I have brought my Samsung Galaxy S2 to India and is using with Reliance. Voice and SMS are working great. The only issue is its not able to connect to the internet using 3G or GPRS or any such service. I don't see any such settings to do so. Is there any way I can change the APN settings from Spring to Reliance?
Wrong forum. This is not the Epic Touch. This is the original Galaxy S Epic with keyboard.

Hey XDA, I've had the nexus now for probably 2 months and I love it, I'm running aokp m4 and Franco's m2. I haven't had and problems except for one. The problem is.. I can't send mms messages when wifi is enabled if I go out and I'm just on the carriers network it sends fine but when I'm at home with wifi as the main access point and the carriers network in the background I can send texts but cannot get or send mms

thats wierd i noticed the same thing too yesterday, i am on AOKP b31
data and wifi and cell all work fine. when i want to send a mms it tells me that it isnt activated in my network!?!?!
Yeah its so weird, just to get this straight , wifi and the network are enabled at the same time so whenever I have to send a pic or something I have to disable wofi
. Shouldn't the carrier run in the background for things like mms and just take over?

Make sure that your APN is set correctly. I also had this problem and it was just because I didn't set MMS APN correctly.
What's the T-Mobile APN settings?

Just Google T-Mobile APN settings... I live in Canada you know XD
How can I change the APN in Sprint Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic. Its a CDMA phone. There is no option under the 3G. I have latest version of Android4.x. Same thing I want to do on At&T CDMA Iphone 4.
At&t is GSM not CDMA

While that may be correct, really has nothing to do with apn settings.
While I can't help you on the iPhone. To edit the e4gt apn settings try dialing ##data##. If you know your 6 digit spc/msl you can edit the apn settings in that menu.

Honestly it has been so long that I did that that I don't remember. I sold my epic touch like a year and a half ago.
But this thread should have all the info you need:

Install anycut from play store... Or use a launcher that supports shortcuts... Make a shortcut for settings/apn....
Or open voice command app and say"open apn"

None of my voice command applications recognizes "Open APNs" as a proper command. Is there another way to access APNs on GB 2.3.6 with the People's ROM v 2.22 ?
Hi I have flashed my D700 to MetroPCS from Sprint using CDMA Workshop. Text and calls work just fine and I'm not too concerned about mms but I can not seem to find working data settings for this phone to allow it to use the internet at 3g speeds. Can someone please help me with this, would be willing to give a donation to anyone that can help me get the correct data settings up and running!
I'll help you out sir. I'm the one who originally fixed picture messaging on the evo and also have one for the epic 4g touch. If you want we can team viewer tomorrow and I'll get you set up
