Question about a video capture app - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hi,
Is anyone have an app to do screen captures on video ...?
I searched a little on the Market, the only app I found was not compatible with the Gnex (don't remember the name and I can not find it )and the others don't works (like Screencast Video )
Free if possible (on the Market) .
And it's a bit hard to find on the market (in French)
Thank you very much in advance

Try Frame Grabber, brilliant app. You might need to search in different markets in order to find it, use Market Enabler for that.

Re,
Thanks for your reply but this app does not reccord screenshots as video (just edit videos taken with the camera)?
But I may have misspoken
I would like an app that takes screenshots but...in video
Sorry for the bad explanation...
Thanks

This isn't rom related and should be moved out of this forum. Please try and follow forum rules when posting.

It's a good soft.
just restart your device or just reinstall it it often shows that problem with almost every single people and another option before doing that u should carry out is go to setting advance option untick your hint to mobile device that should do i guess...
hope it works mate other wise only option is reinstall it and ya before and after reset.
its not working maby its cos i have duttys rom??:/
And tell me where on startup is this icon??
try mach 5, it's got the speed of skyfire (same technology) but with opera's resolution. It also sports a dedicated flash video player so youtube vids and the like will play without any problems (and look great when compared to skyfire).
Yeah its really really grate but its for cash:/
Skyfire
When it loads the home page and each time I launch a video I have an icon of a speaker to enable or disable sound. Do you have the latest version ?

Recommendations on a video converter

Hey guy's wanted to know if any of you have a good suggestions for a Video converter program for our Touch Pro 2? I have a bunch of movies that I would like to convert to the best possible format for the phone. I was watching a Youtube Vid online and the guy suggested adjusting the Resolution to no more than 720 and a bit rate of no more than 1.5 for the best quality http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uONMuEeTo7A . I have not been able to find any programs on Demonoid as of yet that allow you to specifically customize the resolution or bit rate to that setting....just a bunch of pre-set settings.
Any help greatly appreciated!

i've always used Super
Super can let you specify (if you click on "more" in the res settings). Oh, and you really should avoid saying just "720" as it can be interpreted as "720p" or "1280x720". What you're talking about is 720 x XXX (can't remember the specific horizontal, especially as that depends on the specific movie)
I'm sorry guys, whats "super" ? Is that the programs name alone or is it something eles? Oh and thanks in advance if you could post a link to the program...

I kinda wanted to make this funny video to just add on to my powerpoint for english and i wanted to add on Tokyo Drift by the Teriyaki boyz to the video, but the video wont transfer to my computer. SO the point to this post is there any app that i can edit this video with? or add music to it atleast
I've looked around for a while for this and have only found the "cloud" editing to semi-work on my evo: http://www.youtube.com/editor OR http://jaycut.com/

[App] Video Live Wallpaper "use your own videos"

Hey guys,
This has already been found in the orther threads on xda but i thought i would bring this to the SGS2 forums. Video Live Wallpaper is an app in the market that will allow you to set any video with any video format and set it as you live wallpaper. It can Read from your memory card or from internal memory. Very cool app and i have been using it for a few months on different devices and doesnt drain battery as fast as i thought.
Also this is another app called tubemate which will allow you to download any video from youtube straight to your phone. with these apps together i was able to find music videos and have them set as my wallpaper and also have them set to change after each video. pretty cool find and much thanks to the dev who created the apps.
***tubemate is not in the market you will have to seach for it ....google tubemate apk android*****

Nice concept. Will try it out.
also when downloading videos make sure you download the correct resolution that fits your phone ex: dont download 1920x1080 if your phone only supports up to 720p lol
nice!, i'll play with it

[Q] Bad youtube app quality

Hi guys, by the time i bought s4 mini, the quality on youtube videos is bad. The phone might not be HD but certainly can play youtube videos with better quality. I read that also others have the same problem but the only solution i found was to download a modified version of youtube app but it needs to be root user. Have anyone from this forum faced this problem?? Is there any solution?
Have you tried the app "Viral Floating Youtube Popup"?
Change the default video resolution to 720p or 1080p and your good to go.
oh man really thanx, you saved me. it works perfect
