I was wondering if anyone had found a case similar to this http://www.techiewarehouse.com/Apple-iPhone-4-Sliding-Bluetooth-Qwerty-Keyboard-p/naz-11595-j022.htm for the Nexus?
I think they wont make anything like that (I wish they do) because the back is not flat.
you could still make a case like that but it would have to have a slight curve on it or they could do something like they did with the lenovo lephone

Just wondering if anyone knows if this case will fit my soon to come desire? I know the chin is slightly different to the nexus, but should be ok right?

i rather not risk it, both phones have similar cases however the sizes are a bit different so unless you can try it on before, dont buy it
Basically what I said in the title.
The iPad2 cover is an elegant solution and I'd like something similar for my Xoom.
Is this feasible?

i would, off the bat, say no. we have no way to attach the hinge... i might be wrong but it probably works like the hinge on the kindle, which has some problems.
i like the idea of the cover, but just so you know this is not a case and seems to provide no protection for the sides/back, much less any kind of drop protection or anything. it also might be unstable at the oblique angle since its only a folded triangle holding the whole thing up (probably props it up for viewing videos ok, but not for active use like browsing.
we deffinintely need better cases for xoom, but i suspect this cover is more of the apple looks good aesthetically works poorly deal like their keyboards and mice. i could be wrong though, ill just have to wait to try it myself.

The Apple solution works using magnets... so you'd need the appropriate physical modifications to the Xoom first. Basically, no, it won't work since the Xoom doesn't have the pre-requisite revolutionary and magical material the iPad 2 does.
I remember seeing a workout/running case for the MT4G before but now I can't find it.
Can anyone recommend one for me?
Basically looking for something I can strap around my arm and then plug my earphones into so I can listen to music while I'm running.
Thanks.

It will fit. But, I do know that moisture will get into the case depending on how crazy you workout. So, on that note, I do not recommend it. That could be what possibly messed up my first MT4G. It won't be a crazy amount and my moisture seal was still good, but still.
there arent much options are there?

thats about 100 options
i stand corrected.
I was searching a way to QWERTY-ize a phone with a cover, in the way some iPhone covers do, putting a Bluetooth keyboard on a slide mechanism cover, as of now i own a Motorola Droid 3, and i want only qwerty phones for the future, but i would like to amplify my choice over non-qwerty phones once my D3 would retire, where i can found something like that?
Thickness is not a problem for me, neither the color or phone, i just want to know which slide keyboard covers actually exists, no distinctions between phone brands
I hope this thread could help someone else! Thank you for your interest!
And hey, I thought once again that I had come up with a great idea. The internet shows me again that if I come up with a problem and/or a great idea someone else probably has done it too.
I am between my Desire Z and a loaner Samsung Note. I love the Desire Z, especially with flinny's CM 10.1 but I have to give it to the Note that the display on that one is just great.
I'm using Irssi Connectbot SSH a lot, so using a software keyboard is a no-no. First I thought that I'd carry two phones, the qwerty-one when i need an SSH-connection but this is just silly.
So I am too looking for a small phone-sized qwerty keyboard that is attachable to the back cover of any android bigger-screened multicore phone, or just replaces the back cover.
Did you get anywhere with this? I am currently thinking of buying an iphone Bluetooth keyboard case and bolting it to my Xperia Z. Can anyone tell me if that will or won't work?
over the last 5 years or so using note's i have always used the same model case. I just got a oneplus 2 from a friend (i don't think i will ever own anything else again, even for an older phone it's amazing) anyway.. i am trying to find a thin case, with a kickstand that works vertically (for reading)
This is the case i usually is this one.

Which i totally love, but i haven't been able to find anything like it.. Does anyone have a recommendation?
P.S. just ended up ordering a cheap junk case off amazon.. ah well
