Anyone know what app might be causing this??

EDIT: Ok like ericcanboni said it is the desck clock on the original clock, but now everytime I press home it takes me to this, usually a reboot would fix it but now not even that fixes it, I uninstalled the stock clock and fixed it, but I just reinstalled it and its still doing it, anyway to fix this or do I have to use a different alarm now?

It might be car home or something like that

That is the dock screen, comes up when your phone is docked. Pretty sure it's magnetically triggered or something.

It's the 'Desk Clock' tab in the stock Clock app. Not sure why it would be opening every time you press home. I think it does open when attached to a desk dock, but I'm not sure.

Weird feature when you hit HOME button

So I've recently noticed that once you hit home when you are using any app, you get this sort of short cut screen, is there any way to get rid of it?

This should be in the Q&A section, but to answer the question this recent shortcut screen is displayed only when you press and hold the home button, if you just press the home button without holding it takes you to the home screen of your preferred launcher. I'm not sure if its possible to disable this.
Been around since at least android 2.0. Eclair

I don't know how you get that.
When I'm in "any app", and press home - I get home.
If I'm in "any app" and hold home, I get the typical shortcut box.
All I get when I hold home is the task manager screen which is what's supposed to happen when you do that. I've never seen that screen before.
This screen displays when phone thinks it's in a desktop dock.
Thank you for the info, I rebooted and it went away, again thanks!

sdio_al wakelock

Hi,
I've been noticing this process waking my phone up a lot. Has anyone else seen it? Any ideas?

I have the same problem, my phone has been showing as being 100% awake with the sdio_al process running for 11 hours or so (how long I had my phone unplugged.)
It has something to do with the sd card, from what I've read. I tried formatting mine and it went away for a while, but it came back. I did notice that my video folder sometimes disappears. Might need a new card.

Just wanted to let you know that I wiped my cache with Darkside's Cache Wipe and it solved the problem, for now at least. So try that out and hopefully it will work for you!

Bug in pattern unlock screen

I am running stock rooted rom/kernel without any themes or mods. This has happened couple times now when i press power button to lock the screen in the middle of a video playing in apps like IMDB the pattern grid is offset to the right and i cannot enter the unlock pattern. Had to sign in with Google acc. Anyone had this issue?

this happened to me on face unlock except the camera portion stayed up and off to the side, would recognize, and wouldnt clear screen to go to the backup lock screen.
BTW I'm still stock unrooted....only happened to me once.
This happened to me with Face Unlock and with pin unlock multiple times consecutively right out of the box. I had to pull the battery and it hasn't happened since. :fingers-crossed:
Hmm..interesting. i can consistently reproduce the issue by pressing power button when a video is playing in an app or full screen flash video is playing in dolphin hd browser.

I think this is an android spread problem not specific to the device. Coming from the Htc one S I experienced the same issue.

It would happen on my G2X quite a bit as well if not all the time.

I was looking for a way to force lte so I installed notification toggle and added the 4g button to status bar. Didn't do what I wanted, but when hitting the 4g toggle it brings me to this screen. Tried setting the preferred network type to lte only and toggling the radio but still had 3g as soon the radio turned back on. IBM want able to get to this screen any other way though. Anybody know anything about it or what the other options in there do?

Idk anything about your question but your first picture you may want to take down it has your IMEI number and phone number in it.
Sent from Pluto.
I can't say with enough certainty what you should/shouldn't change there.
But I would recommend you blackout your personal info before posting screen shots.
ie: IMEI,Phone #,etc
Not saying any xda members would be malicious, but that info can be seen by more than xda.

You can force LTE but there are some down sides.

I get this constantly (as in every 60 seconds at times). I like the phone, but not if this continues.
thanks much

Yeah, I'm still stock and I get that error as well. Without getting a logcat as it happens it's difficult to tell. I wouldn't worry about it that much.
Try flashing a newer version of the Google apps

In settings > app manager, find Google Services Framework and clear cache and data.
If that doesn't work boot recovery and wipe dalvik.
