No, they all still use the older wifi drivers, so won't have deep sleep

No, there isn't any yet. We need the source for the newer kernel which came with the ICS Play beta. Then we can add overclocking etc to that

So far I have tried a few different kernels
-Netarchy 4.2 cfs More agressive
-Baked kernel #6
-HTC Stock kernel #10
-Ziggy 11/5
I have seen relatively even battery life with all 4 to be quite honest, the stock kernel doesn't seem to sleep as well as the others. With any of the others I can leave the phone sit with the screen off for a couple of hours and the battery percentage will not move. With the stock kernel it seems to drop about 5-6% every 2 hours or so. HOWEVER, that is pretty applicable to when the phone is on as well. My favorite kernel performance wise so far has been Baked #6. Very smooth transitions and very stable with no issues of force closing or lag.
*I used SetCPU no overclocking with a screen off profile set up for all of these besides Ziggys. Reason being is that he has a script built into the kernel that will conflict with SetCPU if not disabled and I did not feel like doing that.
Enable always on mobile data: OFF
Background Sync: OFF
I have Watchdog installed and that's it.
Favorite so far: Baked 6 and HTC stock
I had good luck with kings#9. But my phone really dislikes kernels. Ziggs was fast but lagged hard in angry birds. Nach I had a ton of force closes. For now ill stick with htc#10. With moderate use ill see a 60% drop after my 10hr work day

Here ya go http://www.bakedsnackshack.com/Kernels/kernel6.zip
i am using ics final build and using .62 firmware and lupusv9 and the battery is really draining.
it has used 50% overnight with nothing running,
I have tried calibrating and still the same.
Anyone else got this problem?
I got 5% per hour when at wifi.
Kernel related prob.

What kernel would people recommend?
Thanks
That kernel ROM developer recommends.
Sent from my R800i using xda app-developers app
Did you check what apps or services are eating more battery? You can check that in the settings app.
The developer recommends all kernals.
On battery usage Cell standby is the most and screen following.
Look at the developer's signature, you will find the suitable kernel

What kernal do people recommend and also I am using baseband 62 is that ok or should I be using something else?
Okay. Use kernel that rom developer recommends. Already answered lol.
Sent from my R800i using xda app-developers app
But the developer recommends all kernels so I didnt know which one to use that will help with battery problem.
Oh god.
For example: Xperia NXT says "Recommended kernels: Lupus, Doomkernel"
OBVIOUSLY, the kernel names are clickable which means that you can flash what you want i dont care.
Enought?

That why i was asking what people recommend
You could try underclocking. It seems to really help me.

Would underclocking deprove performance significantly? That's what I'm most concerned with.
If only there's a good tutorial on undervolting
I'm on markpython's stock 4.0.4, LuPuS v9 with smartassv2, 1ghz. Battery drain is insane.. (~15%/hour 3G)

I dunno about ICS, but on GB I can smoothly use my Play for most tasks at 460MHz max (even a good few games, since they use the GPU more than the CPU)
You should try to undervolt your CPU. It's a better solution than underclocking.
I have some question here :
1. How to set screen off CPU frequency on any custom rom? (especially for CM 10.1)
2. If I decrease the Max CPU frequency, will it make the battery life even more longer?
Thx before.
Sorry for my bad English.

1. you can use SetCPU to make a profile to set a lower frequency range while screen ulis off, this is a paid app,but its free for XDA members, go to SetCPU thread for more info.
2. yes, it will.
Hope this helps.

Is this settings correct? What is the "priority" setting for? Should I increase it to 100 for best response?

Priority only matters if you have more than one profile. priority defines what profile should be executed above other.
and about frequency range, I can't suggest any, since I'm not very familiar with your phone.
