"LG announced the release of Resident Evil 4 for Android today. Don't get too excited, though, because it might just be a port of the iOS version — the opening image is certainly the same. Why LG and not Capcom? The game is only available from LG's LTE U+ Market for now. There's no apparent reason why only LTE phones should be able to run the game, so it looks like the company is just using temporary exclusivity to promote its 4G network in Korea. While RE4 could eventually make it to Android phones everywhere, it's available in Korea now from the U+ Market for ₩5,500 (about $5).

Can't wait to get it if its real. Maybe someone will post the apk soon.

If it does come I wouldn't mind getting I have it for Gamecube, PS2, and PS3 and I still wouldn't mind it for Android game is awesome

did this game come out already?

Chain fire will prolly do something to make it work. Just like Nvidia app store. With the right modifications one of the wonderful devs! Ill cook something up n make it work.

Anyone know of Griff or Syntrx like audio apps?

Seems all the good audio synth apps have left the Windows Mobile platform. Does anyone know of some which work well on the Touch HD. Some can still be gotten to run but the resolution messes up the GUI unfortunately.
u look someone of this

sooooo, it's been a while... what's up with it? Any progress? Is it done yet? is it programmable or you just play with fixed sounds like in omniano or those iphone pianos?
Everyone is making pianos and drums and stuff, why not make a soft synth with wifi/activesynch/bt midi? Even if it's a port of an open source vst synth it'll be kick ass
in any case, i suggest everyone interested in music making on wm to try sunvox. It's resolution independent and so f*king brilliant

Verizon WP7 devices coming soon!

As you already know, WP7 is only available to GSM providers. Leaving out US cdma carriers like Verizon and Sprint. But there is a slimmer of hope for those under the Big Red. A few apps from Verizon had made it to the marketplace, such as My Verizon Mobile. Verizon is the biggest carrier in the US and may give WP7 the push it needs. Also may WP7 up to other CDMA carriers like US Cellular

No HDMI-output is a bummer

For the most part I think MS did a great job in setting high-quality standards for their first gen phones and I'm very satisfied with my Focus. But the greedy power-nerd in me wishes the phones came with HDMI-output.
I'm a little confused as to why MS would leave this out actually. It is coming standard on a lot of high-end phones now. Unless they plan to use the Xbox 360 as an AirPlay-like streaming box (I don't know if you can do that as of now because I don't own one), how does MS expect to offer a competing video out feature?
I remember hearing a story about how MS was planning to introduce a USB-out feature and if they do that would be great because it would be cheaper than the ripoff third party HDMI docks. But I'm worried it won't be able to match up to HDMI's quality.
Anyway, I know this isn't a big deal and it shouldn't be at the top of the fixes/additions list for MS. But can you blame a guy who recently got a 50-inch? I want to use the damn thing for something besides football!
EDIT: I found the PocketNow article about USB A/V out. http://pocketnow.com/windows-phone/report-microsoft-bringing-microusb-a-v-out-to-windows-phone-7
they miss a standard IO port for using external addons hardware too

Native Emulator Updated?

So I noticed the Emulator had some updates. I'm running 2.3.4.
I bought this game タイニーバレット (Tiny Bullet) off the PS Store app for ¥600円
EDIT: I also noticed, the APK itself was like 40mb compared to Crash's 7mb.

Works perfectly. Shame gameplay isn't fun.
I don't know, but before I don't remember there being a "Small" option.
I remember picking up that PlayStation certified tablet, and it having on-screen controller, I don't remember Play having it too.
Scheme almost looks the same as Tablet
Go Landscape, Portrait
Little strange playing like this...
I thought it was interesting anyway.
Nice! I'd suggest you to give the apk to yifanlu for further development for the psxperia (while id love you if u did, if you don't that's fine) You don't know how many people are still on 2.3.3 just because of psxperia

Thanks, but I've already bought "Kula World" a while ago and determined that the emulator had little changes. It was built only a few weeks after the latest Crash bandicoot release, which I cracked and found did not increase compatibility.
How did u get that....

HUGE request!!

I know this is a long shot, a veeeerrrry long shot BUT, its still worth it.
Who has used WebOS? Who misses it? I know I do, and would love to see it running on my E4GT. Seeing as HP open sourced it and a team of developers started porting it over to android, I was wondering if any of our devs would be interested in giving it a shot??
Just trying to keep this bad boy alive and miss how awesome WebOS was and can't believe devs didn't back with apps.
I guess Palm and HP had a very poor marketing team. Anyway here's the link!

I've always been interested, but sadly I can't develop roms..
I believe something like this would require a custom built kernel specifically for WebOS. Which I don't see it happening.

Correct, and with us having no kernel devs (they are always the first to move on lol) it's not very likely.. I bet it would run better than any Palm/HP device ever ran it tho lol
