ok sorry for deleting it lol...
i will add it in the next version.
might be a good rom for device with slightly more ram, but I have found that no manner for stripping and raping of ANY flavor of sense 3.x can ever be fast enough or able to multi-task in even the most rudimentary way...
this is probably once of the nicest 3.x "lite" roms i've seen, but if you're going to strip sense to this level it makes no "sense" to do it to a 3.x rom... lol...
the raping needs to reach MUCH deeper into the rom, ie: actually removing parts of the framework...etc... to truly lighten it up enough, I fear that level of rape-age will only create more issues than it's worth though...
sadly vision just can't handle the sexiness of 3.x roms, at least not in the fashion that will allow me to keep as a DD ever!
Stock battery with percentage mod. download in 2nd post.
enjoy.
Can't see any RAM improvements but keep it up

I agree that the Vision can't handle Sense 3.x ROMs by default. Currently running MikMik's version, debloated all of the apps that I don't use (such as the Stocks app - I can't imagine anyone who would use that) and ran the Supercharger script, took care what apps I install (found that AutomateIT slows things down a LOT) and am now running smoothly with 120MB of RAM (no swap) @ 900MHz-1.2 GHz.
So, we can run Sense 3.x, but not with the default configuration.

Exactly, you need to slim down the ROM in order to make it a Good DD ROM, and it needs customization(I like customs one over stock ones even on other devices cuz I'm a ROM freak XD)
BTW, I got 140 M+ RAM in the energy sense 3.5 rom, aybe you can try it?
P.S: after slimming down the ROM a bit more by myself, I get 160+ free ram on boot XD

Actually, themeing the ROM don't increase the RAM usage, it is the background processes and the ROM resources which drains the RAM. The Energy ROM have optimized the system RAM usage, therefore there is no increase in RAM usage.

I have tried every single 3.x rom out there, and have stripped and raped them so hard... and even on the ones where I can manage to have 150+ ram free after boot, within' an hour they are all too slow and can't handle any sort of multi-tasking... opera ALWAYS gets killed, even if you're downloading something directly from a site... many other things these roms, even at their BAREST can just not handle... if you wanted an incredibly fast stripped rom, then run virtuous 2 stripped or magic's desire gingerbread/sense1.0(actually it's 1.9) but those two are blazing fast when stripped of the sense bits... not everyone needs the ability for true multi-tasking and for them this rom is probably PLENTY fast... but it ends there for me... I wish there was company that could take our vision's and upgrade the ram, I would gladly pay for that before buying a new phone...

We all know that even striping and slimming have limits.
Well, if you truly hope for great performance and multitasking, go get a non-sense rom(AOSP/MIUI) Those should be up to your expectations
Well, for me I just want to get a balance between performance, functions and eye candy, that's why I choose improved/slimmed sense 3.5 ROMs (I use AOSP ones when I am out for a trip or when I can't charge for a long time)
Very good, but the music player... I love beatsound!

Great release, congratulations!
(Davor from the IRC channel )
No way! downloading + flashing now!
The download isn't working, page not found i get.. Really like to try this rom on my Hero
Edit: It's working now
WOW! Now it's raining ROMs!
Wow, i am definitely gonna downgrade back to 2.1, these new ones are very sloww
very happy
Woah, it's fast but the thing that's keeping me from sticking with it is that there are loads of HTC widgets missing, bit of a dealbreaker
I was waiting for a reason to go back to 2.1. Thanks!
Thought I would give it a bash tide not too its super quick is all I know so far
Sent from my HTC Hero using Tapatalk
if you have widgets missing, reboot and they should show, what widgets do you have missing?
Also flash (lite) doesn't work. Starting to think the flash 10.1 some people potted across wasn't fake/not working at all...
flash lite should work fine, the 10.1 that people say they "ported" was not real 10.1 as the 10.1 libraries are only available for ARMv7 and tegra, the hero is ARM6
Is there anyway to add en_US United States locale? It's not available when setting up the phone, so I ended up downloading a locale changer from the market and changing it that way. The only problem is, it doesn't stick, when the phone is rebooted it just defaults back to en_GB United Kingdom.
It not a big deal for me, but I figured I'd ask.
The ROM is fast btw!
also looked for an opportunity to downgrade, this is the perfect excuse!
Sorry, could you be more specific about the changes?
I'm really sick of buzzwords like "tweaked" "optimized" "major"...
I think it's good for us, the users, to know the exact changes made on roms.
Thanks

