You can unlock it but you have to pay for it, something like 25 bucks and unlocking it that way with the testpoint you won't lose your drm and ota updates won't brick it

The do unlock for a small fee
To root you don't always need to unlock the bootloader.
If on gb.42 or ics then you can root using the easy root options. If on .65 then you will need to downgrade to .42 then root then ota to latest version.
Unlocking with setools is good and safe and still able to use pcc or seus.

I want to install CWM but my phone has Locked Bootloader and I can't unlock it, it says: "Bootloader unlock allowed: No"
I had a Xperia Mini one year ago, in the same situation, but I was able to install CWM without unlocking the BL.
Any ideas?

Bro I don't think that's possible to install cwm on locked bootloader on xperia m but still wait for other guys reply
