Why don't you flash it through fastboot? No USB?

You'll most likely break stuff if you flash stock kernel+ramdisk on certain (if not all) custom ROMs.
You want stable, stick to full stock.

I had a flashable zip for 4.1 and it's also on the leankernel forum. So I know it's possible.

please re-read my previous post;
i wrote: "on most (if not all) custom roms".
if using a custom kernel+custom rom, go back to the ROM's included kernel (grab it from it's zip), not to stock kernel.

U can flash other sense based roms+they are deodexed too.... y stock..????.. but 4 my part, when i rooted my one v, i backed up stock rom before flashing custom rom.... u should have done dat my friend.... but its ok..... 4 sense based, i suggest suprimo....

I can just simply flash Suprimo then and it would work without any problems?

Why not download one already made by the devs? There's alot to choose from.

Customization? I thought you wanted stock...
Anyway. thederekjay(retired, but ROMS can still be found), Rushing, ptmr3, and Jamison904 are probably the best developers on the board. Just about anything from these guys will give you a slight twist off of stock and are suitable for DD or wife usage.
Caveat: Rushing's ROMS are odexed.

you can use EU one.it will work on any marvel.
check my work from signature i have made stock flashable zips.

Wondering the same... I dont wanna hurry up anybody, because rom developing isnt that easy. But it would be nice if we would know about progresses on custom rom developing.