****Pay attention to the install procedure****
Reason for ROM
All tweaked out, and virtually unlimited space thanks to siberes DATA2SD made for Desire roms. ZRAM by Dorimanx and Kernel 2.8 by Dorimanx. Dungphp's sense 3 rom is the best sense rom in town and then i came along and made it even better
Tweaks Feature List
Tweaked IO
- NOOP IO Scheduler set to defualt
- 512 IO Cache
-You can change the above with system tuner set at boot with init.d
Tweaked Ram Management
- Latest Legendary Dorimanx's ZRAM Script
- Automatically mounts mmcblk0p3 for sd-based swap
Stripped Sense 3, just the awesome Sense UI
- Sense 3 Stripped of all useless HTC stock apps + libs (Basically Everything)
- Stripped all downloadable GAPPS
- Launcher Pro is Default, There is no Rosie (Doesn't work after stripping HTC Apps) Install any launcher you prefer
All of Dungphp's rom features...
Working:
- Phone, Sound, Camera, Camcorder, GPS, Data, Wifi, bluetooth ...
- Mount, USB Disk, Gallery, 720p videos, Flash with video, sound streaming ...
Bugs:
- Graphical Glitches - Dont try to fix it, aint as bad as anyone thinks... you can live with it ! - or try and flash a .35 kernel, but performance goes down... is it worth it ?
- Sense Customization settings closes without launching the customization app
INSTALL PROCEDURE
MAGLDR partition sizes - Use Last 24mb NAND - 5/330/10
Install the rom as normal with CWM
Reboot and wait for the rom to finish first boot and complete the HTC wizard, wait a couple of minutes at the launcherpro desktop, you may config wifi and some settings but DO NOT add any accounts to accounts and sync.
Reboot
Flash the Data2SD in CWM
Reboot
Install Superuser from the market
I had to strip "everything" I could to get this rom to boot with enough NAND data space to function before rebooting again to install data2sd. I had 22mb data space left on my first boot.
Enjoy
Download - You Need Both

Download the Data2SD

Fix the "Customize" in settings. One of the HTC Apps was responsible for that
Maybe a Sense 3.5 release but there isn't much difference between 3 and 3.5 for the purposes of this ROM, also I could not shrink a sense 3.5 rom enough for first boot so..
A. I need time to experiment with more stripping ideas
B. Learn how to integrate Siberes Data2SD
C. Figure out why removing the A2SD+ from the sense 3.5 runny roms released here completely breaks them.

Cool, you would be the first person other than me to use this rom
let me know how it goes asap, i want to be sure 330m system works, 315 worked for me but as you can see i have under 5mb left.
After you flash go to advanced and report errors, mount sdcard and check the cwm log and make sure all the minzips worked, to ensure you didint run out of system partition space.
And remember to enable use last 24 nand in magldr under services.

So your thinking this could be fixed in a .32 kernel if someone could figure out why the .35 kernel fixes it by finding the missing part ?
I am simply hoping soon Dorimanx might dev a .35 kernel with his performance modifications, I think he just needs time.
Just an update on this rom, the latest zram script by Dorimanx is clashing with this roms oom settings, I am going to work on tweaking it. I will post an updated zram script for this ROM once I am satisfied with the settings.
-Update
2nd post has CWM flash zip with a better zram script.
Dorimanx Kernel 2.8 had a Bluetooth Bug, attached to 2nd post is updated 2.9 kernel.
can't test now, but thanks anyway for a new sense work for Hd2!
I suggest to update kernel to 2.9 in order to fix bt bug
I will test this rom next week

yes, that is what i want to say, I think that should has possible be fix. but if someday DM decide to coding .35 ... well, I thought we put it away temporary and try our best for cooking rom first, and if possible then we could try to fix and coding kernel together. because kernel builder not to many but have lot of chefs, so i thought maybe we should join to kernel part to find out the bugs.

It's a good idea but atleast for me I know nothing of kernels, I can't even figure out how to compile a kernel lol, I have tried.
I will ask dorimanx if he is willing to assist in this tho, I will offer him my full support to test.

