File seems tot be offline. Could you upload it again?
So a lot of people seem to have installed the AOSP lockscreen on a Sense rom and been unable to get widgets to work.
So the reason lock screen widgets don't work is google first makes sure you went through the setup process. If you haven't it only lets you unlock the device. While you can decompile some apk's and set the variables manually, the easiest way to do it is to install a SetupWizardTestAcitivty and just run through it (it should only ask for your name as the sense setup does everything else).
I've attatched a signed version so you can just install it like any other apk and then either from adb shell or a terminal app type
Code:
am start -n com.google.android.setupwizard/.SetupWizardTestActivity;
Go through the setup (should only ask you for your name really) and then you can enable widgets
Feel free to message me or post if you have any questions on it.
If your ROM already has a setupwizard.apk in /system/app just run the command given. Don't delete it and install the one in this post.
Just tried this. Can't get it to work though

You have to first install and have a working stock lock screen minus the widgets/camera.
I've just tried it and it's working. Awesome! Thx!
Where can we get a flashable stock lock screen to use with this?
:good: Thanks Chris
Your tip and tweak just saved me from flashing my phone. Exploring Dashclock and its extensions.
this should be in themes and apps and not the dev section

I just get a permission denied error message

I'm not entirely sure how to move it, if not I would. If a mod wants to I have no issues with it.

Uploading a couple. I added the cLock apk from CM10.1 as a widget. The next two screens show the camera screen. I installed the GE camera apk and haven't selected a default so you can see how it asks me which one I want. The last is just from my settings showing i'm running trick droid.

Select AOSP lockscreen in aroma.
is there a way to get the AOSP lockscreen on other ROMs such as Android Revolution HD?
I removed the HTCLockscreen.apk to AOSP lockscreen (I believe that worked atleast). Now after installing the setupwizard.apk and setting superuser permissions in terminal and running the command, I get an immediate error saying that 'setupwizard has stopped'. Any ideas?

Am not even getting that far - for me it doesn't even install the signed apk from the OP!
Edit: nvm. Tried running the command without the apk installing, and it actually worked fine!

Ok I got it working myself on Android Revolution HD 11.5.
To get AOSP lockscreen, just delete HTCLockscreen.apk in /System/apps/. Make sure you have the right permissions to do this. Then reboot and you have the lockscreen!
I got a new question myself. It's quite cumbersome to extend the widget manually every time I see my lockscreen. Is there a way to extend the widget automatically to full screen?

How did you do it? I am on ARHD 11.5 and I have deleted the HTC Lockscreen and have the AOSP one but when I try and type that command into terminal I get an error about needing to be user -2 and I'm user 0 or something. The apk won't install as it says I have a version already installed.

It seems ARHD might already have setupwizard installed (or something with the same name?). Try running su + the command. Or alternatively deleting the current version (it's probably in /system/app/) and then installing the one in the first post.

In some cases you have flashable zips, in others you have to move the file to system/media and change permissions. just find a flashable boot animation, back up system (optional) and flash in recovery and bam! I actually just flashed a new boot anim not even an hour ago.
Good Luck!:good:

That's the only one I liked. You can download ROM Toolbox Lite from the Play Store. There was one in there that I liked, but that's all. I guess you could go through and find something you fancy.

I had a little problem. pin code a second time after you restart the phone you want. but I figured out the problem. sim card has been corrupted.
Boot animation directory depends on the Rom, in AOSP it is in media, but on Sense it is in system/customize/resourse and called HTc_Bootup_One

I just got the Rox CyanogenMod 10.1 and as I was booting it I realised that there is no music.
Is there any way to add boot music to it?
BTW, it drains like 6-7% of my battery when booting, is it normal?
Why there should be music cm bootanimation does not has sound.

Hm, I thought I already replied to this exact same post...
1: Cyanogenmod doesn't support boot sounds, you might be able to autostart a command line sound player but I've never tried this (one of the reasons I prefer stock-based ROMs)
2: Not normal at all, but could be any mix of software and hardware problems...

I am experiencing that as well. no way to tell if call is going through. Also "notice flash" in the system settings is in the russian language. Another complaint is that the system animations are too slow, which I fixed in the developer settings. There was also a dialog in russian when the phone first booted, couldn't read it but it eventually went away and proceeded to the setup wizard. Used Build.prop editor to change locale language to english. rebooting now.

I hope and in the following versions improve those problems, regarding the animations to me do not go so slow I put in .5 in the options developer, wait for the next version to improve the rom since it seems good project
TWRP 3.1 ....- 3.0.2 ... do not allow to pass to the desktop, normally only TWRP 3.0.0.1 from Unjustified Dev works, sorry for bad English.
Unfortunately I had to go back to my previous rom, however, I love the wallpapers included with this rom. Would it be possible to supply the wallpapers?
https://yadi.sk/d/s1Vx4ZIT3J2eVW Install this update slightly changed the settings, the font in accessibility, notification flash(translated into English) in the section of the ringtones and notifications, and the cover changed quick settings, navigation bar the color of the statusbar, theme settings has changed from dark to black. Anim stock. Simply install in TWRP ready. Sorry for bad English.

Hello, with that zip resolves the problem of the calls and the animations are removed and only the stock remain?
Or should I just go to the configuration and choose by default the phone as an application?
