Hi All,
how to open the preferences again after disabling the " action on tap " ?
Thanks in advance,
Just launch the Minimalistic Text app from the app drawer and the main page will have all your widgets and access to all their settings.

I just finished installing CM7 and i have launcher pro installed too but i can't find a way to make a shortcut to access the dialer because the phone icon always goes to contacts and i haven't been able to find a way to access my dialer to make a shortcut.
Should be an app called "Phone" in the app list.
Long press on home screen > shortcuts > applications, scroll down to phone.
^^What he said also.
If you open the app "Phone" in the app drawer, where does it take you? If it takes you to the dialer, just open the app drawer, long press the phone icon and drag it to your homescreen. Then long press again and drag to the location you want it in the dock.
download Dialer1 from market for cm7
Couldn't find that app and btw ppl the application "phone" directs me to my contacts and not the dialer so i'm still trying to find a solution.
anyone? i can't access my dialer through the phone app because it always opens contacts first which gets annoying when you want a quick shorcut.

How do I get a shortcut to Dropbox on my home screen?
The app came pr-installed and I've updated it through Play store but the only way I can open it is to go the the play store and search for Dropbox then I get the option to open or uninstall
There is a widget but that just links to a certain folder.
There isn't Dropbox on your launcher app drawer? Try checking if any app has been hidden from your drawer by pressing menu on your drawer screen and selecting the appropriate option

I made my widget launch an app when it is tapped on, now I can no longer tap on it to edit it. Is there a trick to get it to open again in Zooper so that I can edit it?
Open the main Zooper widget app from your app drawer. The first option that is listed is "configure widgets". Tap that and then it will list all of the available widgets. If you haven't saved the widget and named it then it will have auto-saved and be listed as "widget ###" with some number in place of the #'s. Hope this helps.
Thank you! That's exactly what I needed.

Hi there
Whenever I install an app a new page gets created and the shortcut for app goes on that page, even though the three pages/screens already have a lot of space left.
Is there a setting somewhere which would stop adding the shortcut after creating a new screen.
Launcher and all settings are factory based with original Samsung firmware.
Thank you for your time.
Go to home settings and untick "Add apps to home screen". That way whenever you install a new app, no shortcut is created. If you still want to have a shortcut made but limited to adding to current screens instead of creating a new page, I have no idea on that.

I know how to disable, what I'm looking for is how to get shortcuts on current page.

Using substantive arguments, explain for what purpose would the launcher open the keyboard?
for a using purposes - iam not going to scroll via 1000 apps keyb should be opened as on iphone and i can type app name immediately

Instead of scrolling through apps, organize them in folders. Android is not iOS.
