......Huh?
How do i undo a partition on sd card and re make one
Sent from my HTC_A510c using xda premium
Don't need abd. Boot into recovery, advanced, create SD partition. It will format your card before it creates the partition.

Doesn't the format and creating a new partition in cwm delete the existing partition? My bad if it doesn't, I thought it did.

just root your phone, install the cwm, and then use it to partition your sd by entering the recovery, and after that you can install a2sd or other for activating your ext. you can search the complete tutorial in the forum. hope will help

If you are using linux, I can walk you through doing it on Gparted, or I can walk you through doing it in ClockworkMod.
U can use gparted or mini partition tools on windows.
Or through CWM ( need root )

its obvious that partitioning SD will format the SD card.
I don't remember the name but there's some apps for file recovery in android.
search for that apps in Google and play store. it worked for me very good.

As far as I know tthat only works if you delete a few files, not if you formatted the whole sd card, than its really gone

Such programs worked for me when accidentally formatted my HDD. I recovered about 2/3 of data. Why wouldn't it work on Android?
Use minitool partition wizard

You don't have to move/install anything manually. Based on the ROM you select apps/app data/ dalvik cache etc will be moved automatically when you flash the ROM or when you activate the a2sd script in the ROM.
Read the ROMs opening pages carefully to understand how this works on each of them.
