is there any app that can turn on the phone when the alarm clock is starting?
No app can run if the phone is turned off.
There is.
There's an app called No Moar Powah, but it needs your charger connected to work i recommend you to try it!

can't find it
2) is it work only is the charger is connected or even if the battery is fully charged?
3) is the phone need to be rooted?

Its there in the Play store!
Search for Chainfire if u dont find it.
I think you need to be rooted.
You can set your Android to boot when ur battery is 100% or 5mins before your alarm goes. I think it works even if the battery is fully charged. There was a thread, you can search for it.

i downloaded these two apps but how can i integrate between them and the alarm clock that will cause the phone to turn on when he's working?
Wow, No Moar Powah is a very good app, I was looking for it too ! thanks
the app works perfect on 2.x.x, but after update up to ICS or JB NoMoarPowah doesn't work properly, it is a pity.
No moar powah is it? Gonna try it right now. It's kinda weird when our old phone can do this easily

I have done this many times.
Steps:
1) open root explorer, mount as r/w, go to data, system, and delete batterystats.bin
2) pull off you battery, don't shut it down, just pull it off.
3) insert back your battery, don't turn it on, and let it charge until it say 100%.
4) after 100%, don't pull your charger yet, turn your phone on. let it charge again until 100%, then pull your charger, now you will see your battery says "100%".
This doesn't work on all CM7 based roms, since the phone turns on immediatly after plugging in the power cable
Thank you for the tut, i'm gonna try it when i get back to school.
Does flashing with repartition reset the battery?
Isn't this supposed to be in yhe general section?

Anyone know of a time counting app to display how long the phone has been off the charger? Kind of like the built in one in CM9 but one off of the market?
Want to see how long my stock EL30 lasts with heavy usage.
I have a feeling you didn't search at all and simply posted here for a quick answer.
Nevertheless -- https://play.google.com/store/search?q=uptime&c=apps

You may have bricked it. Have you tried installing any rooms lately? Consider flashing back your stock firmware with "flash tool".
I have a stock device that has never been flashed or tampered with. Does anyone know what the flashing led mean?

Leave it charging. Sometimes the battery is too low to turn on. If not, try a new battery

If it's never even been rooted, then you should take it in for repair. Maybe a hardware issue.

Maybe if he researched but oh well, this what I have and sometimes it indicates a hardware component is damaged meaning find out what it is,
you should:
Go to your phone provider and ask them do NOT MENTION ABOUT ANY ROOTING OR BL UNLOCKING.
Find out what problem it has .
Or never use it again (Dont do it)
In my case the digitlizer "Screen" is broken, because back in march I used to boot my phone and the screen wouldnt sometimes work of course there could be another problem but...
Yea I realised I tried turned it on with the battery in the wrong way. I realised it didn't come on and when I fixed the battery right it still wouldn't come on. It just kept flashing the red light only when I tried to charge via USB or wall charger

Plus my CPU has been running for 248 days or something.

Alright, I'm a noob, I was with you up to reboot your device. "Go to recover and delete battery stats" was where you lost me. Maybe some more detail or a hint on where I can look to learn about it would be super helpful. Thanks.

Are you rooted at all? Installed any custom recovery? i.e. CWM or TWRP. You need to have installed a custom recovery to delete battery stats.
As for the android OS usage, that's very weird. Try searching it up on google and see if any results pop up. You could delete battery stats but not sure if that'll help. If you'd like to know how though, let me know.
If u r rooted and dnt have a recovery, download a app called 'sdmaid' frm store, and u wil get an option of delete bat stats!

Not rooted, yet, but plan to add I learn more. Well full charge tonight and see if it clears. If not, will search for similar issues as you suggested. Thanks.

I had that happen to me when I first bought the phone. Was terrified I would have to return it. Just charge it to 100% and reset it. No reason to put it in recovery or anything. That fixed it for me.

How do I check that? If it was bad isn't suppose that phone not charge or won't be recognized at Windows Explorer?
Boot into safe mode and see if it still does it. If that's not the case, then it is a rogue app you installed.

betterbatterystats, find the thread on xda here. its used to see what is going on on your phone. amazing app!
greenify, another thread on xda. this is used to hibernate apps when youre not using them and whenever you open them, they work fine! prevents wakelocks and such
wakelock detector is good but if you can read betterbattery stats there is no use for it in my opinion
let us know what you find!
May be power button problem also have chance. Did you flashed any other ROM for test.. Better flash stock rom and then you can find root cause

I can report that this was happening to me too and it went away on it's own. I had a usb port problem and after my usb port was replaced by Samsung it was still doing the same thing.

It happened to me a few weeks ago and I fixed it!
The problem is with the usb connector and not related to the phone software.
You need to take a close look at the usb connector. Take a a small pin or needle and try to push or bend the usb to the orginal position.
TAKE GOOD CARE and do it on your own risk!!!
Yet, it did work for me
I had this problem and I was on stock 4.2.2. It ended up being either my stock calendar widget or pic speed wallpaper. It went away once I uninstalled both these applications.

Well I don't know what was happening but my phone come back "aparently" to normally, I'll test all the day until my battery dies or almost it's at 10% of charge to see what happen. I didn't touch nothing just install Better Battery Stats, this is really, really rare. I'm using ParanoidAndroid 3+, anyway thanks to every who give me a hand here