Images primarily show Vanilla style - of course Sense style is available too!
I'm pleased to present my MoDaCo.one ROM for the HTC One V! READ THIS WHOLE POST BEFORE YOU START! No, really, it contains everything you need to know.
About MoDaCo Custom ROMs (MCRs)
MoDaCo Custom ROMs are based on official ROMs - either shipping or leaked. A MCR release is designed to feel as far as possible like a stock ROM, with optimisations, tweaks and complimentary additions that enhance the user experience. The aim of a MCR is to be ultra reliable for use on an everyday device. MoDaCo Custom ROMs include online kitchens that allow the user to choose between stock ICS or Sense style for most features on the device!
About MoDaCo.one
The MoDaCo.one ROM is available for the HTC One X (Tegra 3), HTC One X (S4), HTC One S and HTC One V.
Requirements
In order to use this ROM you must have ClockworkMod Recovery installed - this can be installed using ROM Manager from the Android Market.
The ROM is installed at your own risk. The ROM should be installed using ClockworkMod. A wipe is NOT required to use this ROM if you are coming from either stock, or a previous MCR release.
Features Include... (many optional via the Online Kitchen) - check kitchen defaults for what is in the prebake:
Rebuilt, compressed and optimised with the MCR build system
Based on the 2.08.401.2 release
All Google applications updated
All third party applications updated
Vanilla option using stock ICS components instead of HTC Sense components while retaining stability and core HTC functionality
Superuser application and su binary from ChainfireXDA (SuperSU) for SAFE root functionality
Insecure boot image (boot image must be flashed via fastboot for S-ON devices)
Busybox included
Not odexed
Insecure boot image
Alternative appstores
Our own 'OdexMe' on-demand odex application
init.d support on boot
Modified startup sequence to offer all available languages
UK English localisation for flashlight / torch
Menu mod - includes some changes created by XDA member 'blubbers'
Nosync SQLite binary (user request)
Much much much more!
Changelog
Please see the post below this one for the changelog.
Installation
To install this ROM:
Download the zip file of your choice from the links below (or the online kitchen) and copy to your the internal sd card (/sdcard/)
Restart your device in recovery mode
PERFORM A NANDROID BACKUP FROM THE MENU
Select the option to apply an update zip, and select the zip file you copied to the internal sd card!
NOTE: If you are using a S-ON device (you probably are!), in line with other ROMs you need to manually 'fastboot flash boot boot.img' the boot image from the update zip due to HTC's restrictions.
If you have problems with Market licencing, check your device date!
First boot may take a while - be patient while it carries out it's pre-dexopt. It's worth it!

Support
If you have a general question, please post in the topic and i'll do my best to help out!
Thanks
It's impossible to mention everyone who contributes to the Android community by name, but to everyone out there who does great work and shares it with us all - you have my gratitude and respect.
Future Updates - READ THIS!
By providing this ROM I am not implying in any way that future updates will follow. Due to limits on my time and the fact that I have a large number of devices for short periods of time, it isn't possible for me to continue providing ROM updates indefinitely. Please do not donate / sign up on the assumption that future releases will be available (I don't want you to be disappointed!).
And finally...
Details on how to donate should you wish to do so are in the download topic at MoDaCo.
Enjoy!

Lots of people tell me it's not worth spending hours and hours on Android work and making ROMs for people like you to download, but thankfully everyone's different.

what about $3.99 for that premium thing??sounds like a fair price and i think it would be more sensible on your part as more users would want to donate...
But in the end its your wish..

We have found a temporary fix for installing Custom Kernels on this ROM:
i made a backup using 4ext of viper with my kernel , flashed leaked ICS ROM , then in recovery under advanced recovery i restored the boot from my viper backup , rebooted , then flashed my full kernel .zip lol , I'm having trouble with WiFi working properly but its again progress
Edit it works , fully
Make sure you wipe cache and dalvik before installing my kernel zip after you restore the boot

Hey thanks man, you're really helpful
This is perfect timing for the retirement of my DInc2. While I've moved on, it's got a lot of life left and I want to give it to my grandson. I was looking for a fresh, clean ROM to load after a SuperWipe and this one seems perfect.
How "broken" is the GPS? Is it completely unusable, or just finicky?
Thanks!

