass and the touch pad are one and the same ......

^Yeah, even I had replaced my screen a few months back. It's gonna cost you anywhere between 1-1.5k! Although mine was under warranty, so got it replaced for free.
You can get it replaced at any samsung service center and it took them a couple of days in my case.

Some repair it on the spot some take days... they charge u accordingly... even a local mobile repairguy "may" be able to repair it... would suggest a samsung authorised service centre..

Most awsome screen protector

I just tried one of these this was the easiest most pronominal protector I have used it was very easy to install no alignment issues no air bubbles at all the only advice i would offer is make sure you run the roller in one even pass so you don't get any lines in the screen but if you do the lines go away in a day or 2. Looks cool but wow $25 on ebay

If the kit is reusable then that's the only thing I can see to justify this high of a price, if I were to need a new protector(on the same phone) but decided to purchase from say Skinomi for example would I be able to place it in the box and apply it in the way as the kit does?
Side note:it just infuriates me how nearly all companies have to use iPhones as their tutorial phones all the time it seems very biased(I think that's the right word there)

Sprint Discount Program

What discounts is everyone using? Long story short, I just upgraded my wife's phone this week and they want me to verify my current discount. I am no longer working for the company I was earlier this year due to "corporate restructuring". You know, upper management and owners were not making as much money as they thought they should so they fired a few so they could get profit up to get their raises and bonuses for the year,lol...
So, what is everyone using? I know I can get at least 10% from my local CU, but open to suggestions. They make it pretty difficult to find the info online.

Is that a credit union or Employer?

I am getting a 20% discount thru my work, and I also got the notice to verify the discount. I ended up having to send a picture of my work id..
