CM9 out today - chances for working on LU6200/SU640 - LG Nitro HD

As everyone know, CM9 nightly for P930/NitroHD is out. I wonder if there is a chance to get it work on LU6200/SU640 devices.
Did the news already arrived on bbs.gfan.com?
Edit: I opened a thread there and hopefully some of the chinese DEV's can understand my bad chinese.

Yeah, did this 3 days ago and ended up with the same error. But Ricardo told me before, that it wouldn't work without have someone port it to LU6200 / SU640.

system.img or cwm backup from someone who has installed cm9
because even if I changed buld.prop from cm9. zip still does not install on lu6200

any good news?

Please be patient, if there is any news it will be here.

it must be due to incompatible kernel. if i remove boot.img which consists of ramdisk and kernel, the device can manage to reach second boot animation before a automatic reboot.with the whole package flashed, it's eternally stuck at the first static LG logo.

I would suggest you to stick to ICS for now, as no baseband can be quite major issue. Search the forums to find out how to provide logcat...
I would also suggest a backup of the EFS before you play anymore with flashing ROM's etc. There is a sticky in the dev threads for the same.

[Open Sourse][Rom][unoffical][JB][4.3]CM 10.2 For SU640/P930[Aug 28,2013]

Hi guys!
CyanogenMod have released cm10.2 for several days on github.
I have tried to build cm10.2 for SU640/P930 with the help of dczz Feishui,Men and so on.
Now,Phone can get into system, but I came across a serious problem:easily hot reboot.
In the days,I don't have time to fix the problems.
so post it out now!
Anyone can change and fix this rom as long as you are interested .
I will open sourse on github.com as soon as I can.
===================================================================
Aug.28:
Today,I will post the cm10.2's sourse of LG su640.
Anyone can download and use as long as you are interested .
My github:https://github.com/joyoki
Noticefication:
1)my sourse come from Rmcc's CM10.1,so Thx again.
2)I have checked Rmcc's cm10.2 sourse of P930,he focus on kernel and display and fix many bugs and errors.
3) I'm freshman,so just can fix display and apps, kernel don't change. you can directly use cm10.1' kernel sourse to build.
4)About P93X,Rmcc have post offical cm10.2 on Aug. 27.I have check his sourse,It's better than mine,so there is no need to post P93X's version.sorry...
Hope can help you!

This is theView attachment cm10.2-8.20log.txt caught by Feishui about hot rebooting
sdcard is the problem of Fstab. It will be fixed in the later version.
Today, I provide two way to flash the rom:The Backup To Restore and The Flashable ZIP
If you are interested, you can have a try.
At last,Looking forward to Rmcc's offical CM10.2.
Rom Download:
The Backup To Restore
The Flashable ZIP
Notification:
1.The Rom is released for developers and experienced users. You may come across serviral rebooting.
2.If your phone get into system, but easily rebooting, you must go Settings-Developer options to switch on "Disable HW overlays"
3.The Backup To Restore is same with The Flashable ZIP,you don't need to download all.
4.Above all,This is a Dev ,There are many bugs,so I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, or any other issues that may arise from flashing this ROM !
5.About P93X,LU6200 and VS920 ,it is Dev version and is easy to port based on this rom, so don't provide for the moment.
P93X port guide: you just delete "etc" and "boot" of this rom instead of P93X'CM10.1,It will work well.Good luck to you

Quick Remote APK

I flashed the CM 10.2 ROM and so far so good, but I don't have the Quick Remote anymore. If someone has the APK I'd be really grateful (I searched the forum already but couldn't find it). Can I just install it with Easy Installer or do I have to push it to the system folder and rewrite permissions?
If its anything like the S4 or HTC One, you'll have to find a third party app...

I should re-state my initial comment ... I want to get the G2 QRemote working on CM 10.2 or other AOSP-based roms on the G2. Porting this specific remote would be a nightmare, I'm sure. Over in the G2 forums, people are saying that the QRemote can't be ported, but this thread shows that it can. I just need whoever did this for the Optimus G Pro to do it for the G2, using the G2's remote, not necessarily porting this one over

Any ideas?
Edit: Flashed the new app first and nothing happened. No QuickRemote app.
Flashed the old one, and the app is there and working, so I'm not sure whats broken about the new zip, but it's not flashing correctly.

That happened to me also. Forgot to mention, but I got it to work on the official CM 10.2 at the 1st try (i flashed the older zip first) but afterwards on other roms it stopped working. Noticed that if i moved the apks to system\app the qremote app would appear again but the list of remotes would come empty (?).
I really miss the latest qremote. I got a bunch of electronics that fail to feature on the original qremote zip... :/
does the Qremote APK works with the feature to Learn other Remotes?

LG Quick Remote APK for Optimus G Pro custom Lollipop 5.0.2?

Could someone please clearly explain how to install LG Quick Remote or any other stock app for that matter on a custom ROM running Lollipop.
I've browsed so many forums and people say different things and there's no coherency.
Please let us know how you did it, only if you have actually done it. Most LGQRemote.zip files don't work when flashed from recovery.

Every QRemote zip outthere for this phone is for Kitkat or Jellybean, and that's the main reason why it's not working on Lollipop. I don't know if someone got those from other QRemote supported devices which got LP update and tried, but last one I saw working properly was madmack's zip.
I could try to make a flashable LP zip as soon as my exams finish (in a 3-4 weeks) and I find fully working ROM for LP (in progress, my ISP is going nuts) I could build and maybe support, because right now, my E988 is on Kitkat since CM doesn't want to accept existing patch for modem, and available versions are too old and buggy.
Does it mean that the remote app on the F240 running stock lollipop does not work on custom lollipop ROMs?
I don't know before I try, I'll have to download a F240 LP KDZ and extract it...
