[Q] Downgrade Radio After HtcDev.com Unlock

Been waiting for so long, finally htcDev unlock its boot loader for WFS. My WFS was using Stock Rom Asia before it's unlocked. I found that i couldn't unlock my bootloader via htcDev due to my stock rom availability. So i upgrade my rom to European stock rom using this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363693 . and it worked. I unlocked my WFS through htcDev. Then moved to the next step, root my WFS, installed CWM_Recovery_5.0.2.6., installed custom rom. And now ive been facing new problem, i have upgraded my radio from htcDev.com which doesn't work good for my country area. Internet become slower . You know that is so hard to downgrade radio files even using this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363547 . [Q] Which RUU do I need to download?

Hi. I bought the HTC One V on eBay - the person said it was on Virgin Mobile UK but that he wasn't sure
I'm looking to unlock this phone, so I can use it on my carrier (EE/Orange UK)
I've flashed CM10 and got all of that working, but want to revert to stock because I want to try a few things
So I've downloaded the UK RUU update for this phone, however do not want to flash it because
fastboot getvar cid
Returns
cid: HTC__001
which apparently is not UK
So I'm unsure of what RUU I need to install, I don't want a bricked device so I'm hoping someone can help?
Thanks,
Jack
Extra information: S-On, GSM PromoU

Confused by RUU's

I need to unroot my unlocked, S-Off HTC Desire before I sell it as the retailer won't accept it if it's rooted.
How do I know which RUU I need? (It's a GSM model from the UK and I think it was originally on TMobile UK before I had it unlocked). Obviously I want to keep it unlocked.
Use the 2.3 RUU.

Yes, it is unlocked, typically w/ T-Mobile's frequencies, but it gets LTE on AT&T as well. The bootloader is unlocked along w/ S-Off so the phone can have new roms placed upon it. If you want the best of developer roms or custom roms, you cannot go wrong with the GPE or Dev Edition.
What about running international .401 firmware on an S-Off Unlocked supercid T-Mobile USA Branded m8?

IIRC, the dev edition is unlocked with ATT and TMO LTE frequencies but lacks TMO's 1700mhz HSPA/UMTS frequency.
Also, the phone is shipped with an unlocked bootloader but no S-OFF.
So as far as the differences between a regular m8 and a dev m8 goes, there is no bloat, ships with an unlocked bootloader and retains warranty with the unlocked bootloader where as a regular m8 would have lost it's warranty upon unlocking the bootloader.

The TMO branded m8 would have the 1700mhz HSPA band which tmobile has used far longer than it's refarmed 1900mhz HSPA band.
As far as the s-off and unlocked bootloader goes for the tmo version, you would have lost your warranty through the bootloader unlock but can have the a totally re-locked without evidence bootloader with some commands in HBOOT.
The dev edition would still have it's warranty with the unlocked bootloader but not with s-off. However, you can set s-off to s-on with the unlocked bootloader and still have your warranty.
Can you flash a T-Mobile radio on the dev edition to enable T-Mobile 3G in non-refarmed areas?
