Hi,
I have a problem in google calendar, it does not show the event on the widget when the event is scheduled for the entire day.
Hoping that google will fix this bug soon.
It's a confirmed bug up to 4.0.3 I've read.

That is a known issue . It was fixed in 4.0.3. If you are GSM then you'll get it in the next OTA.

Seeing as though Google hasn't finished rolling out 4.0.2 I wouldn't advise holding your breath.

Not necessarily. They might skip over 4.0.2 for the devices that haven't received it yet.
For now I'm using Business Calendar from the Market to get around the sick calendar bugs - for me the worst is the truncated calendar descriptions. Hoping for a fix soon.

Why am I still 4.0.1?
Is this normal and my phone is simply late in the update roll-out?
I have been waiting for 4.0.2 in order to install Google Wallet.
We have no official explanation but the 4.0.2 rollout seems to have stopped - possibly because of bugs.
4.0.3 OTA for the GN hasn't started yet afaik.

Oh ok, I must have missed those news.
I haven't encountered any bugs in 4.0.1, but I would like to install Google Wallet. Is there a Google Wallet apk install for 4.0.1?
There is a Google Wallet apk out u can download, should be posted on the forum somewhere

Yeah, but it mentions running 4.0.2 as a requirement.
Google pulled the 4.0.04 IMM76K OTA off their servers just recently.
From what I understand, even when OTAs leak and way more people get their hand on the file, they don't delete the file off their server. They only delete it if they find a problem with the build [from what I've read].
So what's the problem? Anyone notice any weird behavior? Maybe people who are planning on flashing from a mirror should hold off for a bit.

Yeah there was probably some kind of major problem found. The only other times I can remember Google physically deleting OTAs from the Android OTA server was two updates for the Nexus S...one that broke tethering and another that never worked for anyone because it was looking for a radio that didn't exist.

Clicking the link that used to work now gives 404 .
I'm running the 4.0.4 and it seems fine everything running great. I think they might have taken it down for some other reason. But that's just my 2cents on the situation.

Perhaps a new version is coming out?
I had two random reboots since updating. The second reboot just happened while reading in tapatalk. When it rebooted,I got a message saying that it was activating, then it said that activation was successful. I've never seen that happen before when experiencing random reboots.
I upgraded from stock 4.0.2 rooted.

Most people will only be using the radios anyways so this shouldn't be too big of a deal.

WTF are you talking about???
From all the latest news and leaks going on, I suspect we will see Android 4.1 announces at Google I/O at the end of June and at that point expect to see an announcement as to when our device might get it.

I'm sure we'll see it previewed and talked about at Google I/O, but I'd be extremely surprised if it was released at I/O. They wouldn't do it unless they were also launching a device with it, which we've seen the last 2 years as being at the end of the year (Google has indicated this as their plan).
this morning http://groups.google.com/group/android-building/browse_thread/thread/7eb2d2b0473cb54?hl=en
but they arent real updates, just revisions.
Jean-Baptiste Queru
For completeness, I've pushed the source code for IMM76K and IMM76L in AOSP. They're marked as android-4.0.4_r2 and android-4.0.4_r2.1. The differences from previous versions of 4.0.4 are minimal.

It doesn't benefit or add anything to our phones. The update is primarily for the Nexus 7.
Just get the factory image from google site and follow efrant guide.

It has a number of bug fixes. The biggest fix I noticed on my nexus 7 is that sports calendars show up in Google calendar. That alone is making me want it on my phone ASAP.
Questions goes to the Q&A section
Beamed from my Grouper.
There are some people claiming to have got the ota but its nothing but a lie, the ota is not yet rolling out its just the factory image Google have released, happens every time an ota is close people just bullsh1t for the attention, they either flashed the 4.1.2 image or are using 4.1.2 custom rom plain an simple.

There were no changes to the calendar that would of caused that. There were very little changes in the changelog that affects GN users. The only user facing change is moving the Location settings out of AOSP (thus the new layout in settings).
I have it on my Toro GNex.....

I suppose you are asking if there is any chance the Galaxy Nexus sees an official update. If so, sure there is a chance. How much of a chance? No clue. Your guess is as good as mine, or anyone that doesn't work at Google at least. There has been no official word that I have seen, so only time will tell.

The problem is, no one knows! No one has heard much about anything 4.3 related (other than the white n4) related to the gnex and no one will until Google details the 4.3 plans.
