Best radio/baseband for Vodafone UK

Hi, I'm on vodafone, would like to know what is the best radio for you, looking for best speed, signal strength and battery life.

The latest for UK/Europe which is KK6.
You could try LG1 if you want but its regionalised for US.
KK6 working fine for me on Voda UK
Probably XXxx radios are best. They're regionalized for europe. UGxx is for north America.

Update: Solved
Thank you, Flashed UGLA4 and am having no issues now. Before I was dropping signal left and right. Was starting to wonder about Samsung products. I prefer HTC but wanted my third Nexus phone..............
So If anyone is having data dropping in and out with T-mobile Flash Base band UGLA4 and all is good.
The baseband that your running isn't the best, have a look here and try the latest release: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1405345
Are there newer versions of this base band?

Baseband for Indian Gnexs ??

I am having battery and signal issues with my Gnex. Phone is bought from HK and baseband is XXLA2.
What baseband should i be using ?
Does flashing ROMs change baseband as well ? I flashed AOKP build 40.
still stuck
my RIL and baseband match but these are XX europe based, and there is no DD baseband/RIL available as nexus is not launched in india.
So again what RIL and baseband should i use.
Try these:

i updated it too 4.1 and it used XXLA2 , but i found my GNex showed lesser bars and also connectivity showed emergency call, whereas other users on same network had bars and could place calls, also flt battery drop was more, but could be wrong.
Any suggestion on which is most optimized for us(Indian) users... i am on vodafone in mumbai

I have also started facing the same issue in Vodafone mumbai. Network drops all the time and says no service or emergency call only. But other cards like idea and Tata Docomo are working great in my gnex.
I have tried different radios but no success. What can I possibly try next. Advice needed...
Hey, even I am facing these issues and I think it is cause of problems in vodafone only... did u try Vodafone sim in other phone?
I am using ugll1 baseband. It seems yo be better so far...

You can easily change (flash) the radio that is best for your location.

My GNex came from the USA where I live, but had the XXLF1 radio and worked fine. Just yesterday I flashed the UGLC1 radio that is best for the USA and T-Mobile. Will test it through the week to see how it does.
The Nexus that can be bought from the Play Store (play.google.com is an unlocked GSM world phone.
You should be able to purchase it and use it on any French GSM carrier.

Should be added that the Play Store only ships to US addresses. OP is best off with an importer.
