help finding a rom without ciq - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989

so i actually like the stock rom on my tmobile gs2. but i hate the bloat ware and the fact that it has ciq (called system manager application) i have rooted the phone and simply need a stock rom without bloatware or a very stable rom that isnt stock. i have looked through the roms in the developement section and i only find one stock rom without ciq and bloatware but the link provided there does not seam to work. is there some other stock rom without bloatware or a way to simple remove the bloatware and ciq from my phone now that i have rooted it. thanks for the help and sorry for the noob question. ( im a fulltime college student and cant be searching here for hours for a solution.)

all of the custom ROMs in DEV section have them removed

I know but i'm looking for a very stable ROM

use titanium backup to freeze/delete the apps you no longer want...

Rom

Hey everyone, I just rooted my device and was looking for a custom rom and was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions. I know all the roms offer something a little different depending on what the user is looking for, and was looking for a rom that had all the bloatware removed, optimized for performance and battery life, and maybe have a coll updated ui. Im looking forward to your suggestions
Also, since i just rooted it do i need to flash the radio before or after i put on a custom rom(or do i need to do before and after)
also.also, i backed up my system using titanium backup right before i rooted it, will this allow me to put back all the apps i downloaded on my new rom? if so, how do i do this.

Read the rom threads and this does not belong in this section. Ask in the Q and A forum
I installed fresh .3 and my battery dies in 2 hours without having even been used.
Probably not fresh's fault but just saying.

[Q] Clean Rom

Is there a clean rom based on the new AT&T rom i searched but couldn't find anything. thanks for the help/
define clean.
I guess you probably mean a rom without all of the ATT bloatware? there are a few roms here that have that. It's a bit hard to know which one will fit your need but I would say try the energy reference rom as it is stable, quick and took out all of the att junk. The phone runs so much faster without all of the bloatware. Alternatively, if you hate sense, then use teh titanium based rom.
thanks for the replys

[Q] Stock rom without bloatware for S3?

Hey all,
For a while now, I have been running a very cool AOKP blend on my s3 with all the latest bells and whistles. I am getting kinda tired of all the little things that dont work on this ROM. Does anyone know if there is a ROM that is basically the stock rom of the S3 except the bloatware is removed? Ideally it would still allow for root if possible. I just need a stable ROM where everything that worked with the stock rom works here.
As always, Thanks in advanced!
You can just use Titanium Backup to freeze/remove anything you don't want in the stock ROM. If you search, I believe there are debloated stock ROMs available elsewhere on xda.

Lidroid Rom

I bought an S3 ( i747 with some ATT bloatware on it) on ebay and it came rooted with " Lidroid Mod ( ported by Wanam)"
I am getting ads in the notifications bar and a icon( "get apps" on my homepage keeps on popping back up everytime I delete it.
Can some kind soul give me some basic information:
Can I unroot and return to the original configuration and be ablt to recieve updates to Android
OR
suggest another very stable ROM. I am a simple user so I don't really need fancy mods.
Note: It came with SuperSU and AdvanceS loaded

You can unroot and move back to stock, and I recommend you do that first. Only reason for me would be to completely reset the phone as if you have gotten it the first time. From then on, I would root and play around with this device.
Here is an instruction for you to get started (to unroot):

or

After unrooted, simply factory reset your phone so your phone is brand new

For roms there are a lot of stable roms, the question is what roms suit you?
If you want pure AOSP builds or something close to that, I suggest CM10.1 (OR soon to be CM 10.2) or Task650's AOKP. I'm actually using Task650's AOKP rom right now, and it's VERY stable. Smooth as well. Battery life is Okay, similar to stock.
CM10.1: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1778270
Task650's AOKP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1766684
If you want TouchWiz features but you also want an AOSP experience then check out Dandroid:

There are more great roms but I'm lazy to add more lol
Thank you very much
I will give this a try on the weekend
I looked into your suggestions for ROMs and in the threads for them it seems that there are bugs or dev support issues that make me want something more reliable.
Is there a way that I can load a Stock ROM and selectivley eliminate the bloatware?
I have an i747M 32GB

Check out mrRobinson's debloater here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1732039
Grab one of the stock firmware downloads and root it and make sure to install CWM recovery. Then use the debloater - he has instructions in the thread.

Flash-and-forget Custom ROM for Tmobile s3?

just looking to flash a custom ROM with minimal bugs and maximum stability for a friend's phone. I browsed the dev thrrads but I only got more confused.
Right now on custom stock based 4.4 ROM
The most stable and bug free phone is going to be a stock rom.
If you want to remove bloatware, root and use titanium backup to freeze or remove apps.
