Yes the latest PRL is 60669.
from your original post, it looks like you're asking "when did the prl update?"
looks like today by the data you present.
You should extract it and post it in the original post for all to have and manually update.

Actually I called Sprint about this and talked to a very helpful customer service rep and he confirmed the they are skipping 70 and 71 and going straight to 72.
I was unsure of the accuracy of this so I went and talked to a Sprint Rep at a Sprint store and they said that the customer service rep was "so wrong" and that in actuality we will be getting 70, but not until the Evo 4G is upgraded to Gingerbread (android 3.0 to those not in the know) in October.
So there you go...

i would definitely take that with a grain of salt. those reps like to pull random numbers and dates out of their asses.

Though I wish it wasn't. Wouldn't it be nice to hear we are getting Gingerbread in October and Honey-bun in January?!?!
Moved as not development.
Man, I don't know what the heck is going on, but I just checked again, and it jumped up to 70? Made me do a reboot? Now everything on my phone us upside down, sort of like when I modded my Wii and installed homebrew, everything was upsidedown at first?? What gives??
Jk!!!

Whats the big deal? What exactly is this supposed to help, and why are people acting like its bringing gingerbread to the Evo? I think people are getting a bit worked up over something very small, something so small I'm sure half of the people wouldn't even know or care about it if attention was never brought to it.
IF you don't know then you better ask some body!!!!!!!!!

Unlike the other posters, I got the reference
Well The bounty page explains it all here is a quote
I like others have had reduced data speeds since receiving my phone. I have talked with HTC in length about this and the PRI stores radio frequencies, channels ect. They said while it might not affect everyone it would affect some. This is all based off what towers you are using ect. This was the reason for the upgrade to the 1.40 PRI. I have been unable to come to a solution with the 2nd level tech over at HTC but trying to work my magic.
The PRI stands for Primary Rate Interface, which is used for carrying multiple digital frequencies for voice and data transmissions between a wireless network and the end user
Click to collapse
With that in mind, old PRI=pokey internet, new PRI=CheetahNet
Simple isn't it. Just looking at an OP post.
Also I did this PRI update and it worked wonders.
For those of us that rooted our phones with Toast's method or some variant, it downgraded our PRI to 1.34_003. Some people noticed slower 3G speeds and suspected the PRI to be the culprit. Finally as of last night after a long period of not having a method to update, they found it. If you never rooted your phone, this issue doesn't affect you. Your PRI version should still be 1.40_003. Funny part though is that several people are saying that it didn't make a difference. But it is good to be as up to date as possible, especially when it comes to radio software.

Again, you don't have a clue what you're talking about. Not to denigrate Tiad's contributions, but you should instead be giving credit to VirusCrazy and BZO instead. I also agree with the previous posters who feel this thread is useless. As anyone who has been following camera progress knows, the latest info on camera dev work can be found in the [DEV - Camera (Diamond, Blackstone, Raphael, Rhodium) ] Camera tests thread.
one day day everything will probably work on devices that didnt originally run android but when that day comes well all have probably upgraded.
thats why u see most people drop development...they upgrade to a true device.
anyways tho they are right only some work

that's true, but you forget that some of the phones are amazing, like the touch pro 2, atm. in my eyes this is an beautifull phone, an big keyboard, 2 camera's, big touch screen (to bad its no multi touch, ah well) the htc 7 pro is also cool yeah but think about how much this phone will cost, the price of that phone will be an normal buying price (im talking about the device without an subscription) in about 2 years, and then there will be another new phone everyone wants. You can say that upgrade is probably the best option, but is it financial the best way?
In my opinion the best way for these htc phones is for some people maybe learning the development process. Being able to fix your own bugs on the android port, that way it will be easier to port android (or other new mobile operating systems even tough they wont have the same builds, you will have some basic knowledge so it will be easier) to new phones faster because more and more people have the knowledge of it.
But this is just my opinion
I recently bought an touch pro 2 and im dying to get an good android port on it.
2 weeks ago i started learning the process of how android actualy works
atm. i dont understand allot but i sure do understand allot,
And if everyone stops developing for the htc touch pro 2, i will continue learning it (i am seeing myself being 50 and finnaly having an properly ported android on this phone lol.)

Just used the all the files tiad provided?
or did you used other files beside his?
I have a 210 and the camera never worked with this build. I could likely have done something wrong.

Well, I have a 210 and it works for me also. I have tried the code scanning software also and it works as well. Just drop all files into the appropriate folders as told in the install guide from that page. Mine works like a charm and pics are just as good as WinMo.

i used only files that he gave us. nothing more besides that i edited startup to rhod100
I'll double check the thread, but I don't believe it specifies folders that need to be used. Everything else worked. And the fxcamera didn't crash. It simply didn't show any image on the screen. Rereading it, it does say "open all apps then reboot. Not exactly sure what that means...Open every single application on the phone? That would be odd...
Coming from the Epic 4G I remembered a little script Marcusant wrote awhile back that promised increased 3G speeds. I had forgotten about it, but always had it on my Epic, and didn't think much of it, or even knew if it really worked.
So I noticed my 3G speeds since getting my S3 have seemed slower, so I remembered that thread. Installed it and you can see my results in the picture. 1st three test without, last one with. I was pleasantly surprised. I have done several other tests since this screenshot with similar results. YMMV.
Please make sure to Thank Marcusant.

Cool! I may try this when I get home today. I too am a former Epic guy. That was a nice forum. A LOT of good developers and info.
It's really helping me out it seems. I don't remember it being this effective on the Epic.
For rooted or non rooted?

Socos had to dig REALLY deep for this one.. lol.. (yes i remember it to from my OG Epic days) lol.. Good one tho!
I have the same question as LexLuger82, Does this require root?
I have an EVO LTE and a GS3.
My guess is it does since its a ZIP format..
Surprisingly enough it is still on the front page of the Epic Development thread, wasn't hard to find at all

To install the zip you would have to be rooted, and I believe to change the build.prop file you would need to be rooted as well, so I'm saying yes.

I think it would be helpful to post which rom you are on with this.
On CM10 it killed my speed. Probably due to these sysctl settings being further adjusted to the phone in the CM codeline / device overlay.
IIRC these changes were added into CM7 during development on the Epic 4G. I will see if I can find the commit.

I'm on The Peoples Rom. Running smooth as silk over here.
Is there any chance that we'd get a lollipop rom port or can our device not just handle it!

Well, I certainly wouldn't get your hopes up, although I will still make an attempt at it to see how bad it will be. There is a belief that alot of older devices will be forced to get left behind. Time will tell.

*fingers crossed* Any word on this perhaps? I've kept this phone around soooo long, gonna pass it to a family member loaded w/ Freedompop. This dang phone still rivals the free ones just now coming out, I love it! And you guys keep resuscitating it when it appears so bleak. I do worry about HW constraints this time round though. If not possible thanks for all the work in the past! If something does happen, then wooooohoooo!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but our phone (SPH-D700) doesn't qualify for FreedomPop.
I'm not sure about Lollipop status.
