Is there any one who can make a Mod or something to double up phones storage or at least get full amount of storage memory like16GB instead of 12GB?...

Well you aren't going to get more space than whatever was available when you purchased the phone. Android OS does take up space on the phones hard drive
I believe that if you turn the swagger toggle on in AOKP you get unlimited magical unicorn storage.
Vibrant - dumb name, cool phone
The only way to do this would be to compress the data—which would come at the cost of reduced speed and more CPU usage when accessing the data.

Worked for me.
Also try the 'Over 9000' mode on Codename Android - gives you over 9000% more space

Someone should also mention that when marketing "16GB," they are referring to 16x10^9 bytes, but computers read 16GB as 2^34 bytes. This makes you appear to have less than 16GB.

So I am using my phone like normal and suddenly every word on the screen looks like its jumbled up. I have no idea why this happens but it goes back to being normal as son as I hot reboot my phone or kill the app. I have posted a screenshot of what I have described above.
Many thanks to whoever replies.

Common issue with just about every ICS rom for the DZ/G2, usually have to force close the app (manage app) to get it to go away for that app. Fortunately it only seems to happen so often and usually to a specific app when it does.
Oh okay then, I thought I was the only one who's phone suffers from this problem...it usually happens when I'm boasting in front of my bro who has an iPhone about how awesome Android phones are lol... but thanks for the quick reply!

Yea it caught me off guard too the first time, a little googling and searching XDA pretty much cleared it up. I rarely get it but least I know when it does happen it's not a big deal, usually only shows up for me in the play store.
The layman reason would be because DZ/G2 has no official ICS drivers as of yet, so just bout everything is ported from other devices or rewritten so it may take some time before it's rock solid. Fortunately though most of the work put into ICS can most likely be applied to Jelly Bean (i.e.: 4.0.* -> 4.1.*)
I've never loved a device so much. I think...I think i'm in love. From the gorgeous screen, to the amazing NFC...to the fact that google just randomly gave me 10$...to the ease of use of the toolkit in the dev section, the simplicity of rooting...the BUTTER smooth interface...its just...its just...ITS JUST TOO MUCH!
cool story bro.

You need a pic with that comment.
did you have to add a prepaid card to get the $10 or just activating activating google wallet?
Yeah, I loved it when google gave me $10 free for google wallet. I got like 6 sodas from a paypass enabled vending machine after that lol.

I'm coming from the Evo 3d. The S2 came out a little while after the 3d did so i was already stuck. I wasn't disappointed because i loved my 3vo. It was a great phone. Dual core and all. The screen on this new phone is just insane though. Watching 1080p movies and the way the colors just pop is unlike any mobile screen i've seen. I love the NFC too and how you can link nfc stickers to tasker profiles. i know you could do this with the s2 as well but its new to me. Theres just a bunch of little things ya know?
Whats my real available free ram?

So you really couldn't just add the 345 used and the 349 free?
694 right there with the rest of the GB probably already allocated to system tasks.

"FREE" ram doesn't work like that anymore, this isnt windows 98. When your system or app requires more ram it reallocates it to satisfy the active application. It isn't a simple concept as you are used to where ram was simply gauged as if it were a glass of water and the more unused water was measurable. Now the system holds it in reserve.
free ram will be different every single time you check.

By this i understand that regardless of which amount of free ram is the right one, i shouldnt pay that much attention to it
And to stop trying to manage my ram
Ive heard something like that before
Well as long as it doesnt slow down i wont worry that much

Has anyone not received there 50Gig of dropbox space?
I got 50 for my S3 but didnt get anything for my note 2.
Anyone else?
Possibly you haven't checked email and visited dropbox page?

You don't get any extra from an extra device. 50gb is the max you get with any Samsung device.
Beamed from Jupiter on my Galaxy Note II

I dropped them a mail and I was told this.
Hi Graham,
Thanks for writing in to us!
Unfortunately you cannot have two instances of the same promotion tied to one Dropbox account. I would suggest either granting your second promotion to another Dropbox account you may have, or giving it to a friend of family member. Sorry for any frustration this causes.
I hope this information helps! I'll be happy to answer any more of your questions.
Best,
Reid

Hey guys. Ever since I updated to 15Q, my wifi speeds are terrible. My laptop gets 57 down and 11 up, but my Nexus 7 only gets 9 down and 14 (why is it more) up. Is this a known effect of the new build? BTW, I'm more than comfortable with custom roms and all that, but I just saw no reason to do it here when stock is awesome in every other aspect. Any ideas on this?

Comparing PCs to phones or tablets is usually an apples and oranges comparison. The Wifi adapters in laptops or desktops usually have more throughput than tablets and phones. Do you have a mobile device for a side-by-side comparison?
I haven't noticed any appreciable difference in the download speed of my N7 through any of the updates. And it stacks up just fine with my phone on Wifi.
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 4
My guess is the apples and oranges thing too. My N7 FHD is just as fast via wifi as my N7 1st gen and my old rooted&rom'd NC
I realize that it would be lower, but I'm saying that it was closer to 30 before the update. My surfact tablet gets a full 50. My HTC one gets even higher(probsbly because of the "ac" card.)

On an actual download, my nexus gets about 750KB/s. Actual uploads, it gets 500KB/s. Speed test on right units: 50KB/s down, 8900KB/s upload. Take your results with a grain of salt.
