hi, I have a problem with my HTC Desire HD. I was trying to get some call recording software up and running (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=993793), I downgraded the ROM, successfuly ROOTed it, but when I tried to flash the radio, it froze (with a red bar at around 90%-ish). Also, I enabled S-OFF/ENG S-OFF beforehand.
I tried many utilities to flash the radio since then but no luck and now my wi-fi is not working - can't even turn it on.
any advice?
here's the info on that lil' brick of mine:

I do and actualy I unbricked that working last night - downloaded some kind of utility that downloaded and installed a stock ROM (although it's for Asia)
any suggestion to where do I find another stock ROMs? I'd love to have a phone in my language (Czech, not English for Singapore market)
Also, I really need that call redording up and runing. Phone is now rooted with S-OFF. further info follows:

re-locked is the best you can get unfortunately atm..
I already run the RUU_endeavor_u_ics_40_htc_asia_wwe_1.26.707.4_radio_1.1204.90.13_release_252708_signed.exe.. the screen show me ERROR 140: BOOTLOADER VERSION ERROR
You also need to flash stock recovery.

"HTC Europe 3.12.405.1 PD9810000" File name is (PD9810000_Ace_Sense30_S_hboot_2.00.0029.exe)
My Phone Details:
Model: DHD A9191
Android Version: 2.3.5
Software Number: 3.12.405.1
Carrier: AT&T
Simlock: Unlocked
Bootloader: Locked
Any Idea? or suggestions?
You shouldn't have to do a bootloader unlock to update your system software. Are you getting to root your phone? If so, search for Advance Ace Hack Kit and it'll do It for you

The hboot required for unlock bootloader with HTC dev is provided in the htcdev site...

Hey guys,
Recently I got "new" phone from my brother, HTC One M8 ofc. But I've got one issue, I can't update phone? Under settings, About Phone there is no Software Update option, and under HTC Help, there is Support and Update, but when I click on it, it does nothing. He is repeating that "Checking..." to infinity.
I did wipe cashe partition, after that didn't work, and I did full wipe/factory reset. Still not working..
Any idea what's wrong?
Rom should be original. Phone it's not rooted or something like that..

What's the current software version in settings > about? Is it the same as in bootloader under "OS"? (to get to bootloader, power off your phone, then boot it by holding power + vol down)

With your link I managed to install new rom, but still not able to update that version (whatever version) i choose. Bah..

How are you trying to "update"? By flashing a custom ROM? If so, which one?
Hello,
I tried last year rooting my HTC m8 bought and used in China, I discovered that all rooting software were not compatible with my particular build and kernel.
Now, without Google play and any update of Android I feel quite limited and I would try back to root my phone.
Specs are:
Serial Number of Device: HC451WM00835
Software Number on Device : 1.0.0.M8t
Radio Version : 1.23.213311231.14G
Current Bootloader Lock Status: M8_TL PVT SHIP S-ON
Hboot Version from HBoot Screen : 3.19.0.0000
Do you know if there's any chance nowadays to root it?
