Mod not staying after flashing more than one - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hey guys.
My wife and I are both running Android Revolution HD. I flashed the circles mod and the soft key mod on my phone with no problems. I tried on my wife's nexus and I can get one or the other but not both. Whichever one I flash last stays. I'm still a noob so this might be something simple but I can't figure it out. Thanks guys.

what the flashes do is replace the system.UI file, and both the battery and soft key images are in there, so your overwriting the first one with the second

Flashing back to regular AOKP Falls for milestone 3

I recently flashed the inverted gapps and was wanting to go back to the regular version. What would be the best way to do this?

Wipe completely and start over. Seriously this is the sure-fire fix, and you would really be better off going with the sure thing first.

[Request] blackout multitask?

Requesting a black out multitasking background. I feel like the shading in the stock way gives off lots of ugly lines and purplw . This would look much cleaner I feel. I will donate. thanks themers!!

Kinda off topic here... Do you know where the lock ring image is stored by any chance?

So I changed the value and when I try to recompile I get errors. I probably just live without it i guess

Well I know how to do it without errors if you want to link me to your SystemUI
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
Actually. SystemUI is really easy to compile/recompile. You can do it all within your phone and file explorer. Just get your black image to your SD card. Then unzip your SystemUI in /system/apps then just replace the image and recompile within your explorer and overwrite the original SystemUI and reboot.
Above did not work. Here is my systemui.apk http://db.tt/QPsuK9Cm

(Req) Green Lantern boot animation

I was requesting a Green Lantern boot animation if anyone can make one. I would greatly appreciate it

Here's one I made a while back.

Just flash with CWM?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
It's not flashable! You need to find the folder your normal boot animation is in and simply replace the file. It might not be optimized perfectly for your phone but it should work.
Thanks man

Did it work? The resolution might be the only thing that needed to be adjusted. Hope you enjoy it.

etc/gps.config

What does everyone's etc/gps.config look like? Please copy and paste gps.config folder here. I might have screwed something up.

do you want GPS.config from Jelly Bean 4.1.1 or from ICS 4.0 - 4.0.4?
Download the ROMs and check the gps.cofig file and if you screwed it up then you can replace it if your Nexus is rooted..

What ROM you are using? try to flash it again if it is custom ROM!
and if it is not helping then flash another ROM..
for me the GPS works fine on Jelly Bean 4.1.1 "takju", I'm using XXLF1 radio baseband, are you using custom kernel?
I think I fixed it. It locks on now after rebooting the phone. I'll delete this thread. Now I'm having issues with the booting lol. It takes like 2-3 minutes to move past the Google logo to the Nexus logo. Is that normal?

No it's not normal!
Google logo shows after 1-2 seconds when you boot it, then google logo shows something 2-3 seconds and then booting something 20-45 seconds usually.
Yeah I thought so. I don't know what to do about it.

I bet this gets a thread on pretty much every single device forum, codeworkx over at I9100 forum basically said that this doesn't speed up the boot process. It is nice to look at but I can't see the obsession that people have with boot logo's, you probably see it like once every week when you reboot and that's it.

I just don't like the cm9 bootanimation. Too much eye candy for my taste. I seen it on gerrit when i was pickin cherries this morning. I liked it and figured I would share.

I replaced my boot animation.zip in system/media and the boot animation just shows a silver android title? What am I missing?

I did - and I still have the same problem as the other guy - running jellybro.
Edit - downloaded from the 1st link on the bid, rapid share.

Make sure the name is bootanimation.zip and use the one out of the vertical/800 folder.

Ah good, got rid of CID.
Didn't like him
I must have used the wrong one because now no animation shows and upon bootup I can see about 1/4 of my screen. the rest is black. I used the vertical 720 one. Supposed to be 800?
Time to reflash...
The link to my drop box has the proper one (vertical 800). I got it from gerrit this morning and i am using it now and it works fine.

Thanks buddy, the bootanimation works just fine, moved the file with rootexplorer to the system/media. So long CID lol
