Hi,
I am going to buy a new extended battery for a HTC Desire and a Sensation. To avoid any fake batteries I am trying to find a verified Mugen store.
When googling I come up with the following:
http://www.mugen-power-batteries.com/
http://www.mugenbattery.com/
http://www.mugenpowerbatterijen.nl/
http://www.mugenpowerbatteries.com/
The last site in the list stating "FREE OF CHARGE SHIPPING worldwide!".
Are all the sites trustworthy?
Regards
Stian
I don't know, hope somebody will help you
I buyed my Lithium battery at amazon.
Amazon is really seriously I think.
I never had any problems with them
You can find some mugen battery on amazon.com by searching "mugen battery"
I don't have any experience from the sites you did post.
Thanks for the suggestion.
But I would really like to find out if the last site is trustworthy because their stated free shipment. Sending a $40 battery from Amazon would probably add ~$20 in shipping costs to Norway.
I just googled some more with other keywords and I get several links from XDA to http://www.mugen-power-batteries.com. So I guess this is the official Mugen site.
Another ting I didn't notice is that http://www.mugenpowerbatteries.com/ forwards you to http://www.mugen-power-batteries.com when browsing for batteries.
I'm interested in this also!
Looking forward to hearing about someones experience...

this pos seller "northmont30096" take note he is a xda member. I have multiple accounts on Ebay... he sold me 2 batteries on my new account. The 1st one works ok sorta but the 2nd is a piece of junk that dies within an hour!
I send him two messages/emails on ebay to which he never replied and left a horrible reply to my feedback lol...
My feedback was "one battery does not work, seller never replied to both messages."
he's answer was "New Ebayer first transaction..very frustrating...".

Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking about getting a new battery pretty soon and so ill stay away from this douchebag

Thanks for the heads up, I was thinking of buying batteries from him too.
Well they are generic batteries. Its not like he says they are samsung oem. This is how generic batteries perform. He isnt misrepresenting what hes selling.
If you dont want a cheap knockoff battery dont buy one. Dont get mad at the guy that sold it to you, he didnt put a gun to your head.

generic also doesn't mean it will not work... he didn't even reply to my emails? not a service at all with no excuses, could have offered replacment.
You can use the Resolution Center(under customer service) and report his bad practice. Ebay will do whatever it takes to get you a replacement or refund
Did anyone managed to buy an original genuine Samsung battery from eBay? I have already received two original fake ones, one is already dead! I found two vendors in eBay whose photos of the battery look real. Links below.
Did anyone buy from them and received? real deal? Any other vendor from whom I can buy one? Before anyone posts, I'm not interested in the new extended battery. Appreciate a lot any input.

Forget eBay when it comes to batterys or SD cards, you want the original do a search on Google.
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/samsung-standard-battery-eb-f1a2gbucstd-p29442.htm
you can probably get it cheaper if you search.
Thanks, but the link you provided is exactly (or it looks like) what I do not want: a replacement battery. I want an original one from Samsung.
I go eBay, because it is very difficult to get electronics or parts shipped from Europe or the US to Brazil with a reasonable price, or get it shipped at all. Many don't do it.
Anyway, if anyone else can help... Thanks
PS: actually that battery was for the Galaxy S, not the S II, if I'm not mistaken.

mate that is an original battery 100% genuine, eBay is well dodgy when it comes to phone batterys and SD cards and the likes and is to be avoided at all costs this website is 100% spot on.
Yeah, sorry. But it looked so different from the one on my S II. Then I saw the link was for the "S".
I could not find (I've searched before I posted) a "S II" battery on legitimate vendors that I know: Clove, Xpansys... And there is none in the website you suggested.
look again mate this battery is for the Galaxy S2..

Thanks. The website is a bit wierd (it say it is for the S 2, then it say "s" right below; the image is so different from my phone battery...) . I emailed them about it and shippng. I do appreciate your input.
However, and taking into account your advice about eBay, I would appreciate any other input on the above links.
Thanks.
the eBay stores from Korea are usually legit, shimshop is good!
I bought this one recently and haven't had any problems.

i saw a thread about offical battery. you may like that.

Thanks, guys.
The UK company suggested above, shipping costs EUR 23... So I'll take another shot at eBay. I prefer not risking with the HK shops. Will go for the Koreans.
I've bought from Shimshop as well, but the picture on the other Korean site I linked is more clarifying, so I'm still on the fence.
Through my experience of buying two fake batteries, it seems that the top view, where the connectors are, is the most important part to detect counterfeited goods (it was the same with HTC HD2 Batteries I bought). From both Korean sites their batteries seem like the Battery which came in my phone, with the recessed area on top (with no label), but on one site you can see as well a little recessed area (like a very small screw) inside the recessed areas on the sides of the battery. Or maybe it is just a better fake...
Let's see. Thanks again for the help.

I believe it's genuine. I don't even know which one came with the phone anymore. They both perform identically. When I run out of juice I just swap out the battery and stick the dead one in a battery charger. They both last me about a day and night with moderate usage. An hour or so of video at lunch, a few hours of music, 20 or so minutes of gaming and mostly texting throughout the day.
Samsung genuine batteries for i9100
Hello. I have some original and also extended batteries to sale, if someone is interest in. Drop me a PM.
Hey Guys,
I am from the UK and I wanted to buy the ZeroLemon Samsung Galaxy S III 7000mAh Extended Battery. It has got awesome reviews but unfortunately I am unable to buy it anywhere here in UK/Europe. Would anyone know where I could order to be imported to UK or is there anyone selling one on eBay?
I have tried to get in touch with Zerolemon without any success and I'd really like this extended battery
Me too but zerolemon have auto reply from email enquiries stating it will be available to from amazon marketplace early April.

Create your own post address in the USA
I had the same problem getting the Gorilla Gadgets battery shipped to Norway. I found a shipping service (JetCarrier) which allowed me to create my own post address i the U.S. The shipper forwarded the package to me in Norway. It cost about 20 euro's and took 5 weeks for a package up to 2 kgs. (worth it since i ordered 3 batteries and charger). Smooth process altogether. Maybe you could find a similar service provider in the UK.

Is it necessary to have another thread for the same battery? Why can't you just post your comment/question on the original Zerolemon 7000 mah thread? Next thing you know we will have a thread for each country about Zerolemon 7000 mah.
OMG is there really a battery like this 7000mAh Really ? I cant believe it please give me a link to see it

Maybe next time you could check before you ask? I didn't receive a reply to my comment and therefore decided to make a thread...
I asked them about Canadian shipping earlier this month. I would presume the answer is the same for UK availability.
Hi
We are working on our international shipping at the moment and will inform you once this is ready.
Thanks

I am waiting for mine. Any correct ways to charge and discharge this battery. Also I have read that you should not use the battery when it comes and charge it for 12-14 hours straight. Is that correct the battery be drained first and then charged

Hello everyone,
I have been doing a ton of searches around google and the xda forums and I have been unable to find my answer.
Basically, I am trying to find one of the best non-extended batteries. I was hoping to pay under $20 including shipping but I am willing to go up. Much appreciated to anyone who can answer this for me!

Check out the zerolemon 2300 version. it's not fat or sticks out and has the original size of the stock battery. Plus it lasts longer for some people. Hope this helps!
Mugen also sells an 2300mAh battery with the same size as the original but with this price i dont think its worth it

ZeroLemon will always get my vote.
