Guys, is it me or is the black background of the app tray too bland？ i know black saves battery and all, but is there anyway to change it to a transparent one？ or at least set it the same as our desktop wallpaper？ any replies appreciated

Are you stuck on launcher pro? Because Go Launcher has several ICS themes that have the dock icons. You could try downloading a Go theme and see if you can replace the icons.
Bit of a noob questions, is it possible to change the Settings Screen Icons to look more like the Galaxy S3 Settings Screen, the Nexus 4 icons a very mono, want coloured icons.
I guess I would have to root the Nexus 4?

If your rooted, just apply a theme u can download from play store. There's actually a theme called Touchwiz which is exactly what you are looking for

You can also apply icon themes through a third party launcher like nova or apex without the need for rooting.

Hit the QuickMemo button. Make sure nothing's written on it. If it is, tap "Clear All." Then tap the Save icon, save it to the gallery, then come back in here with the app and attach the picture.
I can't find the file for it. I can't get a preview for the image without other items on the screen.

You have to use diff launcher...but use Nova won't regret it. ...

Hey everyone I want original nexus android interface on my grand so I tried holo launcher HD and apex launcher both are exactly same and good too but one thing is very irritating that non of them supports apps repositioning in app drawer like default Touchwiz do so anyone can add this features by modding any of them plzz?? or there any other launcher similar to this with this function?

I'm not really sure what Nexus interface looks like but I'd recommend using Go Launcher Ex
It's a user friendly, very smooth and most importantly very customizable launcher
You can make it look like anything you want with endless themes to choose from, along with making folder, sorting, hiding, custom arranging options. Not to mention screen scroll and transition animations.
Give it a shot, you won't regret it