Exactly, flash that
A couple of key points on arhd; 1st, it's not based on a leak, It's the inc s ota. Second, I know 4 shared is slow, but it gives you a solid CDMA functioning base... You're more than welcome to reupload it on another server, though.
The GPS issue is because the Rom is setup for blackrose hboot. Our firmware doesn't work with that. The kernel needs to be tweaked so the GPS paths are pointed to the correct location for our phone.... Hopefully that helps our new kernel masters to help get it fixed...

[ROM] 6045-ELUGA-DCZ
current version 1.1 (2016-03-24)
STOCK, STABLE, ROOT, GAPPS
**************************************************
-I made it just for fun...
-it is not exactly a build. Its more a mod.
-based on latest PANASONIC ELUGA SWITCH (IDOL3 rebranded device) firmware (EB-90S55EWLv1009)
-I exchanged the kernel for the ARDE DEV TEAM STOCK OC one (4x1651 MHz + 4x1601 MHz).I used Group 1 kernel for my 6045Y device.
-including ROOT and GAPPS (latest supersu 2.65)
-added KERNEL ADIUTOR
-removed all unnecessary apps from TCL, PANASONIC and GOOGLE. There is only the necessary basic to run the phone. All other things you can download by yourself. So the ROM is about 900 MB on size.
-Due to source is the avaliable set of languages shrinken to see screenshots. But More Locale 2 app (preinstalled, but removable) will do the trick for you on most apps (except settings).
GUIDE:
-go to TWRP recovery (please make sure you use the @Unjustified Dev version from here
-wipe chache/dalvik/system/data
-install ROM
-If you are on 6045I or 6045K you have to download ad flash at this point the GROUP 2 OC Kernel from the htcmania.com site (see link below)
-wipe chache/dalvik/ (to be sure)
-reboot
DOWNLOAD:
From my google disk (size aprox 900 MB)
Here are all Kernels from ARDE DEV TEAM and the 6045I stock (6045Y stock, 6045Y OC , 6045I OC and 6045I stock)
ISSUES:
I dont know of any, you tell me.
changelog in 1.1 build (2016-03-24)
-just initial build..all as it is on stock, except kernel
CREDITS:
BIG thnax to @franq36 and @acura2201 of ARDE DEV Team for the Kernel, also thank @Grarak for the Kernel Adiutor.
Also Thanx to @Unjustified Dev, @famewolf, @Marionette and all the others who are making a great work for our device.
There is the link to the HTCMania.com KERNEL thread (Spanish)
And of course i am not responsible for any damage you do by flashing this on your device!
please wait amoment..my upload is slooow
nice i will test it

i think it will be the same like i806...very little people will buy it. In china you can see even on TCL brand many users, many ports and many devs. On I806 there is only one dev in china.
I tried this out of curiosity, it didn't go so well... It freezes, screen shuts off then I have to restart it. Other then the freezing it looked pretty good, and I thought the Boot animation was funny on this phone.

its running on arde dev oc kernel.. try to flash stock kernel. my cpu is capable to maintain the oc frequencies so i had no issues with that. Except the lags that are also on stock firmware on idol3.
I can hold oc on the other roms tho, that's what I've been using for a few days.(and running right now) but I'll try it when I get a chance to see.

Hi DallasCZ,
Love the work you've done. Very efficient and usable, but I do have a stupid question: In regards of performance would you consider this more preferable in comparison to your 6045-i806-DCZ rom?
Also you state that 6045I users need to flash the GROUP 2 OC Kernel from htcmania.com and I assume this is the Nuevoboot_Alcatel_V1_6045I,6045K.img in your google drive as there no longer is a link to htcmania.com but I'd like your confirmation before I commit to this action.
Thank you for all the work you've put into this community!

hello DCZ i would like to thank you for your work, it is from far the best rom i've tried everythig is working perfectly, good performance and good battery life too with the advanced interative gov settings, really it's the best, all the stock stuff that we love about our phone, smooth (not the launcher still need of nova or else),no bugs no random reboot, lighter than the stock rom and with all the languages and the playstore as well. I definitely recommend this rom for those who want to have the best expereience with the Idol 3 6045 and the most stable. The only thing that i miss is the cyanogen theme application which is awsome and all the cyanogen ringtones alarms and notifications sounds but maybe someone can do something about it one day . Once again THANK YOU!!!!!
