Dash For Razor

i am willing to trade my dash for a tmo razor and 50 dollars this is do to the fact that my dashs mic doesnt work so you must use a blue tooth to talk i will also throw in my motorola btoth pm if you are interested thanks.

Not a bad deal at all, kinda sucks that the mic does not work on the dash...

Use it as a PDA then... or even an NES as you can put the emulator on there... haha...

I Keep seeing people talking about using the phone for nes emulation... does everyone realize it can also be used for snes, gb, and genesis as well.

Do i still use pocketnester to do that? and just download the other consoles games?

Yah but those need to be overclocked like to play SNES u need to overclock your phone which I do not intend to do because I want my battery to last longer.... and nes is classic man...

I have a heavily Modded Motorola V3t which I can restore to factory (its unlocked, has custom skins, 12 icon menu, tons of goodies installed, security patched - so it will run third party apps such as google maps, gmail etc. and a host of other things. Its in perfect condition (I keep all my mobiles in near mint condition with hard cases)

and gameboy color no? although i never tried any roms on it i have the emulator that starts up and looks like it would load properly.
i had a neo geo emulator that started up but never played games right

Thought that there already is a thread with all the working emulators for the Excalibur.
Roms use Google and trial and error.

Chect out posts 86, 97, 103, 111-113, and 124. Those will take you straight to all the emulators.

ya know tho. i wish i knew this a while ago. i already did a lot of footwork to gather my library. its like when i go buy comics or records or games, and i pay full price, and then i walk is some used place its all right there for like a dollar.

SmartGear is the best available i.m.o the only retro console doesn't play is snes.

Looks like the developer is working on the SNES and Genesis compatibility and released a new beta to try out with some new features. I've been waiting for an update on this thing! Check the link below:

Try reading this post(below) and it will link you to the different emulators for the dash. (I didn't feel like retyping and backtracking all of my posts, but this should help!) There are some MAME ones, and I have heard some good things about them but have not tried it myself. Sorry to bump mods!!

are you really playing ARCADE games on it? i have the software but i havent tried any MAME (arcade?? i.e. metal slug, nba jam, turtles in time) on it? it really works arcade graphics style??

If it runs on a Pocket PC, Why not on our dashes/Excalibur/S620/S621? Don´t underestimate the power of our devices, my friend.
On pocket PC it runs OK, but so far I couldn´t find any for SmartPhone, but I´m pretty sure it exists. Just don´t know where... maybe someone does.

there is a version that works on the smartphone. i have it. but it really sucks and can really only play extremely basic games like ms pacman and such with any kind of playable speed. of course the one i have is from 2 or 3 years ago. i'd post it here, but its truly not worth your time to try it. trust me.

you want to create something revolutionary that everybody will want to use, yet you don't know what it is and you are asking for ideas :/
if you truly want to do something for WM community, don't waste your time on yet another home screen or shell replacement. We have plenty of those already.
Create a framework so that other developers could code apps around. Make that framework flexible, look good, light and fast. Maybe even extend .NETCF35 with a new UI widgets.

The above post is a joke lol. Bet he can't make his woman happy. Second i am 16 so what do you want it to say? I have my own company and make millions? I just thought it would be nice to have something i wanna use. I avoid my tp2 if i can. I upgraded from the original so i can say they both suck. I worked very hard to get them phones and wm just keeps letting me down and down again. all i want is a flippin nice music player. That's it, i can't even find that so yeah I'm gonna make my own. So what at least i can do something like that. Can you?

That's amazing... A 16 year old who just over a month ago was asking HOW DO I SHOT -- ehh, I mean -- WRITE CODE? is already writing games that blow triple A titles like NFS Underground away. Meanwhile, I'm 17 and I can only write Java or C# apps for smartphones. Now I feel under-accomplished. :[

Well, mmm Yes and no. Yes because it worked. No, because it was (for me) one of those things that you download just to know that it works ahaha and you can tell other ppl "hey, I can play psx games on my cellphone, pretty impressive isn't it?" xD (you know.. psx games in a cellphone that's such a thing!). I prefer playing jewels, or cut the rope, they are very addictive xD
Btw, for every app I want, I usually search them on 4shared.com, it's very nice, you find everything there.

its a tower defense style game been searching for this game for android for a while and cant find it (must be cause its not made for android) Its for the iOS i was playing it on my nephews ipod touch . its not a new game its been out for a while but addictive . I seriously would like to have this game on my android phone (Epic touch ).
I know the game is for iOS .
I know i should try contacting the developer (which im trying to find out how is the best method right now)
I know its not easy to have a game ported, as it is themes, and roms are hard but the developers on here do a crazy job and have alot of knowledge and this could be something they might want to do.
I dont use any iOS device but my nephew was playing it on christmas and i liked the game.
If the developer of the game would to ported to Android and put on the play store i would purchase it .
again im trying to find the contact info for this developer..

you know all of this, yet you still ask for it to be ported. no one but the developer will port it because its illegal (im pretty sure) to do, especially if its a paid app.
and if its an old game, then chances are the developer will never port it because if he had any plans to, it would of been done already.
so in conclusion

i was hoping someone might have already seen it available or maybe knew it was in the works for android. I had searched over and over and i coudlnt find it but sometimes i might not have been looking in the right place. regardless that facepalm can be shoved up your A$$..
