Can I wipe and flash from CM9 on stock CM9 recovery with FC07 kernel.? OR should I go back to EL29 and CM7 and then flash?

I guess the guys who posted the app works didn't understand what I was asking. The app works fine but I've not had any luck with getting the games to stream in any game with any browser.
Saw that the OP for AOKP ROM now is updated to include the issue of video playback not working. My guess is going back to GB will fix the issue.

I can get the game to stream on Calk v 1.1. Only on wifi though. 3g wouldn't work.
Same for me...no game after first ad. On calk 1.1

What are the requirements? I am on RandomRom and Geonicide kernel. I get the log in screen for netflix but as soon as I enter my usernme and try to log in it closes the app.
You need to be on EE03 or EF02 (Gingerbread) for it to work at all. I'm getting good everything from EF02Plus if you wanna mae th switch.

I am on the gingerbread ef10 modem.
There was a thread that had working netflix apps that didn't check for phone versions. I still have the apks on my card aswell.

What version is this? I have 1.2.2.
When I try to stream it says the device has been deactivated...it was working a couple data ago now its not..any suggestions

You may have the modem, but make sure you are also running the gingerbread rom EF02. If not you will need to flash it with oden like you did with the modem.
I know that we had a work around to get hulu to sort of work on our phones, but I just downloaded and tried the new hulu + app and it says our phone is not supported...I'm using the gb leak i3 leak. Was wondering if anyone knew of a work around to get this to work?

You have to manually install it because supposedly it is not "compatible" with our phones even though 2.2.16 version work fine. Anyone have a download link?

I searched the forum to try and find an answer, with no luck. My main question is why can't we find the youtube app in the market, or update it without manually downloading an APK. I am running stock rom, no root, and I am on version 2.1.6. Clearly there has been several updates to the app since the version I have. I am just wondering why the newer versions are "incompatible" with our phone? I mean isn't this suppose to be the latest and greatest phone that Sprint has to offer?

Also confirmed. Couldn't find it from the market on my phone but installed it from computer and it pushed it to my Epic with CM9. Wouldn't push to my Evo 3D running ICS though.
Once I figure out the issue with CM9 not flashing correctly on my epic ill have to check this out... thanks for the heads up!

I have just installed this. It did take a little maneuvering:
I had flashed CM9 directly over CM7 (it worked, but it had to "optimize" some apps).
Apparently, this did not update my accounts such that the Market recognized my phone as being Android "4.0 and up" A quick removal and re-addition of my account fixed the error and I was indeed able to install!
I saw someone have an issue using Shift and Fn on the hardware kb in another thread..
They work as long as you hold them down, then press the key, and then release..

Attached is the flashplayer.apk that works on JB...should be able to install with apk manager...if that doesn't work move to /system/app and reboot...i take no credit for this as I just found it and figured I would post for all to benefit.

Works for me on stock browser. If you need a testing site, try the YouTube.com desktop site from your device. It still uses flash for their videos. In browser hit menu/desktop. Thanks for posting this. It's also in the Android themes/apps section on XDA.

This flashplayer works but is there any way to stop the phone from going in to sleep mode while watching flash video? I never had this problem in ICS but when I switched to a JB rom now when the screen times out it goes off and kills the video rather than stay on the length of the video that is playing in flash. Thanks in advance for any help.
