Can anyone please upload Creed rom v2.1 and send me the link coz the links which he provided in his thread are dead.
Accidently deleted the rom from my PC and now i cant find it anywhere.

search to the other thread.. there's a new link for creeds roms v2.0 & v2.1.. i see it b4 just search buddy... ^_^

Links are good tried to flash.

CM is being ported to Arc as yet .. Check the Development forum .. Its known as FreeXperia.. It has a few bugs which are still being fixed..

Yes.. It is pretty easy to root.. WIth and without unlocking bootloader..
Check the Namaste Guide for more details [ I seriously suggest that you should read the Namaste guide well before going ahead with anything to know what method does what etc..]

As for the Launcher + Homescreen you don't require root for it anyway..
There are quite a few launcher replacements out there .. Check the android market..
CyanogenMod uses ADW.Launcher if i'm not wrong.. Which is free and also is in the Market..

Is there someting i have to do to make the links active?
