wrong EXIF data on cyanogenmod 7.2 - Samsung Galaxy Gio GT-S5660

Hi, i have installed cyanogenmod cm-7.2.0-03092012-KANG-AROMA and i've found a bug in the camera app
Exif data are almost wrong, it says GT-S5570 (instead of GT-S5660) and the date picture taken is 30/11/2011 1:00 AM for all pictures.
The bug was already present with previous version (cm-7.2.0-02242012-KANG).
Thank you
Jack

Camera Missing

Hello,
I would've posted this onto the dev thread for Paranoid Android, but I can't as I don't have enough posts yet.
I have just put on ParanoidAndroind ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1727657) - it's JB version. However, turned out that it does not have a camera app. I have read the posts, and downloaded the camera fix that should've fixed the camera (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1727657&page=110), but this does not return the camera app itself. I had an app that I bought ages ago (Paper Camera) from Play Store, and indeed I can use my HOX to take pictures with it.
I am wondering though, is there a stock JB camera apk out there that I can get? And while we're at it, could you suggest a camera app (free preferably) that I can find that has features as close to the original HOX sense camera?
Thanks everyone!

try going to the camera app through lockscreen
This problem was there on CM10 also in early stages as camera was working through lockscreen but there was no camera app in app drawer
You can try Owain's Domination CM10, it has AOKP & Paranoid features too
You can also try CM10 or AOKP jellybean ROM
You can try fx camera:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ymst.android.fxcamera&feature=search_result
and for burst features: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...ish.fastburstcameralite&feature=search_result

Samsung Galaxy S2 Camera Issues?

So I can't seem to find a solution to this online.
I am on the SGH-T989 with default TMobile software, unrooted (ICS 4.0.3). The problem is with the stock camera application.
So basically every once in a while I take photos. It writes the correct date information in terms of the file name. The default gallery application organizes by last organized, which made me realize that occasionally (a bit too frequently) the camera starts writing the last modified date as some date a couple of days to a week in the future! So that's kind of an annoying thing seeing something always at the front of the gallery application even though it is not the most recent photo.
Another quasi-related issue. This has only happened to me twice. The gallery application just shows some photos as black missing photos. Once, the photos just kind of auto deleted itself
Is this a known problem? Any help?

Focal Camera App On Note 2 discussion

Wondering how this new app is working for Note 2 users. The camera is very important to me so seriously wanting to get the most out of mine and this new app from the CyanogenMod team promises a lot.
Currently, I am running CM 10.1 and the camera seems to have only one obvious problem. If I close down the camera then open it back up sometimes the screen is completely black and I have to terminate the app and reopen to regain the camera.
And also, I read that this camera had, what is for me the most important functionality of all, spot metering. I don't see it anywhere I the various menus. Has anyone else found it?
Please report back how this camera is doing on your Note 2.
Edit: Focal app is no longer working on my Note 2. FC then will not restart. Stock camera will also not start while Focal is FCing. Stock remains broken after Focal is uninstalled. Running CM 10.1 July 24 2013 Nightly t0ltetmo

seeing that the revolt thread has been dead for a while, thought i would post the question here also. On the 8/6 build, the camera FCs when you take a picture, only saving a grey pic. Has anyone found a workaround/fix for this? ive tried other camera apps from the play store, but get they all freeze up when taking a picture.
side question, anyone find a working cyanogenmod focal apk?
bump
tried pushing other gallery apks from other aosp roms, but get the same result

[BUG]Whatsapp Do not shoot photo

Wow, everyone is well? I recently came out of OSS Beta 21 for an AOSP only with bugs, however I went back to OSS BETA 21 ... I gave the Wipes and installed it, however as you can see I can not hit photo with whatsapp camera at all, all The permissions are ok and I've already cleared the application data.
It makes the sound of the photo but nothing happens.:crying:
Report WhatsApp about the issue and wait for them to fix this bug in the next update.
